In Vial: sharp, medicinal, floral Wet: I smell the florals and something else, frankincense? Something smells like dead herbs. Drydown: Still true to what it was wet. Florals with something that smells woodsy. It smells like the scent opposite of floral, so it's like a contrast of notes to my nose.
-
In Vial: sweet, fruity, I smell the pear and plumeria Wet: Sweetness even stronger. I smell the same notes, just twice as strong. Drydown:The plumeria comes out the strongest with the pear blending in the background. I don't really smell the champagne. This blend is very sweet indeed.

In Vial: sweet, refreshing, green, fruity. Wet: herbally sweet and floral Drydown: Really nice. Herbs and flowers and just a tiny bit sweet. Soft, pretty, feminine. Reminds me of an intimate garden party among close friends. Later...scent has not changed on me since wet. It is pretty much the same consistently.:

In Vial: Strong, biting, mossy Wet: Whoa! really pungent. Masculine. Peppery. Authoratative. Spicy. This smells like what I was expecting from 'Death of Autumn'. Drydown: This is not at all what I was expecting! It is sexy, smoky, spicey and wonderful! It reminds me of dead leaves, pumpkins and cider, walking next to a sexy man with yummy cologne. Wow, what a great suprise this one was.

In Vial: mmmm, greeness of fruit with hint of sweet floral. Wet: Green floral Drydown: Not too sweet. Smells like fruit that is not quite ripe with floral adding the balancing sweetness. Very nice. The floral is coming out the strongest with greeness of the fruit wafting in the background.

In Vial: apple, rose, sweet Wet: The rose seems to heighten the crispness of the apple scent. The rose is beginning to take over. Drydown: Its all rose, all the time!
-
In Vial: yummy i smell the lime and jasmine. Smells like a slushy drink Wet: I smell mostly Jasmine with a hint of lime but then again I do not know what the other notes smell like. Drydown: This is a LOVELY floral scent. Not too sweet. Keep in mind though, that I really love Jasmine! As it dries I smell the Jasmine and a tiny bit of lime. The lime and other notes make the Jasmine note more interesting. Evoking Color: Light green

In Vial: blend of fruit, floral and something else. maybe its the salt water Wet :a little floral, a little sweet, blended with the aquatic notes Drydown: Not as sweet and perfumy as some of the other floral blends. It does not give the headache that some do. I have never smelled any of the aquatic oils before. I like this because it is not as sweet, but still smells like a light perfume. Evoking Color: Light yellow

In Vial: Smells like tropical florals and something not sweet in the background. Almost like it doesn't belong. Wet: Same wonderful floral smell. The something that 'isn't sweet' smells like green bananas before they are ripe. Drydown: As this dries, it very much morphs into the 'blue' scent that another reviewer spoke of. It smells like a swimming pool, clear and blue, with flowers strewn everywhere. It is a floral watery scent that is not so sweet that it gives me a headache. Very feminine. After trying several aquatic scents that are similiar (Lightning, Danube and Tempest). Danube is more of a 'green' water scent. [/

... The Master of Lightning's ofrenda contains red apples, banana, chili pepper, coconut, pineapple, pomegranate and sugar cane. In Vial: Sweet cherry cough syrup, but without the medicinal scent. Wet: I can smell the apple, banana, and pineapple. A nice fruity mix. Smells like something you might drink. It has a tiny 'bite' to it. I'm thinking this is the chili pepper although I don't smell anything that specifically smells of that. Drydown: The notes are blended together to make a sticky sweet sort of scent. Smells like a kind of red fruity candy. Evoking Color: Red The color of the oil is a beautiful dark red Later... I was thinking this is not a bad scent just something I would not wear or use as a house spray but I could see this being a great scent for children. Just a thought.[/.

In Vial :smells like vanilla sugar cookie or if your familiar with yankee Candles, exactly like 'christmas cookie'. Wet: Still vanilla cookie but with a hint of gingerbread. Drydown: Foody, sweet but not too sweet. Smells like vanilla baked good with just a touch of gingerbread spice. Evoking Color: Light Brown
-
In Vial: Strong Perfume! Wet: Still perfumy, not as strong. The golden amber begins creeping slowly. Drydown: Strong Amber with a bite of musk
-
In Vial: Rotten strawberries and perfume. Wet: Like a strawberry or cherry carbonated beverage. Is fizzy. Drydown: Smells powdery, like a light strawberry powder. The hint of baby powder lingers in the background. Evoking Color: Light Pink
-
In Vial: very sweet and fruity Wet: Still sweet, a little green and I smell bananas. There is a balance of fruity-ness mixed with the floral. Not just fruity and floral but the green scent incorporates nicely balancing the other sweeter notes. Drydown: Very sweet and citrusy. I don't smell much green any longer or banana, but I do smell the hint of lemon. Evoking Color: light green
-
In Vial: strong perfume Wet: not as perfumy, smells crisp, I do not get any coconut Drydown: This is still strong, a bit perfumy and the coconut has not yet showed. This reminds me of the days when women wore high collar dresses and broaches with long hair up. This does not so much evoke a color for me as a fabric so... Evoking Fabric: dark velvet
-
In Vial: light scent of sweet candy pear Wet: Stronger pear with a bit of tart. I smell lemon. Drydown: This is very sweet like pear candy might be but also is a tiny bit tangy. There is a bit of floral mixed with the sweetness and pear. Evoking Color: pear green
-
In Vial: rotton apples Wet: Sweet red apples with the rotton smell fading (thankfully!) Drydown: I smell red apple with floral. It's nice, pretty. A nice fruit scent that is not citrusy. The visual I'm getting is one of walking through a beautiful garden eating a ripe red apple. Evoking Color: Ivory
-
In the Vial: Soft, very soft, unassuming Wet: A bit stronger, but still soft. Smells creamy too. Drydown: Very pretty, elegant. Reminds me of a woman getting ready for bed in a lavish bedroom wearing a nightgown ensamble that you see sometime in older movies. If candlelight had a smell this is what it would smell like. Evoking Color: Cream
-
In Vial: Spicy wood Wet: Pungent spice with a little sweet. Drydown: As it dries it becomes mostly sweet and warm, less spicey. Smells like a mild creamy spice. Becomes very mild. There is something cozy about the way this smells. Evoking Color: Cream
-
In Vial: Warm orange scent Wet: Can definitely smell the vanilla now. Very light and delicate. It is becoming more complex as it sits. It doesn’t so much smell like orange anymore as the other notes come into play. Drydown: Becomes a little spicey. I can mostly smell the Amber and Sandlewood with just a hint of the other notes. Is taking on a perfumey smell. Color:Light yellow orange
-
I am not very familiar with the notes in this one so I will do the best I can. In Vial: bitter, masculine Wet: more of the same but toned down. Though still pungent and harsh. Makes my nose burn. In this I can really see a cold, cloudy day. Dead leaves on the ground all around. Its almost a sad scent. Drydown:Not as harsh, kind of smoky. Color: Medium to dark brown with traces of black
-
In Vial: strong grapefruit, citrusy. I smell lemon even though it is not mentioned in the description Wet: Still lemony grapefruit but with more sweetness coming out. Smells like candied lemon/grapefruit. There is also the scent of a flower wafting in the background. Must be the apple blossom. Drydown: Everything is well blended. There is no harshness of citrus but smells sweet, like a citrus flower. Very lovely. Color: White with rays of light yellow To me this smells like the perfect citrus scent. It is a 'clean' citrus that is hard to find. I can see myself wearing this alot in the summer.
-
In Vial: Smells lemony and sweet, like lemon sugar cookies Wet: Very lemony, like lemon drops. In the back ground I can smell what I think is the grape fruit. Dry down: Still lemony but more of the musk coming to the surface balancing the sweetness and the lemon. Not as foody now as it was earlier. Evoking Color: Lemon yellow (what else ?) and later...I hardly smell the lemon now. There is not one scent that seems stronger than the others, just a blend, more perfumy, less foody.
-
In vial: strong, smells burnt and bitter and also a harsh sweetness Wet: still strong, bitter and sweet balance out a little better, but still very bitter. Almost unnerving. Drydown: I finally figured out what this reminds me of, those thin brown flea collars my cats use to wear when I was little, only this is more bitter. As it drys, the sweetness is coming out more and is more gentle but the bitter is still prominent. This smells like more of a masculine scent, not that it matters to me, I just can't get past the bitter edge.
-
In vial: Mossy and tangy, very mossy but not in a green way. Wet: Something harsh like the strong scent of wet wood. A little offensive. Drydown: The harshness calming down, smoothing out, but still very tangy. Has a 'bite' to it. Later...Still tangy. Reminds me of the orange flavored chewable vitamins I use to take as a child. .
