I don't think it's strange, but I'm dying for a tart warmer. I also need a new Ingenuitea tea brewer since mine is all nasty from permanent tannins.

 

How do you feel about franken polish? Are you okay with all chemicals, or would you prefer 3 free? Would you want glitter or holographic glitter? What colors would interest you?

Dear witchee, how do you feel about lip balm? Favorite style (twist up tube, pot, tube with wand, etc.)? Favorite flavors? Flavors to avoid? Favorite brand? Do you need more right now or are you set? Are you one of those people who could never have enough lip balm even though you have a bowl on your dresser overflowing with them and 10 in your purse and an order for more on the way?I love lip balm. It's the only stuff I use. I prefer twist tube because I am lazy and things that resemble makeup scare me. I have Burts Bees Pomegranate in my purse right now. I'm pretty open as long as there are no wheat products and it's not stinky. No color either please. A slight tint is ok, but if it feels like makeup, I probably won't use it. I just like ot feel like my lips are moisturized.

No thank you. I look at art, I don't "do" art. I would probably make those poor art supplies cry! Markers have been known to run away or commit markercide rather than live with me. True story. (I deleted the other art supply questions since this sums it up!)

Honestly, I would buy $20 worth of Symphony bars and 3 Musketeers. If it is around Christmas time, different story. I will buy everything with a snowman on it in the entire store. Seriously. I do that every year.

At this moment, I would prefer nature in color. I'm feeling very "naturist" right now. I do love black and white though. I tend to go more for surreal than abstract.

Dali, Van Gogh, Glenn Barr, and Edvard Munch are my favorite artists. Swams Reflecting Elephants is one of my all time favorites. I also love Church at Auvers. I'm really into Asian motifs in art right now, so anything like that as well.

 

If you could have an image painted for you - sky is the limit - what would it be?

A family portrait with my dogs, with Moose actually sitting still and looking cute. He would probably be wearing Christmas moose ears. Dante would be dressed like an elf. I would die for such a painting! (I'm sooooo lame!!!)

Would you like any ecotools makeup brushes? They're kinda one of my favorite things ever, and they're animal-friendly and the handles are bamboo. And to top it all off, they work really well for applying makeup.

Meh. I wear makeup 3-4 times a year, at most. It's usually not things that require brushes either (since I don't really know how to use them). My "makeup routine" is tinted chapstick and mascara. Eyeshadow if I am feeling wild and crazy!

 

 

Do you like Legos? Especially mini-fig key chains, Lego block keychains, small Lego sets, etc?

I haven't played with Legos is FOREVER! I would totally enjoy it though!

Are there any characters that you love or identify with?

I identify with Danica Maupoissant in terms of her absolute devotion to her goal and inability to let anything interfere. I also totally related to Temperance Brennen from Bones. My entire family seriously swears that her character was based on me! I am in love with Daemon Sadi, David Bowie, Prince, Tim Curry, and Scarlett Johansson.

 

A question! If you are crafty, what's your personal art style? I'm not talking just about what art you like to look at, but what kind of art do you like creating? Do you have a "process" while you're creating beauty?

I crochet. I don't really consider it art. I consider it something to keep my neuroses under control! I like to keep my hands busy while watching tv or something. I am incapable of relaxing!

If your witch was the practical type and wanted to include one or more of your everyday essentials, what would those include? I'm talking about the bath products, lotions, face lotions, teas, food, etc that you really use every day.

I use a HoG soap or scrub and lotion, Cocoa pink Princess Poo shampoo and Shine + conditioner, St Ives apricot scrub, alba face moisturizer, and Arm and Hammer Naturals deodorant every day. I'm looking for a new wheat-free shampoo and paraben and silicon free conditioner. If you have a suggestion or wanted to send a sample I would love that! I also need a new facial moisturizer since I'm not in love with Alba, but everything I've tried (from Lush, specialty stores, etc) has not liked my skin. I have mountains of tea so I am good on that front. I tend to eat peanut butter and jam on gluten free crackers for breakfast at work everyday since my tummy won't let me eat first thing in the morning so jam would be great.

Story and characters are what drag me in. The graphics are not nearly as important. I want to care about the characters, empathize with them. Otherwise, it's not very good in my opinion.

I'm very much a scientist, but since that is my job, it's not what i want to do while "relaxing". I do love to crochet though.

I'm good with anything as long as it's gluten free. Oats and granola would have to be certified gluten free or I could get very sick. I especially love dried figs and cranberries.

I couldn't really wear it often because of my job and since I'm lazy too, I would probably never put it on while home. =p
