I'm thinkin TwilightEyes wants the bottles ... not the pictures. Oh, I forgot to post that my Le Mat set is up on flickr. Got 'em yesterday around noon.

I have a picture in my Flickr BPAL gallery. It's a little fuzzy -- my camera didn't want to focus on it. *grumble* Once again, I want to thank TwilightEyes for the wonderful resource she provides with her flickr gallery of BPAL pictures! *looks down, hands behind back, knee bent, scuffing toe in dirt* Aw, shucks. (And if there are any bottles I am missing that you have, feel free to send to me..... muahahaha! )

In the bottle: Very green and refreshing.. The inhale is sweet and tart and reminds me both of tea and candy. I can detect the sage but it is not overpowering. On my skin: The green cedar is coming out. The sweetness is fading and the tart is coming to the forefront. I can feel it on the sides of my tongue. So far a winner!
-
In the bottle: Vetiver. Will need to retest skin and get back to this, but so far... vetiver.
-
In the bottle: Sugar scent similar to Sugar Skull. Red licorice. Rum. On the skin: Rum and Whiskey. Reminds me a little of John Barleycorn. Not what I was expecting at all! This one is fairly masculine imo. As it dries, I can actually smell the greasepaint and smoke. I can almost smell the peanuts and corn.
-
In the bottle: Sweet tobacco and a somewhat creamy vanilla scent on the verge of coffee but not quite. Some woody smell but not sure what kind. On my skin: Hardly any throw. Not a morpher. Did not stay long. Will need to let it age and skin test again.
-
In the bottle: Clove! On skin: Spicy smooth dusty wood. Did not have much throw for me or last very long, sadly. Will need to retest.
-
In the bottle: Strawberry and a teeny hint of a boozy drink. On my skin: Woah, hello booze! No officer, I have NOT been drinking!! A little too boozy for my tastes. I could pretty much smell the gin and vermouth overpowering the strawberry. Not as long lasting as the Velvet Unicorn on me.
-
In the bottle: Dark vanilla cotton candy and a honeyed berry of some sort. Maybe the mixture of strawberry and cherry, but it doesn't really have that "almondy" scent that most cherry has. On my skin: Can't stop sniffing. Has some notes that remind me of Beaver-versary. Not a morpher on me. Some elements of midway too. So far this is the longest lasting one (out of the four that I've tried) -- still on my skin the next morning and is very yummy still. Mostly a vanilla cake with a honey berry undertone. Not getting any florals out of this at all. This was a bit of a surprise hit for me. A lot more vanilla and honey than I expected. Edit: Wore this again yesterday and it was reminding me of Milk Moon 2005. Body chemistry is such an odd thing!

Yay! Got mine today too and got them up on flickr.

Here is the one that I got with the shirt from the trading post: http://www.flickr.com/photos/miss_twilight/2780188662/ I believe it is the same label as the one from the Lab but not 100%.

Yep. Mine is a really brick or dried blood red with what appears to be navy script. Photo was just posted on flickr.

Chaos Theory V: Recursive Self-Similarity v1

XV (15) In the bottle: Juicy dark strawberry musk On skin: The strawberry is fading and leaving behind vanilla musk. Very dark. Weird how the berry note is totally gone now. Almost resiny at this point. (after a few minutes) -- Strawberry is back, but very light under the dark dark musky vanilla. More like a hint of strawberry. -

XXIX (29) I have to admit that I've never smelled Penitence. But this blend is very lovely -- frankincense, myrrh, vanilla rose musk. Warm, sweet, incensey sugared rose. -

XVI (16) O and Humbug got together and had vanilla honey licorice babies. This one right here is, so far, my favorite CT evah!! LX (60) In the bottle: Having a hard time figuring out what in the heck this one is. A few other people weren't able to place it either. -

XCVI (96) Snake Oil with Red Wine!! I have really been liking the wine notes lately so a winner. I have it in my scent locket as I type. CXXXVII (137) Snake Oil and ... Lavender? This reminds me a bit of Lilith Victoria. DLXXIV (574) This one is VERY Foody -- hazelnut? Cake? Yum. DCXXII (622) Snake oil with rose and lemon? -
check Twilight_Eye's Flickr journal; I bet she does! I only have the old label. Today I posted Chaos Theory V on flickr, as well as Flower Moon.

Hm. This does not smell like real oranges to me. (I have one sitting right here to compare with.) At first in the imp it does smell very fresh orange like but with a floral undertone. Dry, though it smells more like a mock orange blossom or a floral orange. A warm and creamy floral. Possibly some ginger warming it up? I want to say Neroli or Bergamot lurking about as well.

On me: leather. single note. Hello leather. Yes, you are still sexy, leather. But I wanted some cream and fig and berry. *sigh*

The Host of the Air is very much green and clover. I would suggest getting it while there is still time.

This is one of the surprise favorites from the Odes for me. It actually reminds me almost completely of White Rose from the Trading Post. Sweet vanilla, white rose, something a little tangy, perhaps the white wine grape? I love sandalwood but nothing in this blend screamed out sandalwood to me. I really really want to stock up on bottles but funds are tight this month so I might be looking for back ups on the forum instead.

In the bottle I get ambergris, oakmoss, and a little musk. On my skin, it seems fairly light and close. The black musk is much lighter than anticipated. The honey is starting to peek out and a teeny hint of fruit and citrus from the currant, neroli, and bergamot. The patchouli seems to be a sweet one. Earthy and sweet. Dry: The honey and fruit has come out a lot more -- this actually reminds me of Gluhwein but without the spice. Very very nice.

Ok, *THIS* one is green. I don't smell dandelions as much as heather, clover, and green grass. A very green and refreshing floral blend.

First thought: whew, the dirt is barely noticable. Second: Roses, lilies, and woah -- Helllloooo Yew!! This reminds me a bit of Rose Red because of the green waving at me except that, of course, it isn't pure rose otherwise. I like this one a lot -- I expected not to like it as much as others because of the dirt note, but I can't smell dirt at all.
