Recipes: While I'm not changing my eating habits, I love getting new recipes. Me and my family try to have dinner together at least a few times a week if everyone's schedule works out, and we're always willing to try something new.

 

Do you like cooking seasonings, like the kind you can get in ounce sizes? If so, things you'd love to try out?

I'm looking for a good Cajun spice blen, or a recipe to make my own (I've found one recipe so far, but haven't been able to make it yet). Cajun seasoning is probably my favorite, and I would love to have some of my own.

 

Do you like any particular kinds of green or black teas or coffees that could also be gotten in bulk?

I love trying out teas - I'm a fan of loose leaf, but I don't really get tea (bagged or loose) in bulk.

 

Tim Tams? Yes or no? Chocolate Creme, Caramel, or Dark Chocolate?

I have no idea what Tim Tams are, but if I was going to try some I'd go for dark chocolate

 

Candles and/or aroma melts: yay or nay? Candles definitely. I don't have a burner for melts, although I've been wanting to get one.

 

Astrological charts and interpretation/ reports? That would be really fun; it's something I've wanted for a while now actually.

 

So how does everyone feel about receiving ebooks? I prefer a real book

Do you need another bpal box? If so what would your fantasy one look like?

I do. My ideal box would be one of dark wood, slotted, with celtic designs engraved into it.

 

Do you enjoy gardening? If so, what kind of stuff do you grow? Vegetables, flowers?

I love gardening. I took two years of horticulture during high school. I haven’t been able to do much gardening since we’re currently renting and there isn’t a lot of area to garden to begin with. I love flowers; never really seen the appeal in growing veggies.

 

Favorite artists/paintings? Frank Frazetta - he is the first artist I truly loved. I discovered him when I first began to read Conan. I also really love his signature. Brom and Kinuko Craft also came to mind.

 

Steampunk inspired items? Yay or nay?

Oh yes. But nothing that is covered in gear pieces and the like.

 

Do you like amurigami dolls?

They are adorable

 

Pirates vs Ninjas vs Zombies - who wins? Which do you love most?

This is tough. I like them all, but I think zombies would win because unless you get the head, they'll keep coming and they have the ability to turn you into a zombie.

I love Sock Dreams! Any kind of sock is good to me. I tend to wear socks around the house more than my slippers, mostly anklets or fuzzy ones.

For those who like lipgloss, lipstick, tinted balms, etc, what colors do you wear (and warm? cool?) and do you prefer something sheer or more opaque? How do you feel about shimmer?

I go for reds and pinks (darker, bolder pinks mostly) and lean more towards cool tones. I prefer opaque to sheer (but I really love shimmery sheer colors for layering). Adore shimmer and sparkly lip products.

 

Do you like wearing things in your hair? If so, what kind (snap clips, scrunchie, headband, etc), how big & crazy (lowkey, bigger the better), and colors.

I do enjoy hair items. I'm looking for some headbands for work. I'm always finding awesome clips or combs but my hair is rather fine so it's hard for them to stay on. Any size or color.

 

Pillows? What size/designs/colors would most interest you?

Love pillows, any size or design, blue/pink/purple my top three color choices and yellow and orange being the last colors on my list.

 

purses? bags? What style/colors?

Love bags and purses! I tend to like smaller purses - easier to carry and easier to find things inside (sometimes). I also love tote bags because they can have the coolest designs on them.

 

What types of scents do you like to scent your home? Which do you totally avoid?

This is kinda tricky - I usually don't scent my room/the house except through the way of candles. If it's a scent I would want to wear, then it would probably be a scent that I wouldn't mind filling my room with it. Nothing too heavy though.

What are your thoughts on comics? Any you like? Any you have been wanting to try? Favorite characters?

I love manga and I’m a Marvel girl. Some favorite Marvel characters: Phoenix, Dr. Strange. I’ve been reading the Essential Dr. Strange and I have the Essential Ghost Rider on hold at the Library. I have been wanting to read Witchblade.

 

How do you feel about nail polish? What colors do you like? Sparkles?

LOVE nail polish. I tend to go for reds, dark pinks, purples, blues, and certain greens. I love shimmer and glitter, and only have a handful of cremes (less than five I think) though I want to get some more so I can do more layering. The nails I haven’t a major hit since I started working at PetSmart and the past few weeks I’ve only been using a nail treatment to see if I can get my nails strong again.

 

Household/kitchen goods/gadgets?

Ok geek check - what sort of geeky things do you do? Do you read comics/graphic novels? Are you obsessed with something (a TV show maybe?) Do you work in a geeky field? Do you play rpgs like Dungeons and Dragons? Would you like gifts related to any of these?

I love manga/anime and go to conventions and cosplay. I’ve always wanted to try tabletop gaming (D&D specifically), but don’t know anyone to play with. I love video games and love video game humor. Saturday is b-horror sci-fi movie day – I love watching and making fun of horrible scifi movies – monster, alien, disaster (though disaster movies can be very tedious sometimes). Geek related gifts would be great.

 

Do you have a favorite fabric? If someone were to make you a fabric item, would you prefer it be out of any fabric? e.g. velvet, satin, silk, cotton, bamboo??? Would this change if it were an article of clothing vs. a bag/pillow/blanket/somethingelse

I don’t have a favorite fabric, though I do love the patterns of brocade. Depending on what I’m making, I tend to follow the patterns suggestions.

 

Anything with the Worm Moon update that you're already lusting after?

Nothing at the moment; will edit this once I’ve taken a good look at the Unicorn scents

 

If your Witch lived near you, would you be happy or creeped out to get a "coupon" for a service like cleaning help or babysitting or dogwalking or coffee out with your Witch or something like that? Would you be creeped out if a local minion personally delivered a package to your house from a far-away Witch?

Wouldn't be creeped out about a 'service coupon' but don't need anything done for me (getting together with my witch would be fun though). And I wouldn't be creeped out if a minion delivered a package (although, chances are, I will probably be at work, since my days off change weekly)

I don't really need anything, but I love paper. I don't have much in the way of formal stationery or post cards

Are you interested in trying Super Villainess (from Villainess - the birthday scent that was just released tonight!) and if so, which item do you like the most? (Soap, Whipped, Smooch, Extrait, Smack...)

I am, although the lime and cilantro notes kinda scare me. I'd probably go for Soap or Whipped (Whipped is a product that I haven't tried yet, but I think might be more moisturizing which my skin needs); really wish Villainess did lotion.

 

If I were to order you a Smack, which four notes would you like?

I haven't tried Smack yet, so probably something simple: Vanilla Bean 2x, Georgia Peach 2x

 

Would you be squicked if I made you something with a kiss print that was made with my actual lips? (The ones on my face!) I solemnly swear I don't have mono, Ebola, or any sort of French disease. Bubonic plague is still on the table.

I love pre-1970 movies. I’m a big John Wayne fan and love the old classic and b-horror and scifi movies.

 

Do people like Roller Derby? If so, would you want anything from that sport? Like memorabilia or anything?

I really want to go to a meet and possibly get into the sport. However, no memorabilia please.

 

Maple Candy/syrup?

I’m not a fan of maple candy, but I love maple syrup for pancakes and waffles but it can’t be too sweet

Stones can be pretty cool

 

Animals that creep you out?

I do not like flying insects that could hurt me (bees, wasps, etc). Really fat fuzzy bumble bees are adorable though

 

Clowns?

I don’t hate them and not afraid of them but not a big fan of them either. Some clown dolls however can be quite cute.
