Eee, Liliths!  I'm getting my must haves, but I'm really interested in trying (even testers or sniffies) Etienne, #2 pencil, A Little Piece of Eternity, Booboo Eyes, Faster Pussycat?, Life the Sculptor, Our Little Crypt Ghoul, Thunk, and You Are Not Alone.

Is there anything you would particularly like from Japan? Stationary, bento supplies, a particular snack, etc. The fall flavors for kitkats this year are Chestnut, Sweet Potato and Apple Pie.  All of these above plus enamel pins, temple incense, temple signatures (I have a temple book already), woodblock prints, beautiful washi sheets, local crafts, kimono accessories, those cute little cat hats you can get from the vending machines, matcha, ume tea, matcha bowl...almost anything really. 

 

So, there's a Euro coin of some denomination coming out with Asterix on it.... Is there anything kind of weird and niche about which you feel this way, fellow witchees? Not in terms of coins.  Yes to Last Unicorn, Beetlejuice type things, strange and spooky socks, and found feathers.

Thinking about really good natural food stores like Natural Grocers or Whole Foods, if you could have ANY bath and beauty or body care items, what would you love? I'd be interested in trying scrubs, bombs, and Epsom salts of any kind. 

 

Also what kind of treats, snacks, foods, condiments, bulk items, teas, housewares from the same natural food stores would you love?

I love the cranberry tuna from WF, but that doesn't ship very well. I'd love 70% chocolates that are unusual or artisan, teas aplenty, especially peppermint, witchy herbs, nuts without sulfates or nitrates (raw). 

 

Also, are there any particular sustainable kitchen or household items you would love to receive? Sustainable beauty items like the bamboo toothbrushes, loofas, cotton swaps, glass bento items, and those beeswax items you can wrap food in.

Kickstarter (and similar):  Any thoughts, witches? I adore Kickstarter, especially for enamel pins and enamel pins.  Recently, I've been looking at the Art Deco pins, yokai pins, and anything Studio Ghibli.

I have my Etsy and Amazon linked in my signature.  Both are ultimate wishlists, so please don't feel intimidated by what I have on there.  They will certainly give you a pretty good idea about my aesthetics and what I am interested in. On goodreads, you can search for me under Tiah Schindelheim Rodriguez.  I'm currently reading some travel books for my trip to Iceland, Paris, and Amsterdam, but I still need to finish a few other books as I can never read just one book at a time. 

 

And what’s your preferred wrist/necklace size? Wrist is like 8.5 or 9".  I prefer something just a little looser, but I do like my punk or goth cuffs.  Necklace, I like 19" and up. 

 

Does anything from Bird & Blend take your fancy? The Maca Match looks great, as does any and all of the chai teas, Campfire and vampires, Earl grey creme, Earl's paradise, Lady lavender, Smoky Russian.

 

Knitting questions have have been asked, but how about wash cloths, anyone need any?  What colors??  I don't need any at the moment.

There's a special thing happening over at Rituel de Fille this weekend, where some gorgeous makeup items are coming back for just a couple of days. I'll be placing an order Sunday or Monday- anything that might strike your fancy, either from the special sale or from the site in general? (https://ritueldefille.com) Ooh, that Pyxis eye soot looks lovely as does Obsidian. I'd also be very interested in trying  Moonseed lip sheer.

 

To answer my own questions, I would love some art deco tarot decks, mainly for the art like this, this, or the oracle decks like this and  this. I don't mind used one bit.

 

Pigment samples: I have plenty of vintage M.A.C. pigments, but I'd love to try some of the newer shades like Museum Bronze, Green Space, Rock-It Yellow and Hi-Def Cyan.  For Notoriously Morbid, I'd love to try Effect of Atrocity, Bumping Auras, Menehune for their shadows and I'm really interested in Bitchcraft, Bloody Kisses, and Loving the Dead from their lip collections.

Do you have a favourite saying or quote? One doesn't readily come to mind.

 

How do you feel about spicy foods, and where on the Scoville scale do you hit your limit? I'm eat a ghost pepper in front of the classroom kinda gal.  Bring on your spicy, sauces, jams, caramels (habanero caramel is divine).

 

How do you feel about coloring books, especially those pertaining to a personal interest or fandom? I wish I could get myself to sit down and color, but I'd rather read or paint.

A few questions have been asked about knitted items--are crocheted equivalents acceptable?  (crocheted fingerless gloves, shawls, etc.)  

Any fiber issues? Angora or anything rabbit, sadly, will cause migraines.

Dear Witchee, are you at all boozy?  Anywhere between hard cider to straight whisk(e)y?  And any interest in the "unusual" stuff? (unusual as in non-mainstream, local craft ciders or meads, regional fruit wines, experiments from local distilleries, etc) I'm not too boozy, but I adore sake (you can't go wrong with Nigori).

 

 

Nail Polish: Do you need or want some?  If so, what colors and brands are you interested in? I have lots of nail polish, but I am just starting to get into ILNP (I have Missed Calls and Reminisce). I would love Isabelle, Bloodline, Silhouette, Royalty, Riddle Me This, and any of the chromes.  I also love Espionage Cosmetic's nail stickers/wraps as they are a whole lot easier to maintain.

