wet this was just like glitter on me, smelled just like juicy fruit gum. as it dries it becomes sexier, spicierand deeper, i get cloves, and possibly saffron, amber, absolutely beautiful! i wish i had a big bottle

i was comparing perversion to f54 last night, and i am amazed, perversion is not even lighetr this am, it is just as strong and smells just the same, so i would say perversion is long lasting. the longest lasting to date for me. other long lasting samhain, tintagel, o, sybaris. all these if i apply them in the evening before bed i can smell faintly when i wake up.

ok i compared perversion to f54 i was praying i would see them the same as f54 is *the* scent as far as i am concerned sure otehrs are great but it is the most incredible thing...anyway i digress, the perversion top note is vanilla to me, the the peppery spicy base, f54 was a fruity, winey topnote, w/ the same spicy background, however the topnote for me is my favorite, yes it would not be the same w/o the back supprot but even tho i like perversion, and it is beautiful, and i actually rated it an 8 on my personal spread sheet (1-10 scale 10 being best) it for me is not a substitute for f54.

i agree, i like both but they are not alike.

wet grapes and lotus as it dries it goes thru a quick flash of something gone rancid but after a couple second it is back to a nice grapy, herbal, lotus scent, very nice

BEAUTIFUL! dried grasses, musk, and amber, this reminds me a bit of lion but a less tame, mor rangly scent, definitely need a big bottle it is mostly amber and dried grass w/ a hint of musk, but it is so well blended just perfect

wet: musk drydown:musk, w/ and amber kick, and she is wearing a violet between her teeth....this is gorgeus! i adore all three of those notes, and they did not disappoint me trying this again 8/7/06 i recently was looking to try this again, i was not disappointed. it goes on slightly sharp in the beginning. sharp violet. it mellows and becomes a great sexy musky resinous blend after drydown. just what i was craving.

well hellllo hubba bubba, original hubba bubba, the kind that if ya put 2 peices in ur mouth it is hard to chew., as it dries it becomes cinnomy hubba bubba, w/ a hint of carnation i think surprisingly i liked about all the stages here, at first i thoght i would have to give it to my dd's but it grew on me

wow wet this is like single note almond. dry it becomes quite a bit more herbal, and yes there is rose here. very nice...i'll post how it "works"

complex, very this is smokey, a tad fruity, a touch of greenery possibly pine and pretty floral., yet it is dark and yes somewhat like samhain. this is so complex and well blended it leaves me in awe.

this is intresting to say the least again i bought it for its "properties" but am trying it as a perfume for reviews wet it was sweet cherry almonds. as it dries it is velvety, vanilla, and honey, w/ a drab of tobacco, and a drizzle of spice this is dynamic and fun two thumbs up

wet it smelled like pure sweet pea as it dries the tonka and wee bit of sage appear however sweet pea is the spotlight of this blend ADDED April 18: wow in the vial i smell literine *gasp* on my skin wet it is a sweet floral i am presuming is sweetpea as it dries is becomes a tonka blend, smells just like my tonka beans as i crush them for incense. there is something else, something green that i can't place lurking behind the tonka, butthe flowery sweetpea has run away

this is sharp, and definitely is pain, but not a horrid pain, it is a good pain, very minty (pennyroyal i presume) w/ a ever so light hint of lavander

i love this one, it is true vial, wet, and dry, it is a very well balanced blend between violet, vanilla, and gardenia...simply gorgeous, somewhat cold hearted, but i can live w/ that

hmm wet it was all citrus and neroli as it dries it is like "o" w/ cloves and a very light brush of citrus i like it

wet:creamy, orange lovely! dry: it gets very smoky, but still retains the vanilla, w/ a hint of orange. this is intresting

wet: dragon's blood, almost a single note of it as it dries, it gets a hint of pepper, and a dried herbal type feel, along w/ what i think is a violet and lilac combo i definitely get violet, and another floral, the dried herbal note is actually i *think* the strongest, but the dbr, and floral blend are very well mixed and such a beautiful blend, i know the ritual use, which was one reason i wanted it, but as a perfume it is indeed glorious.

i kinda think it is civet, as i got a faint hint of cat pee, not every whiff but every once in a while there is cat pee smell mixed in w/ the cinnamon, and florals, i also get the "dirt" type note similar to zombi, actually if it weren't for the occassional whiff of cat pee this would be great.

i am a violet whore, so i was excited to try this one this stays pretty true thru all the stages for me, it is a soft sweet violet, edged in green, this is very very soft and sweet a gorgeous spring scent i totally am not dissapointed and will be buying a bigger bottle

i have never had an extreme physical, emotional reaction to a scent until now, i can't describe the notes, it went very odd on me and made me feel extremely nauseous, and then i went into a panic attack, i scrubbed and scrubbed but couldn't get it to wash off, this was totally weird, i would like to say i will try it again but i don't think i am up for it

i agree w/ blackrayne i thought wow an actual sloth just *has* to smell like this wet the vetiver was slappin me around a bit as it dries the vetiver mellows and a beautiful myrhh, musky scent w/ a touch of vetiver remains. a dark, heavy scent that is indeed slothful

wet and in the vial this is a very balance mix of drb and lotus as it dries it gets a spicey hint of something, and isn't quiet as sweet, i think i get a w slight hint of musk, and something almost peppery this one lasts a loooong time i pu it on yesterday evening and this am i can still faintly smell it

i didn't get woody, (hehe that sunds so bad) but it was a fruity sweet scent i am thinking possibly mango? pinapple? something tropical w/ a metallic back note but over all a very fruity blend, way sweeter then i imagined after the reviews.

CLEAN yes especially after trying saturn. in the vial, fresh off the tree limes. wet it is limes and oranges. as it dries it becomes a sweet citrussy salad w/ a bouqet of spring flowers sitting beside it. this is a fresh, clean, sweet blend very nice

as soon as i opened the vial civet hit me in the eyes, strong civet, and a kick of vetiver, there is a smokey edge to it but those are the prominent notes on me.
