very warm and gorgeously sweet scent...not foody or candy sweet, but comforting cream/amber sweet. a golden scent. love it.

i'm not a civet fan and i can smell the civet in this a tiny bit, but it doesn't bother me because it's faint and in the background and the rest of this blend is really pretty. musky, dark, unique. overall, a dark and lovely scent.

White rose and honeyed cream. blech. headache-inducing rose is all i get out of this.

heavy and sweet with some lovely resinous notes. goes a bit powdery on the drydown, but still sweet with the lovely resin smell.

fresh, green, and sweet! maybe grass, hay, and moss? it's yummy, for sure.

this is all fig and wood on me. yummy. sweet wood. love it.

mmm. loving this. at first, it was very strong, spicey and peppery with a wet, grassy undertone. the peppery scent faded quickly, though, and the smell became more of a cucumber/grass smell...a very fresh scent.

wasn't very manly to me. there was a lot of sweetness to this on me and something dirty as well. unfortunately, there was a very sharp and sour scent that came through at the end of this and ruined the whole thing for me.

had high hopes for this one, but it just didn't work for me at all. it was a very dirty, herbal scent that faded to nothing almost immediately. sad.

being a midwestern girl, i was really looking forward to this one and hoping for a yummy, sweetish, genuine hay scent. unfortunately, on me, this is nothing but super sweet baby powder from the get-go

EEK! My number rubbed off my bottle! All I can tell is it starts with LX It's gorgeous, though...and I LOVE it. In the bottle it's STRONG citrus...I couldn't decide it it was lemon or lime...my husband says lime...with just a touch of sweetness to it. This strong citrus smell is all I get in the bottle, no hint of Dorian whatsoever. Same is true on my skin wet. Once it's on my skin and dried down, though, it's beautiful, wonderful, gorgeous Dorian with a sweet shot of strong lime or lemon or limon...or whatever that delectable citrusness is! Like a wonderful summer tea concoction...very bright and refreshing. I imagine this one being amazing for bright, sunny summer days. It's really quite beautiful! I wish the numbers hadn't rubbed off it, though

CXVIII - OMG...chocolate? that's what i get from it...O and yummy, creamy, sweet chocolate. Wet and in the bottle this is STRONG chocolate. I was a bit worried 'cause some chocolates don't work that well on me and go wonky on my skin, but this one works nicely. I am left with a gorgeous, warm, tastey scent of honey and chocolate...not terribly foody in a way that makes me want to eat my skin, but soft, warm and sexy in a way that makes my husband sniff my neck and say, "is that...honey and...(sniff) chocolate (sniff)". This will be a wonderful amped by warm summer skin and I think it will age gorgeously!! LOVE! (p.s. - i also am having a nasty case of PMS, so was thrilled to get a bottle of chocolatey, honeyed goodness in my mail today

i had to get a bottle of this because of the widely varying notes involved. i wasn't sure whether it would be sweet and foody or more woodsy and resinous. this ends up having a strong note of fruit, smells like some kind of melon and maybe the plum. the pine resin pokes through with some oakmoss making this a very natural and earthy scent. not at all what i was expecting, but divine nontheless!

lovely! not quite what i was expecting, but i dig it nontheless. once this is all dried down and settled into my skin it has a faint soapy/floraly smell i suspect comes from the lunar herbs, but the main note is cedar, which is lovely and dry. a hint of sandalwood blends it all together for an almost smokey woodsy scent.

i am loving this. on my skin it is totally different than in the bottle and that makes all the difference. on me, this is a soft, sexy, smutty leather scent with just the tiniest hint of berries sweetening the mix. i can't stop smelling myself. i knew i would love this one, and i'm not at all disappointed.

this is a very light musk on me...i like the way if smells in the bottle better...stronger and with more leather.

okay...i bought a bottle of this from ebay 'cause i love leather and wood and just couldn't resist. good call i made, too, 'cause i'm loving it! i think it would smell really good on my hubby, too, but i'm hording this one all for myself. the red musk is divine! and mingled with the leather and wood...it's just naughty and dirty and resinous and i adore it! this is a good scent for those "don't mess with me" kind of days. a nice musky, woody and almost patchouli smelling scent with that crack of leather to keep you on your toes.

