Whoa!!!! Shango is to me what Midnight Kiss is to my DH. Straaaaange!!! Seriously, that's how they work!!! I don't think they even share one common ingredient!!! But that's ok because I LOVE Midnight Kiss on my DH!!!!!!! Nice!!!!

:D I soooo wanted Xanthe to not weep for me!!! Unfortunately this scent turns immediately rancid on me. I'm not sure what it is in it, this is the very first scent to do this to me. Yeck!! Pass 'er on.....

Too floral for me I LOVE it in the imp, but on me it smells like wilting overheated carnations!

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies. Yet another foody winner for me!!! Pumpkin is one of my favorite scents, and so I am soooooo happy that BPAL's pumpkin works on me just how I want it to!!! Seriously, it smells like Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies, I can't even get past that. You've NEVER had pumpkin oatmeal cookies? OMG!!! You are soooo missing out!!!

OMG!!! Sooooooo veerrrrrrry yummmmmmmeh!! I am obviously loving this one. I put just a tiny bit on one wrist, and I can't stop sniffing myself!! You should have seen the looks my DH was giving me until I made him smell too!! Yummeh to him too!! Yay!!!! Definitely totally 100% Pumpkin Cheesecake!!! Mmmmmmm..... Another wonderful pumpkin blend that I must beg and plead for more of!!!

This a subtle Queen, that's for sure! She's lovely and regal and smells oh-so-yummy, but I pictured (imagined?) a much stronger scent. The orange is there, for sure, on me, and amber too I think, but the pumpkin hovers over everything. VERY well blended, though- I wouldn't classify this as a "pumpkin" scent like the pumpkin patch scents are, but it's so very nice at the same time. Much more subtle than the patch scents. I think this would be a FABULOUS pumpkin scent to wear to a meeting or where I will be in a room with lots of people. Stays on my KEEP list!

The musks stand out right off the bat, but then if I'm patient they tone down and the fruits start to peek their ripe little "heads" out. No roses, no other florals, just fruits. It's a nice scent but not one of my favorites right now. I have a sneaky suspicion though that I should hold on to this one and try it another time....

There's no silliness in this scent!! Just yummeh goodness!! Very faint, though- I will have to slather this baby on. Strawberry and honey for sure, vanilla right there too. Pear and sweet pea afre hiding right now though. Faded after about 4 hours, which is very fast for me!! Nice morning scent, but I don't see putting this on in the evening or for going out.

Nice, deep scent. It almost vibrates purple!! The violet, fig, and wisteria stand out the most to me, but as a blend not as single notes. I've tried this twice now and both times it smelled completely different- so I think I may keep trying this one over the next month to track it!!! Fruity without being too fruity, and floral without being too floral.

Definitely indulgent!! I can't decide if it smells more like chocolate-black berry or chocolate-orange blossom. Very light scent. But either way, I like it!!! Nowhere near the strength of Gluttony, and smoother than Bliss. But I will definitely have to slather this one on!!!!

Mmmmm.... No bubblegum on me either!! Slightly sharp-smelling but at the same time smooth. Makes about much sense as corners on a ball, I know.... But that's the only way I can think to describe it!!! It must the myrrh that pinches my senses a bit, and puts me off a little. It's a nice scent but I probably won't keep this one....

:urp: Ok, not on me!!! Not on me! Except that my DH kept sniffing me trying to figure out what smells familiar. LMAO! So I tossed him the imp- and he slathered it on his arm. Now let him sniff himself!!! Too leathery-smelling on me.

Hm... I've tried this twice now and I don't know STILL if I like it!!! I MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT try this on my DH while he is being so cooperative! Very faded on me both times, which is I think part of the reason I can't decide if I like it or not.... ADDED Nov. 19: Hm. Didn't care for this, and not sure I can imagine it on my DH either!!! Well, maybe we will try it on him during a cooperative moment. On myself I can smell the spices and roses, but pretty sure I don't care for the combo on me!

Mmmmm coconut! This smells like a high-quality macaroon!!!! Mmmmmmm...... Slight chocolate and buttercream, with the tiniest hint of mint and orange hiding in the background. But over everything is the vereh vereh yummeh co-co-nut!!

Very yummy- lickable- watermelon jolly ranchers and lime. Mmmmmm... Very frisky fun and sweet! Settles down into a nice fruity (pretty peachy!) smell that sticks around!

I realize the wood note in this blend is Sandalwood, but I SWEAR on my DH is smells like the inside of a Cedar Chest (which is way yummy). I tried this on- briefly- and ew! But on my DH it is yummeh~ And the best part is, he's willing to try all of these on- he's starting to get as excited as me!!!! Well almost. I love him even more now!!! (Didn't even know it was possible!)

Mad Hatter was certainly minty, but since I love mint that's a-okay in my book! Unfortunately, the other notes in Mad Hatter didn't set well on me- but I am suspecting they will be FABULOUS on my DH!!!!!

Simplicity and innocence, gleefully despoiled! Sugared rose. Hmmmm.... Not for me. Although the lovely notes do morph from in the bottle all the way to complete drydown, NONE of the stages were nice on me. I'm not a big rose fan, though, so this little impie will end up in YoakeNoKami's box!

:sigh: Yummy!!! Soft and delicate- DEFINITELY pear and vanilla, and I quite frankly smell nothing more. If it's there then it's hiding well!! But what a perfect scent! I wore this yesterday for the first time to a dinner party and kept getting "what's that your cooking that smells so GOOD?" before I realized it was me and not the cooking they were smelling!!! Very soft and gentle. And yummy to a tee.

At first this was just what I wanted- soft and fruity-floral. Then after about an hour, the rose jumped out and bit me on the nose. WAAAAYYYY too strong, and all of a sudden the fruit jumped ship and all I get left is rose-rose-rose-rose- oh right and -more rose. :cough: This one is getting passed on to someone else who either loves roses or who this will work better on.

The wine and berries are toned into a lovely, not-at-all-cloyingly sweet scent by the currant and thyme. I have to say that of all the non-foody (IMHO) scents that I have tried yet of BPAL, this one is my DEFINITE favorite!! I surprised myself by putting this into my Top Ten!!!!!

Oh wow yet again. The apricot is soooo lovely!!! What a sweet, light scent. It seems to flit around me gracefully. After a little while it's hard to pick out just one note, they blend together so softly and sweetly... This is DEFINITELY a keeper, which is amazing to me since my favorite are all seriously Foody scents!

Wow. I don't even know where to start, other than to grab a napkin and wipe my chin off!!! This scent kicked me in the gut and had me off hunting for sweets- Goo goo cluster ice cream, especially!! I can DEFINITELY smell the chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. Yummy!!! Talk about one of the ultimate sweet-treat foody scents!! I don't know how often I'd wear this since it makes me CRAVE sweets like a lot of the other foody scents do NOT. But still. Yummy.

Ick. This was great for about 5 minutes before it turned to straight-out powder on me. Note to self: Possibly avoid too much Amber in the future...... My imp will be finding a new home shortly!

Oh man, oh man! Warm, moist, steaming gingerbread fresh from the oven!!! One of my favorite holiday treats to make is fresh gingerbread. One of the few breads/cakes I like to make from scratch!!! Yummy..... Now I want to bake so I can enjoy the flavor as well as the smell!! My tummy is grumbling... Too bad I don't usually make it all year round! It'll be the holiday season soon enough.... this scent stayed on me for about 4 hours before simply- poof- disappearing!
