My ringtone is Happy Trails. Our old phone had Rockford Files, which I miss. I should download it again

A ring-toney version, but a good one. I heard some pathetic ones when I was searching for it. I found a version of the actual song, but you got such a tiny clip, it wasn't worth it. This one plays a good long time and has a lot of the "da-da-dah, da-da-dah" in it.

Happy Trails would be a great ringtone! As would The Rockford Files. I love reruns of that show. If you had your arms around James Garner (back in those days), you'd know you had a hold on a MAN.

Somehow I always drive everything into the gutter.

My default ringtone is a fuzzy recording of the "In Like Flint" red president phone, which also became the phone sound from the Austin Powers movies. But I say "ILF" because that's more retro.

When The Mister calls, it's a snippet of Franz Ferdinand's "Take Me Out".

My current ringtone is just a really subtle chime, I changed it once when I needed an unobtrusive ringtone and forgot to change it back.

I need to find something really fun and funky for my phone... thanks for the inspiration!

When I had a phone that only did the beepy monophonic ringtones, I had Bellisima, an electronic track by DJ Quicksilver. In fact, I don't much like the song because the reall song is all beepy, but it translated into a great ringtone.

One of our former neighbors (they just moved out... taking their "Pagan Wagon" with them... wish I had gotten to know them) was apparently a rabid Led Zepplin fan. He had Led Zepplin vanity plates on his truck and a "Led Zepplin Fan Parking Only: all others can squeeze my lemon" sign on the garage door.

I just changed my ring tone to "Jane Says" by Jane's Addiction.

#1) It's slow enough to make a good ring tone. I really hate when someone's phone rings something really frenetic

#2) I am amused by the idea of having my phone go off in my very conservative office and play a song about heroin addicts. (Not that I think there's anything glamorous about heroin, I don't. The juxtaposition just amuses me.)

I wish I had my old ringtone, which was cicadas. It was nice and chill but different enough to grab my attention when it rang. Now I just have the standard generic variety that comes with the phone. I had a Katamari ringtone for about a day but it was obnoxious when it rang and I couldn't adjust the volume.
