In Bottle: Soft floral. On Skin: This is such a delicate scent. It reminds me of French lingerie, just laundered in an expensive rinse. There seems to be some Dragon’s Blood resin in this… that sweet powdery note. Also vanilla and maybe a dainty floral like violet or lavender. I can see the comparison to Dragon’s Milk but it doesn’t have that sickly sweet artificial note.

In Bottle: Holy sweetness batman! On Skin: This is beyond sweet, wow! The honeyed almond milk hits me first and the coconut as well. Very tropical. The sandalwood gives it a beautiful woody depth while the fig is both tart and sweet. The fig leaf gives a minty green note and is also kind of a sap scent, a very nice contrast to all the sweetness. It dries to a very light powdery green earthy scent losing most of the fruity notes. I ordered this as a 5ml without ever even smelling it since the description grabbed me. I’m glad I did, this is a beautiful complex scent.

In Bottle: Chocolate orange. On Skin: Well, I’m a bit sad since I was beyond excited for this scent. But I don’t like chocolate scents or orange for that matter so I’m not sure why I expected to love it. The chocolate is strongest and it smells a bit nutty. The orange/mandarin is the second strongest note. It gives a tart contrast to the deep sweetness of the chocolate. The tea is there as well, making the scent more proper then just gluttony. The iris is a soft floral in the background just barely peeking out. The chocolate does soften and fade. It is an interesting scent, I’ll give it that. Just not my style. I’ll probably be swapping imps of it.

In Bottle: Clean floral. On Skin: Oh my! This is pretty! It screams floral, but not in a cloying sickly sweet way. These florals are clean and crisp. Dripping with a fresh cut note… this is such elegance! Perfect for a wedding or formal event. It is a “white” scent with sun shining on it, very warm. It screams elegant woman. This is also a strong scent, so I only needed a few dabs.

In Bottle: Fruit and dirt. On Skin: The earth notes are very much dirt notes. It’s similar to Zombie and what I imagine Graveyard Dirt might smell. The pomegranate is also strong, very sweet and juicy which is nice against the dry powder of the dirt. The incense spices it up and the vanilla has a very soft sweet note. The florals are not overwhelming, again they add a bit of a Zombie note to the scent. This is so interesting! Not what I expected at all! Somehow it is comforting and gentle, very pretty.

In Bottle: Dirt and something sour. On Skin: Fresh wet potting soil. The sour note is similar to Dior’s Poison. It is kind of like a dirtier Zombie with a much lighter floral note. There is also a sweet note that might just be chocolate or cocoa. This sadly doesn’t remind me of Noir Heroines, but it does remind me of something dark and seedy... and also like dusty old magazines. Fans of Zombi and Graveyard Dirt need to get this.

In Bottle: Just as it says, Apricot brandy. On Skin: Wow! Super boozy, I’m getting drunk off this scent. I love apricot, but this scent is giving me a headache because of the strong alcohol note. Very syrupy, almost like cough syrup. Sorry, it’s too much for me…

In Bottle: Musky vanilla. On Skin: The sandalwood and musk are richest… with the soft floral myrtle, jasmine and lily gently shining through. The vanilla sweetens this scent up and the clove gives it a nice light spicy kick. This is BEAUTIFUL. Very feminine and sedustive. Warm and captivating… the description fits it perfectly. The florals are so perfectly balanced with the other notes that they don’t dominate the scent, I love that.

