Earthy and sweet in the bottle, once on my skin I get the dreaded vanilla = burnt plastic note. I had such high hopes, I love Garden Gnomes so much. I will let my decant age and settle a bit and see if it changes!

This is lovely. A perfect summery scent. The lime and jasmine are quite strong at first, but they settle down after a bit. It becomes truly lovely then, very lightly sweet, a hint of vanilla, a medley of light flowers, the tiniest bit of earthiness, with just a hint of Snake Oil and Dorian.

My husband loves Jack. From the original Pumpkin Patch 4 and 5 are both pumpkin pie, yet, because of the earthy elements they are more gender neutral.

Roses. At first, I get a pure strong rose, not like Rose Red, more like the rose in Rose Cross or Zombie. After a few minutes the rose settles down, and the blackberry peaks out. It is fruity, yet grounded with a woodsy earthy note. It reminds me of All Saints from 2004. The frankincense paired with the rose is very beautiful. This blend really shines in the last stages. It seems to blend together on my skin into a wonderful dark mysterious scent. Skin hugging, earthy incense, with a hint of blackberry rose. It does capture the smell of a churchyard, with the scent of incense floating on the air from an open church window, perhaps?

My first thought, too, is Indian Summer. Warm, leafy, green. Crushed flower stems from children playing outside at lunchtime, a hint of wood, and trampled clover. Lovely.

A quick blast of Lily, sweet and heady. As it dries down it becomes a honey sweetened tea, with a hint of lily, and a spicy pepper kick. I thought I would hate this, florals do not always do well on my skin. But I really like it. It captures the dandy character of Ichabod beautifully.

This smells gorgeous. It is so much more that just a combo of Snake Oil and Dorian. The two are there, but there is an added sweetness of vanilla, the hint of florals, and the fennel lends an earthiness, together they make a beautiful scent. It is sweet lovely perfection. I cannot wait to see how it ages.

Sweet creamy rose. Beautiful.

This is not what I expected. In the bottle, sweet and a little boozy. On, I smell candy corn. It reminds me of Trick or Treat, and is reminiscent of Lughnasadh. A little hoppy, a little grainy. It is a bit powdery on the dry down, but a lovely sweet skin hugging scent.

From the bottle: damp earthy pumpkin On, this is wonderful. Earthy, light spicy pumpkin, a hint of leather, and a damp soil scent. I love it.

From the bottle: Orange cake. On, this smells like an orange Beaver Moon 2005. Cakey, custardy, orange. So delicious.

Singing Moon, The Phoenix, The Lady of Shalott, La Bella Donna Della Mia Mente,or Dragon's Tears?

Isle of Demons is in Wanderlust. Helle's Belles is in Diabolus. If you put an in search of in the swap section for Ghastly Garden, it should be fairly easy to get a hold of an imp.

I usually receive general catalogue bottles in blue, and LE's in amber/brown.

Plum wine. Beautiful fruity wine, a little sweet, and the amber makes it a touch spicy. The musk gives it a wonderful earthy quality. Gorgeous on.

From Dark Delicacies. Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous. Smoky, herbal, with a slight hint of fruity sweetness. The saffron is fantastic. Love this blend, earthy and rich, and very wearable.

This is wonderful. Spicy Chai. It reminds me of the original Three Witches, only richer. The initial spiciness is very strong, but it settles down to an earthy spicy chai scent. A little hint of sweetness, but not tooth ache sweet. The spices are wonderful, so well blended. It is smooth and spicy in the dry down. I am so glad I bought the 5ml instead of the imp.

Very smooth, slightly sweet... perfection. It is so well blended I cannot pick out any one note. Sweet, musky, with a lovely gorgeous earthy woodiness. Just a hint of sea breezes. I can't stop sniffing where I put it on. I love it!

The Phoenix is awesome, salty lime, an earthiness, cool breezes to tickle your nose. I can smell the hint of Snake Oil in it as it dries down. It becomes a very soft scent, it reminds me a bit of Singing Moon. Anyone been on Disney's Soarin' ride? I just realized that The Phoenix smells like the ride to me, the forest, the snowy mountain, the ocean, the citrus scent of the orange grove? All here. Love this one. I'm so glad I took a chance on another aquatic. They have been becoming wins on me. I think my nose has finally grown to appreciate aquatics.

Fresh herbal salt tinged breeze. This smells so good. It is earthy, herbal, perfection. There is a faint smokiness to it, but it is a damp smokiness. I am so glad I hunted down a bottle! It will be well loved.

Lemon with a fruity gingery base. Very fresh smelling, reminds me of spring. Smells like lemonade with a crushed ginger sugar syrup. Really very lovely, but I was hoping to get the grass or sage note for a lemony herbal scented blend. I will keep the imp, though probably not a bottle purchase.

This is a gorgeous autumnal blend. Woodsy moss, deciduous trees, and dark, warm, sweet musk grounding it. A slight sweet floral note to it, a very light and soft floral, it adds a unisex quality to it. It doesn't scream masculine or feminine. I think I may need a 5ml bottle of this.

2007 version. Wow, this is green, crisp, woody heaven. It reminds me of Lush's Tramp. I get crispy leaves, mashing into the damp dirt of a forest trail. A forest, where goblins and ghouls lurk behind each tree. It is gorgeous.
