    Lavender, Sea Salt & Rain

Wet: My immediate thought is Angels on Bare Skin by Lush.. but with more salt. As soon as I thought that, I KNEW I had the same thought about another perfume, but couldn't remember which. I ended up digging through my past reviews, and it ended up being Old Scratch and Baku. Maybe the same lavender is being used? Shrug. Dry: This is SO. MUCH. BETTER. when it dries. It's beautiful. This smells like standing near the ocean on a rainy day, with some fresh lavender nearby. I can smell the lavender, sea salt, and rain. (A little bit sweet, as well.) I was worried it would go the dryer sheet or detergent route, but it didn't. This is beautiful.

    Maraschino Cherry Buttercream Hair Gloss

First spirtz, maraschino cherry buttercream smells like.. well... maraschino cherry buttercream. A slight hint of almonds as well. The cherries are more on the artificial smelling side; like sniffing them straight from a jar where they're suspended in syrup. It goes a bit plastic-y in my hair as it dries, which unfortunately doesn't make this a winner for me.

Cotton Candy, Strawberry & Lime Zest

Wet: I LOVE strawberry and lime together, and that's what's coming out swinging here! I'm not getting any cotton candy (yet). Dry: Welcome to the party, cotton candy! In order of strongest note to least - strawberry, lime, cotton candy. Kind of reminds me of a strawberry pie with lime zest? Definitely foodie and sweet.

    Couple Reading Erotic Scroll

Wet: Immediately after applying - blackberry juice! Strongest note, by far. After a minute, I'm getting more of a blackberry tea kind of scent, with some rice milk, and a hit of bergamot. Dry: This one doesn't morph much when it dries; I would still describe this is a blackberry tea with some rice milk.. just minus the bergamot. I'm loving how strong the blackberry note is, and it's totally bottle worthy. So good.

    Party Tricks Hair Gloss

Ohhh, this is pretty! A warm, sweet, creamy, strawberry chypre scent. (When I say "sweet" it's more a general sweetness, not anything candy-like.) I agree with previous reviews - this is a very "pink" scent, and will probably appeal to a lot of people. It's easy to wear, and I could see this pairing with a LOT of different perfumes. The only downfall is it doesn't last too long in the hair. I'd say it's gone after about 3-4 hours.

    The Death Grapple

Wet: Yep. Lavender and still-fizzy coke. Dry: I would say more labdanum (aka fizzy coke) now than lavender, but they're still both present. This is... such an odd scent. A strange combination, but it works for me. I'm considering a bottle, but I know I'll be at least keeping my decant. I think everyone needs to try this!

    Green

Wet: Spring in a freaking bottle (okay, decant) right here. Apple wine and flowers. Soft, juicy, floral, sweet. Very pretty. Dry: Sadly, most of the apple wine has faded off. I'm left with some type of .. white floral note, maybe? and skin musk. The apple wine was the star of the show for me, so not bottle worthy, sadly.

Fudge Brownie and Butterscotch Hair Gloss

Good lord. First spray... fudge. Rich, sweet, sticky, fresh, decadent chocolate fudge. My head is in a strongly scented cloud of fudge. It's awesome. The butterscotch doesn't show up for me until after it dries in my hair, then it's like a fudgey-butterscotch tango. The throw isn't as strong as it was earlier, but I can definitely smell it when I move my hair around.

    Pink Cherry & Pink Pepper

Wet: A cherry tootsie pop (before you get to the.. "chocolate"). Dry: Ah, there's the pink pepper! Unfortunately, most of the cherry is gone. Strong on the pink pepper, light on the cherry. Pretty light scent overall, though. Darn. I'll probably keep this around just to use up in my hair.

    Green Lovebird

Wet: MINT. Vanilla mint. Strong. Up my nose. Clearing out my sinuses. Mint. (Pistachio, I'm rooting for you to come out on the dry down!) Dry: Most the vanilla has died off, but the sugary has AMPED. A very, very sweet mint scent. Sadly... no pistachio, here, which is the main reason why I wanted to try this out. If you're a mint lover, this is worth a try, just don't be expecting much(if any) pistachio.

A Prostitute's Account of Vernal Love

Wet: Bring on the red musk! The red musk comes out swinging, and is being backed by the cherry wood(make no mistake about the "wood" part; you can smell it here). No apricot or fig here yet; I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the red musk doesn't overwhelm them. Apricot and red musk would be SO nice. Dry: Sweeter than the wet stage, but I'm still not getting any apricot or figgy goodness (though I suppose one of them may be contributing to the added sweetness). The red musk is still dominant, but not as "POW" as before; it's mellowed quite a bit. The cherry wood is still backing up the red musk. This is nice, but nothing special on me.

    Abalone Vulva

Wet: A sweet, creamy, golden, musky aquatic. Too many adjectives? It's fascinating, and has something addictive about it. (Thankfully, the lotus here isn't going bubblegum-y.. yet.) Dry: This doesn't morph on me much once it dries. If anything, the amber is a little stronger; otherwise, everything has remained the same! I agree with everyone who said "pink mermaid musk". Totally get it.

