I want to bathe in this scent. I've been looking for a BPAL rose that captivated me, as I love rose and I love BPAL, but Two, Five & Seven and Hymn just did not work for me. When I got my decant circle package I just sniffed everything and ended up testing Snow White. But I kept thinking about The Peacock Queen and I finally broke down and tried it. I am in love. It is deep, lush, red, red rose in full bloom. Sensuous and sophisticated, and I think I will need multiple bottles.

hepkitten, think you could describe what tonka smells like? Because I'm pretty much getting something that smells like light patchouli, and tonka & neroli are the only things in there I haven't smelled before. It's really really weird.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! All I get for hours is a really sharp, astringent smell--maybe partly the labdanum? The drydown is a gorgeous, rich floral, but I can't stand the alcohol smell to get to it.
