This is a poignant aquatic blend, and the name is profoundly appropriate. It has a tangible sadness to it, like memories of lost love and regret.

Crisp, clean, fresh and invigorating! This perfume reminds me of the scent of every spa that I have had the pleasure of visiting. It is a bright, cooling scent that will be even more valuable to me once summertime rolls around.

This scent is identical to a bottle of Un Emile absinthe that I picked up while on holiday in Spain. It brought back some very happy memories. A light, green, slightly licorice scent. Excellent for daytime wear or a quiet cocktail party.
No Boo Hiss from me.
I think Absinthe is a love-it-or-leave-it scent.

I love this scent. For me, it was the perfected tea rose. Normally I find rose perfumes to be too cloying and almost sickly. Old London was a dry, light, crisp rose. Subtle and sophisticated, and very feminine.

An invigorating, festive and bright scent! It truly captures the joy of the holiday season, without resorting to "traditional" Christmas scents. Beautiful!

A lovely, soft, very ethereal floral. The best word to describe it would be "otherworldly". Almost like gossamer in a bottle. Feminine and mysterious, it put me in mind of the fairy folk in "Mists of Avalon".

I love this scent so much, I honestly want to start a petition to bring it back! This perfume is a simply the embodiment of a perfect autumn evening. This is one of my favorite perfumes.

I didn't think the notes would be very "me" when I first read the description on the BPAL site, but I'm always willing to give Black Phoenix scents a try. I'm so glad I did! Delight is a lovely floral with a beautiful, powdery drydown. It is gentle and feminine and while it is lovely on its own, it layers gorgeously with their single note Carnation or Amber.

A juicy, ripe red scent, very luscious and fruity, with just a hint of herbal green and sweet red wine. One of my all-time favorites!

Juicy, red, and so very bright! It’s one of my favorite of the fruit blends. Imagine a perfect, ripe pomegranate and the wettest, sweetest rose you’ve ever smelled rolled into one.
