RenFaires/ComicCons? I dress up for the RenFaire, but have never made it to a ComicCon.

Gadgetry? I probably need a case for my iPod. Screen protectors probably wouldn't be amiss either. Perhaps a nice pair of earbuds for the cold day in hell warm day in spring I have to crank up the lawn mower. Computer and cell phone are covered.
