I am sorrry my Dear Witch, for not getting this posted before leaving town! I'm blaming it on excitemet over seeing the significant other, as opposed to just my usual dorkiness. Anyway, here are a list of questions, that I think are updated through last night. If you need anything else, please poke me, and I'll respond much quicker and I promise to stay on top of the questions!

I've only tried a few VM blends, but looking at the Lion & Lamb LE's the following look very nice: The Lost Woods of Killarney, The Lion and the Lamb, and Tir na nOg 2011.

 

What three things are you craving right now?

Mashed potatoes, coke and crystallized ginger

 

paper goods, anyone need? including resume paper, and formal stationery as well as casual cards.

I go through a TON of sticky notes. Love them, tiny ones to giant sized.

 

What is a scent that you've been trying to find even a sample of for a very long time to no avail? (What bottle would you die to get your hands on - even a partial?)

Geek Goth! I'm pretty sure this would be my idea of heaven in scent form.

 

Is there anything in your life that you'd like advice or a "selfhelp" book for?: (ie finances, eating healthier, meal planning)

 

 

If your Witch lived near you, would you be happy or creeped out to get a "coupon" for a service like cleaning help or babysitting or dogwalking or coffee out with your Witch or something like that? Would you be creeped out if a local minion personally delivered a package to your house from a far-away Witch?

I think it would be great! However, I live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest BPALista is about an hour away (Arlith- who is awesome, by the way).

 

Let's say I have a pair of something you collect, would you like one of them and we have matching things?

I would ADORE that!!!! What a great idea.

Not really my thing.

I'm not a fan of florals, but anything else, bring it on! I love foody/bakery types, lots of citrus in the spring and summer and vanilla in any form is love.

How do you feel about nail polish? What colors do you like? Sparkles?

I'm quite ashamed to admit, I don't wear polish. I bite my nails.

I love kitchen gadgets of all sorts, and right now I really need to find a new candy thermometer.

 

Ok geek check - what sort of geeky things do you do? Do you read comics/graphic novels? Are you obsessed with something (a TV show maybe?) Do you work in a geeky field? Do you play rpgs like Dungeons and Dragons? Would you like gifts related to any of these?

Nothing that I can really think of.

 

Do you have a favorite fabric? If someone were to make you a fabric item, would you prefer it be out of any fabric? e.g. velvet, satin, silk, cotton, bamboo??? Would this change if it were an article of clothing vs. a bag/pillow/blanket/something else

I love soft snuggly fabrics: chenille, velvet, really the only thing that would be a no would be wool, and that is if it were to touch me, as I'm slightly allergic, but in a bag or something that would be fine, too.

 

Anything with the Worm Moon update that you're already lusting after?

LORD TEISHIN WITH A DEMON BEHIND A SCREEN, I NO HAYATA KILLS THE NUE AT THE IMPERIAL PALACE, MINAMOTO NO YORIMITSU CUTS AT THE EARTH SPIDER, and ENLIGHTENMENT OF THE COURTESAN JIGOKUDAYU are the ones I'm lusting after. I have Worm Moon '08, and while I like it, I don't wear it enough to justify another bottle.

 

Would you want an invite to a site that is invite-only ex. Diaspora, Demonoid, etc. If so, what?

I'm not sure what they are, so I would probably have to say no. Unless of course you think I would like it, then I'd have to say, I'd be happy to check it out.

 

Pillows? What size/designs/colors would most interest you?

I love pillows! Greens, browns for the living room and pinks, golds, for the bedroom.

 

purses? bags? What style/colors?

I love bags and purses!!!! Big ones! If I can't put a hard cover book and my camera in it, it isn't useful to me. I've got some favorited on my Etsy wishlist, so those might give you some ideas for style.

 

Decorative scarves for hair and/or creative accessorizing? What colors?

Sure. Again, some are favorited on my Etsy list to show the types that I like.

Would you like anything from Starring Fragrances. They make awesome hair stuff, natural deoderant, and home fragrance (and a ton of other stuff, those are just my favs)?

I have never tried anything from them, but have lusted after some of the things on their website for a while now. I would love to try anything that you think I might like.

 

For those who like lipgloss, lipstick, tinted balms, etc, what colors do you wear (and warm? cool?) and do you prefer something sheer or more opaque? How do you feel about shimmer?

Definitely more cool colors (I like things with a purple or pink tone usually), and shimmer is great.

 

Are there any fancy/gourmet/special herbs or spices that you'd love to receive? ie: good quality vanilla or other extracts, vanilla beans, saffron, lavender, etc.

Good vanilla is always appreciated! Any other spices & herbs would be fun to try, especially if you have a favorite recipe to try them with.

 

What's your favorite animal? Or is there one that's particularly significant to you?

I love love love love bears!

 

If you were able to get a vintage or prototype bottle from the upcoming West Coast Will Call, which one would you want?

There are so many I would love to try! But seeing as I live so far from WCWC, I try not to look at them because I know the odds are so great against my ever getting to try them. However, glancing at the list, I would probably commit all sorts of naughty deeds to get my hands on any of the following: Enraged Bunny Musk, Monsterbait: Underpants ( I lust for this), Snow Maiden 2006, Red Phoenix, Velvet Panther V3, Cake Smash V6, CD:Alley of Games V6, Elf V4, Half Elf V5 and Sugar Plum Fairy V3. Actually, looking at that list, it is probably a good thing for my wallet that I can't go to Will Calls!

The soaps are taking over at Casa de Lucyboo! I love, and can ALWAYS use more Paintbox Sorbettos. The Significant Other recently stole my last hoarded Queen is Dead. I've tried a couple of other kinds, but I don't really care for the ones that aren't emulsifying. Next on my list to try is Villaness Smack.

 

What periods of art do you love most? Like, if someone was going to get you a tapestry or a box or some other item, what period would you want it to most resonate with? the pinks and golds of Rococo? the clean geometry of Art Deco? The romanticism of Art Nouveux? The strange lines of Cubism?

I like lots of different types, but nothing modern or gothic.

Pirates vs Ninjas vs Zombies - who wins? Which do you love most?

Ok, in this case, for me, it's a case of which do I find the least offensive, and that would have to be pirates. But none of them are a big winner for me.

 

Do you like wearing things in your hair? If so, what kind (snap clips, scrunchie, headband, etc), how big & crazy (lowkey, bigger the better), and colors.

I have a little longer than shoulder length hair and 99% of the time I wear it up. I love scrunchies, and clips and claws and really anything that pulls it out of the way. I've never really figured out a way to look good in a headband, though. I have thick, kind of bushy hair, and they always kind of give me a Bozo the Clown look.

 

Piercings? - ears?? - elsewhere?

Just ears... One hole in each.

 

Chocolate. With stuff in it? Are you more a plain chocolate lover, a chocolate and normal items lover (normal items being nuts, fruit, caramel) or do you like weird stuff in your chocolate? (weird stuff being curry, chilis, balsamic vinegar, floraly things)

Mmm... Chocolate. Especially White chocolate! Or milk chocolate, but no dark, please! I love to try the weird stuff! Bacon chocolate was too much fun, and I need to find some more to share with the Significant Other.

I just had a marvelous chart done by Javenper, and I'd love to find out more about what some of it means. I'm quite a newby when it comes to Astrology, and need to learn more! I'd especially like to see out the Significant Others chart and mine connect.

I don't have an e-reader, (I'm lusting after a Kindle, but can't justify the $ right now) and I don't want to have to sit in front of the computer to have to read a book.
