I'm glad somebody asked this. I was tipping and applying, and that worked for some scents. It was way too much for others and I ended up scenting the house (in a good way!).

This is one of those scents that you can't just smell from the bottle. When I first did that, I thought there was no way I'd wear this oil. However, when I applied it, it 'warmed" and was absolutely gorgeous. It is earthy, but very wearable. I think I'll follow another poster's advice and try it layered with Black Rose. That would be phenomenal. Onlydreamin

I could really smell the ginger in this, as well as the black pepper. The pepper isn't an in-your-face type of smell, it adds background to the scent. I'm terrible with descriptions, but the scent reminded me of heat. It's a great unisex scent. i feel comfortable wearing it, even though it's not "girlie" at all. However, men would enjoy this scent, as well. I did find that I had to re-apply after a few hours of wear, but that's not a bad thing. Onlydreamin

Elizabeth, you may want to give those parcels a little more time before you start to replicate all those orders. Mine took three weeks to arrive, and I had almost given up hope. I'm not sure why the mail is so slow. This must be so frustrating for you. However, we all know that you and your company are wonderful and that your product is superb! Please don't stress out. My gym has a very firm 'no scent' policy. I wouldn't mind smelling a BIT of BPAL at the gym, but commercial scents really aggravate me when I'm puffing away. Onlydreamin
