Bijou

Dana O' Shee is very light and creamy. It smells just like oatmeal, milk, and honey, maybe some almond and a little cherry. It is sweet but not overly foody/dessert smelling. It does not seem to last as long on me as other BPAL oils do which made me a little sad because I really love it and wish it was a bit stronger on me, but that just means putting a bit more on after a while. I think it is a good fragrance for people that want to try foody smells as it isn't overdone and won't make you smell like a bakery.

I am not sure of what currants are supposed to smell like, so I am not sure if I smell those at all, but the fragrance seems to smell the same on my skin as it did in the bottle. It is a very sweet buttery smell on me, either cake batter or a sugar cookie dough. I did not like it much at first but it has grown on me quite a bit.

In Bottle - It smells like the fragrance that you get when you buy a hair dye kit to make the dye not smell so strong. Not so good smelling... Wet - Strongly sweet and floral with a little bit of the pear, but mostly very sweet, almost sugary. I like it though, but a bit strong. Dry - Still sweet, can smell more of the pear and it smells wonderful to me. I can really smell the plumeria and tuberose. Overall, this is a beautiful perfume, it is very sweet which I like and it gives me a very feminine feel. It is very long lasting on my skin too.
