Smells just like a sour sharp storm on the horizon only if you are looking for it. Smells too much like floor cleaner and detergent to wear or use.

My mom says it smells like books that have gone to heaven. Sweet, musty, "transfigured tannin of centuries old ink" and no other "natural" smells. "THE BUGGRE ALLE THIS BIBLE" seems close. Any ideas?

For a good musky vanilla, (this may be just me) but antique lace turns into the most delicious warm vanilla that reminds me of an early 20th century European bakery and the scent seems so welcoming, like home. ;-) Anyone else get the same reaction? I'm looking for any scents that are the epitome of their category. Like the MOST rose-y, the MOST caramel-y, the MOST yougettheidea... I didn't like O or Snake Oil, too dark and almost choky, if that helps. :3

Nostalgia encapsulated. A soft, wistful blend of dry flowers, aged linens, and the faint breath of long-faded perfumes. On me, this scent turns to the most delicious, and delicate vanilla. It has undertones of fresh linens that really stand out. Y'know how you remember what perfume your mom wears and it sticks in your mind and brings back memories? This scent has a similar nostalgic beauty that is very comforting.
