Baked goods: no thank you. I feel bad saying no because I know there will be some witches who won't have much money but pleaseplease don't send any sort of food or candy. It's for a personal reason, I can let my witch know privately is he/she is interested. Tea would be AWESOME though.

Goodies for other family: Sure! my boyfriend loves foody scents like chocolate and cookies and vanilla caramel. He is looking for a new candle for his room. He's into D&D very much, he DM's and is always looking for cool miniatures. Kitty toys would be loved to bits!

 

Little stuff vs. big stuff: I love getting little things here and there, but I also love getting big packages, so it is up to my witch. Pretty much, either way I'm happy lol.

 

Social networking: I have a facebook, just look up my full name. I have an LJ but I keep it private, you can still look at my user info though, my name there is garnetmaire. my myspace http://www.myspace.com/darkbird but i don't use it anymore, so its a bit outdated.

 

Are you someone who'd rather have lots of small testers of different things on your wishlist, or would you rather have one or two "big" things? Most of the things on my wishlist I have already tried and I want more of! There are some things on my wishlist I haven't tried though, but those are identified lol

 

How about tshirt/bottoms sizes? I really love extra big pj bottoms because they are comfy. I'd love to get some halloween themed pj bottoms! L or XL are perfect (not my size, I just like them big!)

- Are you into Austen's books? Yes! I don't like the whole Jane Austen and zombie thing though. I think its stupid and a bit disrespectful.

- Do you read Tarot cards? If not, would you be interested? I used to read my own cards, I'd like to get back into it, but I need an original Rider Waite deck to learn off of instead of all the pretty yet complicated decks I have.

- Mix CD: omg yes!!!!!!!!!!!

-Harry Potter house: Ravenclaw!! I even made a dark blue and silver striped scarf for myself last winter, only because I didn't like the original bronze and dark blue color scheme.

- soft things: I would really like a pair of mittens that converts into fingerless gloves. I wear fingerless gloves religiously in the Fall/winter, but always wished I had a pair of the aforementioned for when its REALLY cold.

Halloween Plans: hopefully not having H1N1 like last year! Ugh that sucked!

 

TV Guilty Pleasures: I honestly don't feel guilty about anything I watch. Most mainstream American TV I honestly don't like, especially reality TV and a lot of popular shows like True Blood and whatnot. It just doesn't appeal to me, all the actors look the same, the storylines seem all the same, nothing seems original to me anymore. I find most originality in comedy like Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Tim and Eric Awesome Show and most History documentaries / geeky science or nature shows. HOWEVER, if you think there is a show that I would really really like, by all means try me. I did like the Tin Man series on Sci Fi, and I like Dexter, and I am REALLY into anime. I'm hoping that someone can recommend me a very good anime because I am almost done with the series Blood + and I do all my knitting while watching so I need recommendations!

 

Cosplay/Costumes: eh not really. I never got the point of cosplay, in fact it really turns me off. I am however trying to think of a really cool Halloween costume for this year.

 

E-books: I prefer real books. Its a psychological thing. I feel like if I read a book electronically, I'm not really reading it haha. That and a computer screen tends to give me eye strain if I try to read for too long.

 

Scented Tarts: scented tarts are cool. I have a tart warmer, but honestly I prefer votive candles because they are easier to use and the cats are less likely to knock over a ton of melted wax. I would like to try out Dark Candles' tarts though, check my SW list in my sig for the scents I like.

Body Mods: nostril (may be getting a septum with a small subtle ring at some point, even though my bf is totally against the idea ), I have one tattoo but hope to get another one for my birthday on the 14th this month, I have lots of ear piercings and I really need more captive rings in a 18 or 16g, size 5/16ths, and I have stretched lobes in a 4g, currently deciding whether or not to keep them though at this point. I'd like to get more piercings someday.

 

Lip balms: I love lip balms, but I really don't use any unless they are organic. I hate MyLipStuff balms (sorry guys) because they are way too liquidy, they melt easily and I usually just feel like I have flavored oil on my lips There is one exception to the organic lip balm rule, and that is Rosebud Salve's Strawberry lip balm from Sephora. I really need another one of these because my last tin got lost!

Booze. Do you drink it, would you like some:

No thank you. Normally I would say yes, but it is for the same reason as with food goodies.

Nah I was never really into them. It bothers me that the original fairy tales have been forgotten because of that stupid conglomerate (won't get into it much more because I know there are Disney fans on here!) I am a BIG fan of old folk tales and fairy tales though.

DVD player, and my bf has a Blue Ray player.

Hmm. Unless it is from the same seller and is ALMOST identical, I'd rather not honestly. I am pretty picky when it comes to accessories and things. You can always just ask me lol.

Probably May. I love indie horror, like too much. I am also a fanatic for J-Horror and K-Horror, but it is extremely hard to find much on Netflix or On Demand. I would love to get some, especially the 3 extremes series.

That's hard to choose, I have been a Stephen King fan since I was 12, Anne Rice as a teenager, Poppy Z. Brite was a favorite in college, I just love horror as long as its not Dean Koontz

That sounds cool, sure! I'd love a new tart warmer, as mine is kind of yucky now.

Yes!!! I used to be obsessed with Jhonen Vasquez's I Feel Sick comic books (there are 2) and someone stole them (or they could have gotten lost) and I have been mourning them ever since

I love comics from Slave Labor Graphics, including Lenore, Nightmares and Fairytales (I have all of those though) but it shows that I like really dark underground stuff. I also love manga, and I need more Chibi Vampire!! (I have 1-3 lol)

Mountain Lion. After that, really any type of big cat, I really like Snow Leopards I also really like bears and birch trees.

If you could go back to any point in time, where, when, why? I would like to have been born in 1870 in America as a woman, so that I could experience the extravagance of the Gilded Age, the gradual social liberation of women, and muckraking of the Progressive era. Or I would have liked to lived through the 1920's as a young rebellious lady I would like to have been a part of the Women's rights movement, to meet Susan B. Anthony and Stanton.

Aside from all that I think what I would like most is to go back to my Native roots and live amongst the Abenakis in Vermont, before the French missionaries and Englishman drove them away and into Quebec.

Favorite Halloween Candy/Treat? Candy corn and those Pumpkins. Even though I said I can't have any food or candy, if you sent a TINY amount of these (like a serving or two) I'd be very happy (calorie safe) and content =)

Warm drinks? I love chai teas (not the syrups, the actual tea), earl greys, hot apple cider and hot cocoa. I would be interested in trying a really good sugar free brand of apple cider (I've heard they exist!) and cocoa

Someone mentioned that their relative would love random household items, and I have to say, my boyfriend and I will be moving in to our first place within 6 months, so we will definitely need random household stuff like spatulas, cooking spices, wooden spoons, that sort of thing.