finally got to try this one thanks to a frimp enclosed with a bottle i traded for. i love me some ozone and stormy, watery scents, so i had high hopes for this one. it went on smelling electric, aquatic and lovely...unfortunately, after about 10 minutes it turned to a straight-up perfumey scent on me. mind you, a nice perfumey scent, but a perfumey one nonetheless and that's just not what i was looking for from lightning.

well i love jasmine, so the jasmine note was not a problem for me. it was the strongest not at first, but there is so much else here at play, i wouldn't really call this a jasmine heavy scent. the oriental spices and musks come out to play rather strongly as well and make this a rather dark and sultry scent. there are some other florals in the mix i'm not familiar with, but am loving. my overall impression of this scent is dark in the black dahlia sense, but also warm and sensual. very different, intriguing, sexy, musky, and alluring. this is one i might want to eventually get a bottle of after i fully test my two imps! i'm just really digging this scent...it gets in my head and really sticks with me and i can catch a swirl of it everywhere i go. dark and moody and mysterious. it's not at all an overwhelming floral because of the spices and musks balancing out the florals. just really a beautifully balanced scent a bit on the dark, sultry side of femininity.

Ah, Clemence. I had high hopes, for you...I love all your notes and you smell so lovely in the imp and on my skin. Dark, musky, woodsy patchouli...and the spiciness of cardamon spiked by the pitch of pepper. divine! Alas...you sank into my skin and disappeared in all of 10 minutes. All that's left of you now three hours later is the slightest hint of a woodsy smell I can only detect when I press my nose directly to my skin and inhale deeply and search for your presence. Heartbroken!!!

This is lovely! I am a patchouli lover but this isn't a very strong pathouli scent for me. I get more of the red musk, tempered by the currant for a tidbit of a sweet note. overall, it's warm and musky with a wee hint of sweetness and has a very berry pink/red smell to it. i can't smell it real strong on my skin, but when i walk into a room and have been there a minute or two, i get a real strong scent of Marianne whirling around me and am loving it! sexy sweet musk. mmm.

in the bottle this is sweet and has a very, very slight floral to it, which i'm guessing is the lilly of the valley. on my skin, the gray amber and tonka take the leak and are gorgeous. gray amber is my new love and i must seek out everything with gray amber in it, this is just truly a lovely, sensuous scent that does wonders with my body chemistry. when this dries down i'm left with a soft, yet strong scent that is warm, slightly sweet but in a musky, not foody way and has the slightest floral hint to it. very pretty, feminine, and achingly beautiful. i am in love with this scent and will be rationing the contents of the bottle so as not to use them too quickly. just gorgeous!

rose, plum and honey! this is a very pretty scent. the honey is thick and sweet, but somehow, the honey and rose temper each other and keep each other from becoming too sweet and overpowering. i'd call this scent warm, summery. my only complaint is my skin eats it up and it doesn't last long. maybe others can smell it on me, but two hours after applying it, nose to skin i can barely sniff it at all:( it's a frequent reapplication oil for sure...good thing i got the whole bottle!

wet this is thick and sweet and burns a little like love me. i didn't think i was gonna like it when i first put it on because of the thick, sweetness. but once it dries down...oh my! this is one sexxxxy blend! i'm really getting nothing orange from this, but just a gorgeous semi-sweet, but mostly musky and spicey sexiness that makes me wanna do myself if there's no one else around to do. lol.

i have to admit, i was hoping for something stronger, dirtier and sexier after reading the description of this one. it's a lovely scent and i do like it, but to me, it doesn't fit its description. on me this scent is a very light, sweet musk. it goes on light and it stays light the whole time. after having it on a couple of hours i have to put my nose to my skin to smell it. very pretty and feminine, sweet without being sickeningly so. quite lovely, but just not what i was hoping for from this scent's description...anactoria doesn't strike me as lustful or sexual at all, but more warm and cuddly...like kittens.
