i ordered my package february 7 and kept waiting to tell beth that it hadn't arrived. after the two month mark hit i decided an e-mail and a pm was in order and she said she'd try something else b/c all the other canadian orders had made it to their destinations except for mine.

i'm still waiting for my feb 7th order...

i wonder if you had to re-re-send mine? i still haven't received the first re-shipment that you sent out three weeks ago, i think it was (original order date 2/7) i wish the post office would give you/us a break, as much as it frustrates us as customers, i can only imagine how much it pains you to have to listen to us whine then have to work three times as hard.

i'd rather sign for the parcels too. at this point i have no idea where my order is - i'm assuming it's still stuck at canadian customs or something. it's just a signature, i'd much rather that than not have my oils at all. elizabeth: do whatever you see fit to do about this whole mail situation - i think all of us here will be happy with whatever route you choose if it means our packages get to us in better time. we love ya!
