Giftie imp. A light floral blend, it is sweet and lady-like. I was hoping the musk would be stronger, and mellow the flowers into submission. I didn't hate it, but still not the floral blend for me. I will keep trying each one, as hey, the next one could be "the one"!

Very, very fruity. This is the first blend my hubby has wrinkled his nose at*. He thought it smelled too "teenage mall shopper". On me, it went very sweet, fruity and sugary. Almost spoiled fruit. Off to the swaps it went. *He has since wrinkled his nose at only one other oil, Hellfire, which sadly for him, is just too damn bad! I love that one!

Vetiver, violet and lavender. I get mostly lavender from this, the vetiver adds a fresh citrus note, and the violet sweetens it. As far as florals go I like it, I'm keepin an imp, but as I have been gifted with it several times now, some are going up for swaps.

Leather and earl grey tea. Leather is one of my favorite notes, this has leather, leather = This also has bergamot, and a wonderful dark tea note. It is a fantastic combination. The bergamot is lemony, very refreshing against the leather scent. It dries down to a smooth leather scent, most of the lemon note fades on me, but that is the problem with citrus, it is fleeting.

Boozy, fruity, yumminess. I love this one, it is fresh and sweet, with a dark streak running underneath. I get a fruity wine note, then a wonderful musky spice. I think I'm going to need this in a 5ml, thank you lab for gift imps!

Honey sweet roses. Another gift impie, I love the rose in Alice. I do not think this is the same one. It is wonderful on me for about the first 10 minutes, then I can't smell the honey or apple, I smell like a rose garden. Off to a new home.

Floral, it is a wonderful floral blend. I don't wear florals, I'm more of a resin, woods, dirt, and leather girl. But I try them whenever the lab throws them in, because you never know. This one was interesting, I smell the roses, and I smell something sweet and flowery, maybe the orchid? I like the way it smells, but, as usual, not for me.

Fruity and dry. I love Dragon's Blood, it goes all fruity-sweet, with a hint of floral on me. This blend is fantastic, the sandalwood is grounding, it gives this a deeper and richer quality. The orris smells a bit of candied violet, and it really sweetens the dry down. I like this one, it isn't going to kick Tintagel out of my favorite Dragon's Blood blend position, but it is coming close.

Mmm. Peaches. Wow, this one is summer in a bottle. The peach is bright and fresh, not fruity bubble-gum. The amber adds a wonderful warmth to this. The musk is wonderful. It reminds me of really hot summer days, spent lounging around the pool.

Love this one. It reminds me of Samhain, it has the same dry down for me, apple sweet patchouli. It starts with a juicy fruity apple scent, then the patchouli and amber come out. It keeps the fruit from being foody. I love the amber in this one, it is deep and incensy. It doesn't have all the nuances of Samhain, but it will keep from crying when my bottle of Samhain is gone.

Buttery, pineapple floral. It smells wonderful, the floral doesn't take over, the pineapple adds a neat fruity kick, it feels like a wonderful summertime scent. Love it. Now to hoard the imp until it officially comes out.

I got an imp of this one, and I am so glad. It smells fruity and spicy out of the imp. On, it is fruity, spicy and it dries down to a wonderful warm fruity scent. It isn't foody though, there is a musky scent similar to what I get from Sudha Segara that keeps it from smelling like spicy fruit punch. I like this one a lot, too bad it is an LE...

Mmm, cocoa, rum and coconut. A little bit of mint, but it is just a breath of mint. I love this one, it doesn't come off as foody on me, it is just delicious smelling. It dries down to a nutty, sweet, and soft scent. And lasts on me all day.

Watery, aquatic, and sweet. I can't do aquatics, they give me a headache. It isn't fair either as I love the way they smell. Off it went to a new home!

Gourmand - Foody Scents - General Recommendations

I wondered why you didn't suggest Dracul. Intrigue is complex on me, I get all the different notes though, in stages at that, so that may be the difference. Body chemistry is so weird! -
Gourmand - Foody Scents - General Recommendations

Verdandi, it strongly reminds me of Samhain when it dries down. Also Intrigue, Cerberus, Nosferatu, Centzon Totochtin, and Dracul are all complex and slightly gourmand. -
Me too! I want to smell like Graveyard Dirt!

You are very welcome. I'm so glad she is okay. I can actually hear the scene perfectly, only at our house it was the Windex that her brother was curious about, she was also 7 at the time. Your daughter isn't a Leo by any chance, is she? My dear daughter is, and boy, she sure can roar. I am also pretty sure you are completely right about the jumping on the trundle bed, though it was more likely they were jumping from trundle to bed.

Flushing was the best thing to do, quick thinking! In the mean time, tell poison control it was a perfume oil. See if they have any further suggestions? Cheshire Cat has.... Grapefruit, red currant, dark musk, Roman chamomile, delphinium, and lavender, listed as ingredients. Lots of hugs for both of you.

Out of the imp, fresh ginger, not the powdered spice. On there is the ginger, sharp, fresh and green. The milk and honey are creamy and sweet. I get a musk note too, it may be something in the ambrosia? It smells so wonderful, spicy, rich and creamy, with just a hint of sweetness. I want to eat my arm off. Love this one, I am glad I swapped for a 5ml, now I don't have to wait for a bottle or worry about my imp running dry.

I was just thinking Grog or Hell Fire layered with Centzon Totochtin.

In the imp this is spicy, sweet and I smell my arch nemesis... vanilla. On it is so nice, for almost 1/2 an hour, then the vanilla (or it may be honey in this one) goes crazy and takes over. Bad vanilla (or honey). I am going to try this out again, when it has aged a bit, because I love it at first. All spicy and rich, making me think of warm desert caravans.

This smelled sweet and spicy in the imp. On it starts out wonderful, sweet, spicy, very sexy. It goes to playdoh on me though. I'm keeping the imp, to see if it gets better with age. ETA: I just pulled out my aged Snake Oil. Fresh it smells like Playdoh, aged it is resinous, sweet, and spicy. Wow! I almost threw it with my swap updates. I am so glad I tested it, one last time.

Dirty Apricots. This smelled like dirty apricots on me, it wasn't nice either. I love apricot and I love patchouli. Together though? Off to a new home it went.
