I received this as a frimp in my last order. I was hesitant to try it because I don't usually get along with the bpal patchouli note. Fortunately my imp doesn't have even the slightest trace of patchouli! It's got a nice fresh rose, that doesn't go soapy like some roses do, sandalwood and something that smells almost lemony on me, maybe that's part of the sandalwood? For me it smells a lot like Namaste with a hint of rose. I love it!

Wwhoso List to Hunt does nothing for me, it went powdery on me before it even dried. The powder was pretty overwhelming but I could also smell some woods and resins, very similar to Haunted. Like Haunted it has strong throw and staying power.I

This smells exactly like the description it's absolutely lovely. However, it doesn't have a lot of throw so I really needed to slather it and it disappeared after an hour or so.

This is a really pleasant scent, all woods and incense. I'm not sure if it's pretty enough for me to wear but it would definitely be a great room or drawer scent.

Fortunately I don't get the craft store candle smell until after about 5 hours. My skin likes to eat a lot of scents so for me that's a really good thing. On me this is all juicy juicy florals, it's wonderful. It reminds of Blood Countess, but cheerful instead of diabolical. Definitely a keeper!

I was hoping for the woodsy green scent that others have gotten, but I got cocoa powder. I'm not a huge chocolate fan and I don't care for foodie scents unless they're fruity so this doesn't work on me at all. Hopefully this will work better on it's next owner.

For me both rose and dragon's blood are hit ot miss scents. When it's good its great but when it's a miss its usually pretty awful. This one was unfortunately a miss. It smelled delicious in the bottle, warm roses and dragon's blood, I didn't smell any wine. On me however, it was all soap soap soap and some mystery chemically smell after the dry down period I couldn't smell any dragon's blood over the soapy rose. Too bad. I was really excited for this one.

I received this as a frimp in my last order. In the bottle and wet it smells sweet, clean and a little fruity, I don't detect the ginger or white tea which is good because although I like to eat/drink those things I don't want to smell like them. Dry it smells very fresh and clean and exactly like my memory of a Love's perfume that some little girls wore in the 80's, not the pink one, Love's Baby Soft, but the blue one, I think it had the word fresh or rain in the name. Fresh Rain? It's a very nice light scent, but not my thing as it reminds me too much My Little Ponies and Barbies.

In the bottle this one smelled a lot like Zombi, all dirt and roses. This is god, I love Zombi, however fairly soon after I applied it the dirt note disappeared and the rose note morphed into floral air freshener- like the kind in the aerosol can from the 80's. Off to swaps!

This was a miss for me. In the imp and wet on the skin it was nice combination of rose and spice, but then it dried down to rose soap. After a couple hours there was just a generic floral smell left. Too bad.

For me this scent smelled like a pretty cake. Its nice, but I don't want to smell like cake.

Paladin isn't for me, BUT it is an absolutely beautiful scent! The musk and incense combination is perfectly balanced and it smells comfy and warm. It is not too powerful but you can definitely smell it in the air around you without any effort. There is nothing about this scent that I don't like, but it just doesn't seem to match my personality.

I am sooo glad I don't get any of the cherry coke or cherry syrup smell that others have noted. I get cherries, but they are not too sweet, (like real cherries, not cherry flavor) and the wood note from the mahogany. The currant I'm sure is in there too, but I just can't identify it. This is my favorite BPAL so far, I wear it all the time year round. Although I do think that it is best in fall or winter. The mahagony, which is my favorite part seems to getting stronger with age too. Yay! This scent is never too sweet, cloying or heady for me. It's not gender neutral by any means but its also not extremely feminine like some of the other cherry scents. Its staying power isn't fabulous, but not terrible either. You can also slather this one without offending those around you since its not too perfumey. I like running a tiny bit through my hair so that I get whiffs of it all day.

Blood Countess is fabulous! I can almost smell it just thinking about it. I got it as a frimp, I wouldn't have ordered it because of the gardenia, but on me it is mostly berry, plum,and opium with a sliver of rose,I don't really pick up the gardenia or lilac. If this scent had a color it would be a deep deep blood red. I agree with it being a great cold weather scent, it feels really warm and luxuriant. It doesn't morph too much on my skin either. When I wear this scent I feel sexy, bold and powerful. It has decent staying power on me too and a little goes a long way, I've had my imp for months and still have half left. I will definitely order a bigger bottle.

For me Moxie was very sweet, like orange flavored candy at first. After it dried it became less sugary and smelled a lot like a perfect clementine orange. It is a really uplifting scent, a lot of times I'll put it on when I'm feeling down or expecting my day to lousy and I do think it helps chase the blues away. It's a nice scent too, very wearable.

I first tried Zombi as an imp. Wet it had a sickenly sweet smell of rotting flowers that kind of gagged me but after it dried it smelled like roses and dirt, which is what I really wanted. I LOVED it! I used up my imp right away and then eventually I ordered a bottle, but, sadly my bottle only smells like roses, no fleeting scent of decay and NO DIRT! The rose smell is quite lovely but I really wanted the dirt smell. Has anyone else had this experience with Zombi? I'm so bummed. I've abandoned it to the back of my sock drawer and hopefully the dirt will make an appearance with age.

Ooooh I love it! Its simultaneously really sweet and really clean. Its bright and juicy, to me it smells sort of like bubblegum and lemons.

This is one of the greatest scents, its light and flowery without being overpowering or too sweet and cloying. It beautiful and bright and clean. It reminds me of Lady Almalthea from the Last Unicorn. I want to sit and huff this bottle all day, it's an instant pick-me-up. Unfortunately it doesn't last very long, I keep the imp in my pocket when I wear it so that I can reapply when I need to.

I got this as a freebie after I was disappointed by Danube. Its everything I thought Danube would be after reading the forums. This is an ideal summer scent. It's sweet and also clean, it's the perfect combination of aquatic and green scents but softened by beautiful gentle florals. I can see myself wearing all July.

Danube smells just like Bayou, but with a slightly bitter edge. Its a very nice STRONG aquatic scent with good lasting power, the florals are very pretty too, but I keep getting whiffs of that biting note and I want to sneeze. I will probably finish the imp, but not order more.

If you could put the color green in a bottle it would smell like Envy. It's fresh, clean, not at all sweet without smelling medicinal or bitter. The scent is pretty strong for a couple hours too before it starts to fade. I am on my second imp and will probably order a big bottle after its gone.

This scent is so lovely! Its smells heavily of conifers and wet dirt, while at the same time there something really pretty and sort of dark at work in the background. This scent is rain in a dark woods and spring in a bottle. I'm really glad I ordered a 5ml of this!

Oooh yikes! This one was all white pepper and bite. Its hard for me to detect any individual notes. Too strong and harsh for me. Too bad, I wanted to like it.

This scent is the greatest! Its bright and happy and clean and juicy. It smells just like a perfect grapefruit. On me the scent is the same in the bottle as dry on my skin. It makes me not want to wear any other perfume.

Wet: smells like lemon frosting, a little sweet but nice. Drydown: lemon frosting and lemon cake, too sweet, it lacks the sourness of lemon Dry: the sweetness is fading but now it is replaced by a powdery smell that lingers. I was disappointed by this one, I was hoping for something a bit more lemony and tart, oh well.
