I get cinnamon too. In fact, the first time I applied this, my skin went red - which I understand is a common reaction to cinnamon. I have totally no idea what to make of this scent. I could drink it from the imp I have, but I don't like cinnamon. On top of that, I don't want red blotches on my neck. And it doesn't seem to disappear very, very quickly on me. Ah well!

Has anyone smelt the "Juicy Grapefruit" Yankee tart? Swank is almost exactly the same to my nose. I love the tart, not sure I want to smell like it though.

So, call me weird, *but* I don't find this as massively strawberry like as everyone else. What I was expecting was really heavy strawberries from this. And also to hate it, because, well, I've not really loved any of the other BPAL strawberry scents and none of the lunar oils I've tried have actually worked for me. (Not many, about 6 or so). This is sweet in the bottle, but not as sweet and I thought it would be. I wore it and liked it, but haven't really been wearing much at all - now I'm at work however, I've worn it a few times. I think I get strawberries, but not what I'd call strawberries... after reading the description again, I've realised what is going on with this. I'm getting the sage note I also get from Bewitched. Which I *adore*. I nearly applied Bewitched this morning actually, but went for Strawberry moon. So, the sage, it seems to be making the other scents in this just perfect. I really love the way I smell today - even if its not of ripe strawberries on the bush

How much do I love this? Its really strong on my skin and lasts ages as well. On top of that, its a LOVELY coconut scent - not bitter, or sweet, but *real*. Add to that parma violets (sweets that smell a bit like violet perfume) which I *adore* to smell like. (I'm told this is the orris - and now a list of orris scents hehe). It makes me feel really sexy, strong and confident. Incredible Hulk like - minus the whole green skin, thing...

Someone posted how similar this was to Kool-Aid. On that note, I have to agree. When i first applied this, all I got was sugar free "Tropical Punch". (But that and cherry are all I have - you can't get Kool-Aid in England but I was sent some). The link of this scent to Kool-Aid seems to help define the undernote that the scent carries. I really like it, its in my top 3 CN scents. (I didn't think I would, I'm so glad for the decant circle).

This was one the first few ones I tried. I was really hopeful for Glasgow, because I love blackberries, but this is so much better! In the bottle, its very berry like and just yummy. I'm not allowed to lick my imp right? At first on me it seems very confused like it cant decide what note it wants to throw at me first. In the wetter stages I can smell the sage a little. I'm amazed because sage to me is just yucky - but we're talking sage stuffing here heh! At it dries it gets lovely and fruity and berry like, and those juicy ripe blackberries hit me. I am Bewitched! It does have a really long lasting power on me as well, and it doesn't go at all powdery on me - it just smells gourgeous all day! Edited: After reviewing Strawberry moon, I figured out what I love so much about Bewitched. The sage. What on earth? There is a lovely fruity blackberry to this scent, but its the sage - it seems to add to, and amplify whats already there - the same with Strawberry Moon actually. Whilst other Blackberry scents I've tried seem slightly more truer to what I'd call Blackberry, Bewitched is just perfect. I bought a 5ml bottle of this because, 5ml are good. And decided to attempt to dilute my imp - which I did - with cheap vodka. That however does seem to highlight the musk in this blend - I can't wear musk, it smells like urine on me. So I'll stick to undiluted

This scent is so lovely! I've tried it three times, but its just not for me! What I get is coconut milk (slightly tart) and After Eight chocolates in the box. So gourgeous, I was so happy when this dropped into my letterbox! When I first tried it, it was all coconut at first, and then I started to smell something else. Something that takes more energy to eat than eatting it give you. Yes, celery. That night I kept sniffing the neck of my jumper because I was so lovely on that, and the celery edge had gone. When I tried it the second time, it went paper like, not yummy glossy magazine paper but fresh lazer copied paper. And yesterday I went to celery straight away. What a shame, I want to smell like coconuts!!!

What a queer scent! At first its all mint on me, with a hint of daisy - which seems to be what Lavender smells like on me. I didn't really like it - I'm not blown away. As much as I'd love to love all mint scents, I don't think they really suit me. Anyhow, after an hour or so, this became floral and eventually turned to violet, but not a sweet violet a darker one. I think there are nicer violets out there for me, but, it is a lovely scent

I so strongly wanted to love this. When I got it and had a sniff, I was in love. You know, red heart shaped eyes? It was gourgoues, with lemon, citrus and a slight tea scent. Oh scrummy! I applied it, and it started going queer! At first it smelt true but that didnt last. Next thing I knew, I was getting the odd whiff of Terry's Chocolate Orange. When I sniffed it closey, there was something there that I just didn't like. It took me a while, and the aid of a friend to spot it, the musk had gone silly on my skin, and turned to cat-wee *sob*

Lush to BPAL scent comparisons (BNever included too)

I am sure we all know about the up and coming Pleasure Treasure message bar! Well, its gourgeous - and it would layer so well with Succubus. I love them both so much! -
Not the scent for me at all ! Swapped my 5ml away!

My brother suggested a smelt like a tramp (of the loose women kind) when I wore this. Nevermind! Glad I bought the 5ml blind! In the bottle: This is a lovely scent! Very sort of lemony, and there’s a hint of sugar in there (How I guess I imagine sugar to smell over, the actually smell of sugar!). The downside is it smells a little like CIF bathroom cleaning fluid. (I don’t care though!). Wet: It gorgeous on me, and keeps the scent from the bottle. Yummy An hour later: As its dries, it changes slightly. I can smell the lovely lemon/citrus notes, but that sweetness has gone. What I've now got is a darker version of before. Still very lovely! Few hours later: This scent fades quickly on me - compared of Dragon's milk etc. Its now a faint citrus, with a rounded sort of generic perfume smell to it. Won’t last much longer!

This was a little too earthy and rosey for me. Luckily, it was a sniff of a bottle for a friend!

I bought this as a 5ml for a friend. I don't really like rose, nor do I like dark/earthy scents. Glad it was for a friend

A very kind gift, to help me wittle down my wishlist! In the bottle: This is very fruity and slightly floral, with a rather strong hint of something polish-like/plastic-like. Wet: Still keeping the same fruity type of scent, but the polish has calmed down a little. As it dries there’s an increase in the floral scent. Much nicer than in the bottle to me. There is a hint of something else... of something that was common in my Mum's perfume when I was smaller. Only a wee hint of that "perfume" smell. An hour later: There’s a hint of wood/coconut, it’s possibly the MDF of my desk though! Has become much more rounded, and is hard to describe. Sort of fruity, sweet, but not too sweet and not too strong. Few hours later: I keep getting wafts of something soft and LUSH like. It’s yummy. ON closer sniffing there’s a lovely simple rounded fruity smell. Hmm, yummy.
