Why haven't they sent the info on to the lab yet? Sorry to ask so many questions, but this is my first time ordering and I just want to get an understanding of what the process is.

Can someone exlpain what "Awaiting Shipment" means? I assume that means the lab has my order and is in the process of making it, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks
