HIgh soft and sweet. I smell mostly sweet pea and that's how she stays. VERY girl scented, in fact, too much to me. This reminds me of a posh high end botique lotion or soap. If you like girl scents, this is a fabulous one, no objectionable notes, decent throw, sweet and pretty and feminine. I however like to smell a bit dirtier or darker...

I think crossroads fits the bill for that. They smell similar to me but the ouija goes flora ( which I love) and crossroads stays dry and dusty.

rose rose rose and a hint of new fresh fine leather. It's very good and just what it says but the leather smell makes it a tiny bit too sharp on me. I love london for tea rose and harlot for a warm sexy rose so this one is just well, unnecessary for me. It's just a bit too bright a scent.

Cinnamon, and then ROSE! and back and forth they go but nicely almost a sexual tug of war! not an innocent rose, but not waxy like sacred whore went with her cinnamon either. very wearable, very sniffable, none of the tea rose, no white rose, a big fat red garden rose, WITH THORNS! I can smell the thorns. HOT scent, I mean it smells sexy HOT but also HOT like a hot room or a HOT day. It wears close on me, I have to get a few inches from it to gather it to me,private but very clear when you get near it. Comparison, Wanton is sweet and a tiny bit dryand cool, this is a wet hot rose. LOVELY!! I think I found MY bpal scent!!!! This one is just dreamy to die for and I must have a big bottle NOW before the imp runs out!! PS: I'm a Stella gal too and this tops it and I thought that was not gonna happen!! Of cousre I'll end up trying then togther at some point

LEMON!!! and then lemon and then lemon and jasmine and then finally, green tea ahhh so nice and then it's gone GONE... It's clean, light and fresh, but thenit's gone on me I guess my skin wanted to drink it up too fast. Darn

I agree that this is a scent for folks who generally don't like jasmine. It goes on fresh and sweet and hangs close to the skin. I can almost immediately smell the buttercup and honeysuckle but the jasmine is slow and lazy to rise. It eventually goes a bit soapy on me, but there is nothing offensive at all about this blend. It would be great for someone searching for a CLEAN floral.

I didn't get dark or ominous. This one is sweet violets with a touch of something else, lilac or iris? The scent is nicely grounded and actually reminds me of either a very feminine grandmother or a little girl in a sweet lace and satin dress. This is Easter and light and girliness. Very Fine scent but very much not me. I prefer slightly darker sexier scents. Thanks lab for the sniff though!! One very nice thing about this scent, It does NOT confuse my nose as many scents do. It simply IS what it IS and in a very nice way. Soft, simple and sweet (as in kind, not as in sugar). Edit, not only did I decide to keep the imp I ordered a bottle! The nostalgia pull was just too strong, reminding me of violet sweets and my grandmother ( in a fabulous way!) I will wear this one just for me when I want to feel girlish and safe, when I want to play dress-up and loot through her jewelry box again It is NOT the smell of her ( she always wore norrell) it is the MEMORY of her home and the joy I had there.

Four scents that have similarities to me: Sepulcher: The most dry and severe of the four Ouija: woodier, less floral but a similar feel the floral is similar but adds a warmer rose Zombie: Dirtier but still yummy and rosey Crossroads: The holy grail, all the good of the above and then some. dame crossroads is just wonderful Other similar blends: Snake oil is similar to O, just add honey ( an improvement in my mind) Sacred Whore is Snake oil with a spicey gardenia added, perversion is snake oil with leather and white wine.

yummy!!! I smell dirt and flowers and incense, I smell a summer night in the south!!. This was such a great order, with coyote and crosroads both being just magnificent scents!! I ordered both bottles untested. If you like ouija and catterpillar, you will LOVE crossroads, it is the meeting of the two. All that said my S.O. HATES it so if you are craving to ty it I'm sadly putting it on my swaplist.

beautiful beautiful beautiful!!! This is what I hoped snake oil would do on my skin, it's warm and gentle and stays close. I have this and crossroads on one arm right now and I could just cry they both are so beautiful. But back to coyote It goes on as a light amber and sharp grass smell and then loses alot of the grass as it morphs into a smell that truly is more of a feeling than a smell. It is like laying in the sun, basking in it while resting on sumwarmed dry leaves. a childhood, fabulous all is right with the world smell. I want to smell this one on a man!! If somunus is my bed, then coyote is my sleeping bag!!

bottle: Grape jelly! wet: grapes sitting on a handful of patchouli, a dark, dry patchouli drydown, grapes go away! I can't smell the patchoili for the grape jelly! dry: a quixotic blend, one sniff and I get grapes, the next pure patchouli. I really don't get muscadine, I get grape jelly, smuckers. Overall I like this though even though I was hunting a more mucsadine scent, slightly less sweet. This does not make my mouth water like fresh muscadines do, but it is really nice anyway. As the grapes dry down the patchoili and nag champa continue to play, very nice very clean and uncluttered compared to the likes of the caterpillar. I got a bottle of this untested, glad i got it, and I''m also looking forward to it as it ages. I know patchouli ages well and I'm hoping the grape will fade a tiny bit. edit Grapes go away!!! You are making me nauseated!!!! I might have to swap this after all any takers?

My two soothing scents are jabberwockey and somnus. The jabberwockey is a headache tummy ache wakeful but not stressed scent and the sonmus is the I'm stressed to the limit and need to CHILL scent. Together they are nice as well and I will combine them when I'm ill AND stressed

In the bottle: cherries?? Where did those come from? Wet ON: Cinamon and cherries Drying, cinnamon and gardenia,, something waxy too, I think it is jasmine. dry: very nice, spicy waxy gardenia, no soapiness, no grapefruit rind which is how bad ones go on me. sadly the waxiness never goes away and the gardenia is overtaken by a vanilla smell so this one is a swapper

embalming fluid has a very light white musk!

Snake Oil: I tired this from a girlfriend's bottle. I wish I were more of a vanilla person. I CAN wear this, I suspect it's a universal scent that way. It is soft and kind on my skin, warm too, but it is NOT a "ME" scent". I like it much better that the strong tonka and vanilla of perversion, but the vanilla left me feeling well vanilla, and I'm just not.

Wet on skin: This smells exactly like Demeter's Earthworm on me. And I do mean exactly. The only difference is this is stronger. There's no change from bottle to skin, it's still fresh-turned black dirt. My mom says it smells like "dead dirt", which is appropriate given the name of this particular scent. Dry down: do you mean demeter's Dirt? I haven't found earthworm...

To me this is the smell of early spring! Young green things and soft young flowers without being cloying or overly sweet. It makes me think of daffodils poking through the snow. I clearly get the bamboo, but the impression is of crisp, cool new growth. It is cool and very green. This is a granny smith apple in the mountains, or a new cane pole at a cool river. Very nice, very nice indeed. Sadly the lasting smell on me went grapefruit smelling as scents sometimes do, but the early impressions are enough to make me try it again. edit: the grapefruit smells ( likely the metalics) are slowly going away, but i still liked it wet best, might be a scent to try with a scent locket or in a candle or something... very clean overall, almost like lever soap in the pure rain scent, actually I sniffed a bar and it's VERY similar.

Hobbit head shop! Someone refered to a scent this way and that is Exactly what this smells like to me. Wet: I smell nag champa and green herbal notes On, I get lots of Jasmine Drydown: up come the other florals and I really get the spicy carnation AND whiffs of deeper things Dry" Hobbit Headshop!!" I get patchouli and nag champa and I have no idea if nag champa is even really in the blend but it is really there to my nose My kids gave it a thumbs up but I'm gonna have to try it a few times to be sure Oh and i think the faint curry smell might be indian masala Anyone wana swap a 5 ml for a tea scent? this is too sweet hippie head shop for me Darn and I have a couple of other heavy insence types on the way, I might have chosen poorly, I LOVE patchouli but this is too sweet. ? ADDED Feb. 26: second review. note to self: do NOT try new scents when ovulating! Oaky I described it before as head shop and was afraid of it for work. Now I take that back! Wet, Interlude by frances denny... I get the musk and something achingly sweet drydown, out comes the insence but less cloying or heavy, reminds me of the meditation blend I used to wear. i would almost swear there is a bit of dragon's blood in this! This is truly a complex, grow on you scent. It's both confusing and comforting at the same time. I can smell the mosses on final drydown and I think they save it from being cloying. Other related scents: Youth dew, Opium, but not as heavy as either. Maybe with perfumers alcohol it would be more like these. I love how thw green lifts it though, keeps it from being TOO dark or too incense. Something in it numbs my nose a bit if I inhale too closely. This is overall dark, heady and mysterious, even with your wrist against your nose the scent morphs and changes for hours. Just, almost cloying, but then it pulls back and gives a cool green scent. Not too sweet, not too much but on the verge.. I really like it, in small doses it is amazing, but it IS strong, be sparing with application!! I also like it as a non skin scent, it's really nice right out of the bottle, smells like a really great candle that way. It's a keeper, but not an everyday scent for me.

This is my first big bottle. I won't be wearing it much as a personal scent, but it is just SUCH a good feel good scent that I plan to use it to scent my world. It started as a huge breath of eucalyptus and then setttled down to creamsicles in the back yard!! It is the smell of raising small boys in a home with a big pine tree filled back yard. I love it for the rush of good feelings it brings. Edit to add: My boys also love this scent as A "Mommy I don't feel good" scent It really does seem to help clear congestion and soothe the stomach! Most scents can make a headaces, stomachaches worse, this one is clearing and cleansing without leaving a waft of vicks vapor rub in its wake. The dry down is creamsicle with a tiny dab of real fresh pine. I hope this one is around for a LONG time. ADDED Feb. 25: Conclusion: I now have a 10 ml! Try it in a room diffuser, it's all that vick wanted to be but cannot, what great stuff! Try it WITH somunus for bedtime... YUMMY!

I don't know why nor how but this one went all rootbeer on me. Sweet rootbeer and a traveling very present rootbeer. Not the gingery stuff, but the A and W sweet stuff. Oh well, this one is in the swapper!

I'm SOO glad i gave this more than one chance! The first time I tried it all I got was lemongrass and feet! That said, it still goes on strongly ALL lemongrass, but then the sandalwood and patchouli come round in the drydown and make is warmer and woodier. it is a nice scent this time although it disappears rather fast on me. Hoe I got feet the first time I do not know as it is plesant and refreshing now. Not a favorite for me and I very much wanted it to be. ( Lemon and grapefruit grab on my skin) But I can now say it is not feet!!!

Funny, all I smell is baby lotion. Reminds me of being at the beach as a teen and slathering on the johnson's baby lotion after long day in the sun. Not at all unplesant but no thrill either.

first on? YUCK oooh get it off of me, cloying decaying sweetness. 30 minutes later? I love it and could eat my arm! Tonka bean soft warmth with a bit of leather and tobacco rounding it out.

It started out wet VERY sweet, so sweet it made my mouth water and my jaw ache. once dry this turned into swee strawberries or koolaid or maybe strawberry pez on the beach, the saltiness was awesome! 3 hours later, all dragon's blood, sweet and warm.

pleasant but not a huge hit. Cedar and smoke wet , drying the same with occasional wafts of incense. Dry, Cedar and pinion wood incence! It made my head ache at the end I'll be puting this on my man perhaps. It's VERY strong and has a great presence so maybe as a room scent? we will see.
