September 11th Also: If you have kids, would you be interested in getting things for them? And if so, what are they interested and what sizes are the wearing now?   YES please. My 2 1/2 yr old twin girls are in 4T and love dress up/play clothes and shoes. They love cats, stickers, coloring, tigers, toy kitchen items and cars.   My 6 month old son is in 18/24 month sizes. He's pretty much only into breastfeeding and crawling after the cat... but he does seem to like his sisters' cars and other "baby safe" toys I am fond of the thrift. Do you mind lightly used goods? Please be specific! For instance, I'm a little squicked by used clothing, but I don't mind any other used goods (i.e. books, glassware, games, DVDs, whatever.) I don't mind gently used. In fact I love goodwill/garage sale goodies. Do you have an Etsy shop? Do you know of any Etsy shops that are Switch Witch friendly? No shop, but I've found most sellers are very willing to work with you if you say it's a gift for a secret swap.   Would a gift or a postcard from Disneyland make you squee with delight or puke into your mail box? SQUEE. My kids have a slight obsession with the Aristocats.   what are your favorite types of Halloween candy? Gummies, twizzlers, bottlecaps, receese peanut butter cups Do you prefer soap or shower gel? Please give examples of your favorite scents or brands. Both. I like vanilla scents. Unisex please since DH tends to use my bath products.   How do you like your chocolate? For example with nuts, mint, peanut butter, caramel? Chocolates with almonds, and/or toffee FTW   Beads! Do you use them? Would you want some? What sorts of beads do you like? Love beads, espeically handmade glass beads   Anyone here like caramels? Sea salted caramels?!?! YES please!     Would you like a hand dyed or hand painted scarf or wrap or other item? If so, what colors/designs/fabrics do you like? scarf would be pretty, not sure if I'd ever wear it. 9/21/10 Do you like garlic? Do you REALLY like garlic? Would you want to try some really unusual garlic stuff, like garlic cheese or garlic fudge or garlic chocolate, etc., etc., etc.? Garlic Cheese- zomg yes. Fudge/chocolate/candy- NO. I LOVE garlic. I put it in just about everything.   Can I talk to you about the living dead? How do you feel about Zombies? I think the whole Zombie trend is fun. Just like the Vampire trend, it does get too silly and out of control for my tastes.   9/20/10 If you happened to be my Witchee, is there something you'd like from the Arcana Halloween update? 9/16/10 If I were to knit a scarf, would you prefer a skinny one, or a wide one? A short one, that when wrapped once around your neck will just tuck under your jacket, or a long one, at least to your waist? I like long, wide scarves.   How do you feel about recipes? Love them! Although I usually add my own take on recipes, they'er a good starting point!   What kind of a cook/baker are you? I LOVE to cook and bake.   Are you happiest calling for delivery or microwaving a lean cuisine, Or will Food Network be asking you to host their new program? I cook pretty much every night. I like to challnge myself to come up with new recipes an enjoy trying new techniques/ingredients.   If I send you something home made would you like the reciepe for it? If you'd care to share the recipe, then yes! But I understand that sometimes recipes are personal/family traditions so I wouldn't be upset if you didn't include it.   If you are someone who doesn't want baked goods sent, would you like a collection of some of my favorite recipes? That would be fun.   How about home made mixes or kits? Kind of like the cookie in a jar thing, where you would need to add the perishable ingredients? I actually collect silly magnets (mostly pugs, vintage and places I've visitied). Other knick knacks are fun, but with toddlers, they might not be a good idea.   Is there a specific book you've been wanting to get but haven't found the time or the opportunity to? Not really. I work in a library.   Are you open to receiving things that are not on your wishlist, maybe something your Witch thinks you might like? Yes!   If you have something on a wishlist that we could craft INSTEAD of buying, though it might not end up identical to the wishlist thing, would it be okay to craft it instead? Obviously we don't want to copy anyone else's design, but if we can replicate the flavour or intent that you like without stepping on toes? Of course! I love handmade goods.   OK, I know that lots of folks love socks. Do you have a preference of length? Materials? Patterns? Knee high is preferred since I only wear socks in the fall/winter (I'm a sandals girl the rest of the year). I love funky colors and patterns.

Glee, TrueBlood, House   If you cosplay or need a costume for your bellydance/burlesque hobby (or any other hobby which needs dressup/different from your normal wear), is there anything you need/want for it? DH and I cosplay but we make most of our costumes and don't really need anything.   Celebrity crush?: /shrugs. Not really.   Knitted things?: Yes Please What about [mixed or otherwise] DVDs? Sure DVDs: Do you prefer widescreen or formatted? Either is fine   Music: Any preference towards MP3 or CD? Either is fine Do you like scented tarts? Yes. But I don't have a tart burner. My cat broke my last one and I haven't replaced it yet. I love Alternative Breeding Tarts. Lip balms? YES! Mylipstuff is a fav. Do you have any body mods? If so, do you need any new jewelry, o-rings, plugs, etc (and if so, what size, length, etc)? Do you like pro-body mod stickers? I have several tattoos and piercing. I'm picky about jewelry, so pass. Booze. Do you drink it, would you like some Normally yes, but I'm pregnant. So pass. Unless you want to send some to DH. He loves Booze, too.   What is your favorite artist or art style? (including if you have links to favorite pictures/paintings/photographs) Love art nouveau style.

Any countries you're interested in? India   Would you enjoy homemade bath products (bath salts, fizzies, etc.) and/or linen sprays? Esp. if scented with some of your favorite BPAL scents? yes! Perversion scented items would be heavenly. If your witch made you something and it didn't come out just right, would you still want it? It's the thought that counts... unless it's something like swapping the sugar in a recipe for salt... In that case, I'd still appreciate the thought but would probably pass on the resulting salty confection...   Are you a foodie? Yes.
