I too have been looking for an apple scent. If I could smell like Temptation soap from Lush I would be in heaven! Anyway I had heard Eve was appley and Shollin recommended Jester. I have ordered these and Apple Blossom just in case but am waiting on my order so cant say as yet. Maybe we could suggest the nicwe folks at the Lab to add an apple scent????If enough people requested it they just might try it! Whaddaya fink? btw I used to love Apple by the Body Shop. They stopped making it though

Hi Beth Perhaps putting ties on the large bottles only is the best solution and leave them off the samples. You could include a picture on the web site of the large bottles decked out in all their glory to entice people! It is a very unusual signature and nice packaging touch and it would be a shame to loose it completely. Your regular customers certainly will understand I'm sure. Anything to simplify your life darling and keep you relativly sane!

Elizabeth Im so glad to hear your pain and discomfort is subsiding. You must be head wrecked. I never realised you do a day job aswell as creating your scents????? Im shocked ..really!!!! Just sticking my tuppence worth in here now.... Have you ever been to a homeopath? I am a firm believer in this. Its so gentle and great for all kinds of problems. I bring my little boy (and myself) We have had amazing results on a range of different things. My son calls our homeopath - The Wizard!!!! I hope things keep on improving. Sinéad

Im in the same boat as you! Gagging with embarrassment for hasseling Elizabeth but confused as to where to post my quotes for orders. As I am a completely un techy person Im not even sure the mails are getting to any of the addresses. Can anyone at the lab clear this up please? Again appologies for harrasment!

My last order for a quote ( yesterday)I sent to customer services at the blackphoenix address in Contacts section. I also dont want to add to the burden on Elizabeth, Im prepared to wait- no problem. Hi Elizabeth I just wanted to add my support also. I am sorry to hear you are under so much stress. Perhaps you really would be better off to shut shop for a while until all is sorted... its hard but sometimes we just have to say -ENOUGH! There is nothing worse than constant worry to grind a body down so dont wait until your so flattened you have no choice. Eat nice comforting food, go on long walks with your dogs, get fresh air and sleep as much as you can. Sometimes your brain stops working when your sleep is ruined for a while...take it from an insomniac I sent an order the other day but you can put it on the back burner for as long as you wish.Truly.