 

 

Postcards? I enjoy receiving postcards, especially from spooky places (would love one from Salem, the Catacombs, etc) or just really beautiful landscape postcards.

 Is anyone interested in anything from the Nocturne Alchemy Halloween release (or, presumably, anything else from the site)? I would love to try Halloween 2020, Halloween Bastet 2016, Haunted House,  Boo!, Black Raven, and Black Crow.  I don't know too much about them, so samples and sniffies would be most welcome. 

 

How do you feel about salt? I don’t mean, like, salted nuts or potato chips. I mean straight-up salt, like alder-smoked finishing salt or Hana Flake sea salt. Yes, I love flavored salts!  Salted nuts and potato chips will also be welcome in this house.

I am infamous for baking (shortbreads savory and sweet, poundcake, various cookies and bars), butter caramels (flavored or plain), and catnip.  Are any of these relevant to you or your household? OM, butter caramels, yes!!!  And catnip!

 

Do you like to cook and do you need/want any spices for such pursuits? I do like to cook.  Right now, I'm hunting for more esoteric spices or spices used in traditional ethnic foods (Amcur, sumac, ajowan carraway, mahleb, kala jeera, etc.)

 

Would you wear any of these? 

Fern , Nuada, Manannan, Duleek Abbey  or an infinity scarf or tube cowl tall enough for a hood (like this scarf or this cowl for shape example)?  I really like the Fern, but wouldn't turn down the Abbey, especially in blacks or jewel tones or oxblood red. 

 

Do you have any utilitarian needs for everyday life? Things that would help or that you've been needing or wanting for work or whatever? I'm really not sure. 

 

What kind of vegan snacks do you like? And vegan chocolate...favorites? I so like vegan chocolates, and I'm open to vegan snacks.

 How would you describe your crafting style? Whimsical & Cute?  Elegantly modern?  Totally Traditional? How I craft personally? Whimsical and cute with a smattering of gothic horror. 

 

Salts?  Yes, I love flavored and fine salts. I use them all the time, too!

So....we are about to process a metric f*ton of green tomato relish, which is basically bread and butter pickles but with sliced green cherry tomatoes.  Is this relevant to any witchees? Yes, please!  That sounds amazing!

 

How do you celebrate Halloween/Samhain?  Do you dress up?  Would you like something for your costume?  And am I the only person left on the planet who wears socks? All month long.  I go to concerts, shows, a Gothic High Tea with a cemetery photo shoot, Halloween-themed drag shows.  I also decorate the house even more than it already is. I make Halloween art (usually painting one of those Michael plaster sculptures), and dress up as much as possible.  This year, I'm going as a sea witch.  I would love things for my costume - think a teal Ursula but with more of a Victorian/Burlesque flair. I would love a black bustle to round it out along with tentacle/spooky mermaid accessories, makeup stencils, etc. You also can't go wrong with sending Dia decorations as we do use them all year. 

 

Socks?  I also really love Sock Dreams.  I have a wishlist here for you, my dear witch!  If you are also having trouble viewing wishlists, I like the following: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

Are you interested in anything from Art Of Tea or Adagio Teas? Any of the Earl/Lady Greys would be most welcome.  I'd also be interested in trying the orchid oolong, matcha, Pacific Coast mint, Aztec spice, 1896, purple oolong, crimson oolong, Big Sur, cinnamon fig, Garden of Eden, London, monk's blend, plum oolong, Uji, Wuyi oolong from Art of Tea. 

 

From Adagio, I'd be interested in trying their Wicked set, chili lime green, any of the Grays and chais, Raja oolong, jade oolong, milk oolong!, Fujian, Pouchong, golden flower, kukicha, Pi Lo Chun, Wenshan mist, Anhui, Thai tea, summer rose, white eternal spring, white cucumber, Formosa Ali Shan, Shizuoka, Zeijiang.  Oh goodness, I'm going to have to try really hard not to order any teas, but I am going to brew myself a cup right now because I have a strong hankering now. 


I make light-weight hairfalls, doll-style, using a variety of fun stuff, like ribbons, lace and soft batting. Would you be interested in receiving a set in the colors of your choosing? Oh, that would be great!  I'd love dark teals and blacks; purples, browns and blacks, too.

How do you feel about enamel pins?  Love them, hate them, slightly interested, totally indifferent?  Absolutely adore  them!  I love ones that relate to travel (like site-specific pins say from The Grand Canyon, The Giant's Causeway, Ginkakuji, etc.), along with anything that is witchy, spooky, spoopy cute, Art Deco, snarky, gothy...yeah, you really can't go wrong with pins.

 I took some beading classes and have been making bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.  Would you be interested in any?  If so, how big is your wrist or how long would you like your bracelet?  Any preferred styles of beads? I like my bracelets around 9"-10".  I'd love them in gothic color combinations (forest green and black; blood red and black, etc).  The beads pictured are pretty nice.

What is your very favorite Halloween candy? If you don't have one/don't do candy, what's a seasonal treat you love? I really enjoy candy corn, the mini Reese cups, black licorice jelly beans.  I dislike those strange chewy peanuts that taste like inflated air.
