Equally good at both. My failing is lack of measuring things and being too 'creative' sometimes.

Are you happiest calling for delivery or microwaving a lean cuisine, or will Food Network be asking you to host their new program?

A little of all of the above. I have a cooking love/hate relationship. I mean, I can make souffle that doesn't fall but... I don't wanna!