White Tea and Black Cherry Hair Gloss

Oh. I like you. First spritz, I get a STRONG blast of black cherry! Borderline candy-like. No white tea here at all. Black cherry, in your face. When it dries in the hair, I can finally smell the white tea while the black cherry note calms down. It's about 50/50 black cherry and white tea, and it's quite nice... and also has me craving some cherry tea now.

    Snake's Kiss Hair Gloss

My hair gloss experience is pretty much spot-on to my perfume experience: this much lighter than expected, and is mostly honeycomb and vanilla. I'm not getting much Snake Oil, at all. Much like the perfume, I expect this one needs some aging to fully appreciate it. Right now, it's too light and fades too quickly.

There Is No Bliss Like This

After looking at the notes.. I have no idea why I ordered a decant of this. Wet: Clove, cinnamon and patchouli. Very "dry" smelling. Dry: A little creaminess to the blend now; the patchouli has faded into the background slightly, while the clove and cinnamon are right up front (with a good amount of throw). If a strong clove or cinnamon scent entices you, try this out. (As a side note: my skin has some sensitivity with cinnamon, and I had no issues with this guy.)

    Beating the Tatami Shunga

Wet: Strawberry and ti leaf; this smells very much like a perfumed strawberry, rather than a fresh one. Dry: Herbal strawberry; almost like a strong strawberry tea? Something like that. Pretty light on the skin, though when I catch a whiff of it, it's fairly nice. (I prefer a stronger strawberry note, though.)

    Pink Lovebird

Wet: Cake, and cardamom. I would say that the "cake" smells more like all the dry cake ingredients you sift together before combining with the wet. It smells like that, plus cardamom. Dry: Still no cotton candy, but it doesn't matter much, since my skin all but completely ate this. Just a hint of that dry cake mix with cardamom, but it's about 95% gone.

    Egoyomi

Wet: Peach! I get syrupy peaches, and some of the peach skin as well. Just a dab of honey. Yum. Dry: The sandalwood has come out, and it's almost entirely overpowering the peach. It's more or less sandalwood, with peach in the background now. The honey is totally gone. This had so much potential, darn it. I'll just have to use it up in my hair.

    Rope Pulley

Wet: @VetchVesper nailed it - strawberry creme savers. SO nostalgic! Dry: Incredibly happy that this stayed true to the wet stage - any kind of milk/cream notes can go super funky on my skin. Strawberry creme savers, with maybe a little less strawberry than the wet stage.

    One Girl

Wet: Orchid, incense, and apple pulp. The orchid and incense are the strongest notes here, but you can get a tiny bit of the apple pulp, which is adding some sweetness. Dry: The apple pulp pretty much disappeared, and the orchid and incense are still going strong. I think this is a really nice floral incense blend, without it being headache-inducing (that I find some florals to be). If the floral notes and incense appeal to you, try this! If you're looking for apple pulp, you may be disappointed, though.

    Velvet Unicorn

Wet: Pink Sugar by Aquolina. I thought I was going crazy, and the looked through previous reviews and saw a few others mentioned it as well! (Pink Sugar notes, with similar notes to VU in bold: bergamot, orange, fig leaves, raspberry, lily, candy floss, licorice, strawberry, sandalwood, musk, vanilla, and caramel.) To be fair, it's been several years since I've smelled Pink Sugar(over 5, for sure), but it's what I immediately thought of first. Dry: Yep, I stand by what I said in the wet stage. Pink Sugar. It's a (super) sweet, slightly warm, foodie scent with extra vanilla. Me gusta.

    In Necessarias Unitas

Wet: This screams MASCULINE to me. Mahogany and patchouli are standing out the most, and maybe a touch of vetiver, but it's not very strong at the moment. (Also, I have no idea what guiac wood is or smells like?) Dry: Less patchouli, more mahogany and vetiver, plus oakmoss. Sweeter than the wet stage as well; still what I would call "masculine," but not... hyper masculine. Not bad, but not for me.

    The Season of Ghosts

(2019 version.) Wet: Citrus! Lemongrass, blood orange, and bergamot are mingling (with blood orange being the strongest, currently). Definitely understand the "lemon cleaner" scent that some people have mentioned previously; it's borderline cleaner-smelling on me. Dry: Ginger! Ginger, and a light citrus scent are left. Light, fresh, and clean(without going the cleaner route). It's nice, but nothing I'll need a big bottle of.

Who is Nibbling at my House? Hair Gloss

I feel like when I first spray this into my hair, it's a decent mix of apples with spices. Very warm, baked apples scent. (Totally underrated dessert, btw.) When it dries, it smells like a tart granny smith apple with some caramel lingering behind. I like it!

    Nes Gadol Haya Sham

(2019 version.) Wet: Okay, there's a lot of notes in here, and it's hard to pick out a lot. Here are the main ones I'm getting: almond, frankincense, and lemon verbena. It's sweet, incense-y, and.. I can't stop smelling it. The more I sniff it, the more I like it, and the harder it is to describe. (So far, I'm liking this better than 2018.) Dry: Almond and lemon verbena are still going on, and I think I may detect a little bit of pomegranate sneaking in now as well. Something a little smoky, as well? I like this more than the previous year's for some reason.