In Bottle: Coconut rum. On Skin: This is tasty… I want to drink it. The coconut is so strong, and the rum is buttery and sweet. It reminds me of some sort of tropical dessert. The tobacco isn’t even present to me…. Unless it’s the dry powdery note I can’t place in the background. It is quite a foody scent, not one I’d really wear but might like on someone else.
-
In Bottle: Powdery orange. On Skin: The orange blossom is strongest with the neroli a close second. I swear orange blossom and neroli were just meant to be paired together… perfect! The bergamot is a nice contrast and the clove gives a nice sweet spice. This is a seductive scent and will capture attention. So hot and wicked…

In Bottle: Sweet and sugary. On Skin: This is a brown sugar scent. Soft and sweet, even a little maple scented. I don’t find it sinister, if anything it is comforting. The sweetness fades and other notes appear. There seems to be a light resin/woody note… and almost a floral note in the background… jasmine or something light? It is also a bit incensey. I love it but wish it was stronger. It fades very quickly.
-
In Bottle: Woody floral. On Skin: The cedar and lilac are strongest. The wisteria gives it a light pretty note. The green tea is actually pretty faint, as is the lemon. I pictured this being like Silk Road or Shanghai but it’s actually much more floral and not as green and fresh as those two. The musk gives a nice depth that keeps it from being too floral.

In Bottle: Candied fruit. On Skin: This is a bit cotton candyish. I love it!! Yum! I have been searching for a BPAL cotton candy scent and this is the closest yet that didn’t morph into pure bubble gum. The huckleberry and red currant are juicy and sweet. The neroli gives a powdery exotic depth which also gives warmth which makes it more like cotton candy. Warm, fruity, pink sugar…. Delicious!

In Bottle: Herby orange. On Skin: The rosemary and orange blossom are the top notes. This scent does smell “dark and sinful”. The rosemary gives a sharp twang in contrast to the powdery sweetness of the orange blossom. The rose is light, but I do smell it… it is the after note that lingers seductively. I do get a bit of a soapy scent after a few minutes, I think it’s the rose.
-
In Bottle: Light, almost nothing. On Skin: Floral soapy and clean, a freshly showered scent. It’s pretty but not sexual at all other then it’s always nice to smell a freshly bathed person. It smells like fresh laundry, warm and soft. It’s a bit light for me, nothing to exciting. I would like to see if it attracted my husband though…
-
In Bottle: Floral musk. On Skin: This is a very soft floral scent. The violet is strongest and the golden musk and sandalwood give it beautiful depth. I wish I liked florals because the beauty of this one is amazing, so dark yet so elegant. I get a blue/purple tone from this, like shadows in the mountains, very pretty.
-
In Bottle: Honey and florals with something slightly minty. On Skin: Well, the honey is strong, that’s a very good thing. The ginger and thyme give it suprising spice and make it a bit exotic. I smell something almost medicinal which is bothering me, is it the thyme? The jasmine and gardenia are there, but light at first. They come out stronger as the scent progresses. I am losing the sweet note of the honey, I hope it comes back.

In Bottle: A very juicy fruity floral. On Skin: The pear is so juicy! And the florals compliment it so well. I get a nice white wine scent from this, very bright and strong. I normally don’t like florals, especially rose, but this one is so commanding and full of life, I’d love to see what reaction I’d get while wearing it. This is not a scent for the timid, it grabs you, but in such a feminine way. So yes, I don’t think it’s gentle, but that’s just me. Sadly, the rose does end up taking over and it becomes much too tart and sour on me.

In Bottle: Very herby and woody. On Skin: This smells like a herb garden, very medicinal as well. The wine gives it some sweetness and the leather makes it feel strong and thick. At the base of it all is the Dragon’s Blood resin which is very warm and sweet. But the herbal notes are the lead players and just a bit too harsh for me.
-
In Bottle: Metallic violet. On Skin: The violet and lavender are strongest. It’s a floral that is truly masculine. The musk and vetiver give it darkess and depth and the lavender gives it sharp twang that seems metallic. This scent does smell evil, very interesting but not something my husband would wear.
-
In Bottle: Sandalwood and floral. On Skin: I was worried about the smoky tobacco in this one, but the scent really isn’t that smokey. The sandalwood is the strongest note by far, very masculine. The lavender is somewhat sharp and the labdanum is very gentle. The tobacco and nag champa seem to be hiding in the back, not showing themselves just yet. But as the scent progresses they do show through and give an exotic almost spooky note. A very complex scent but much too masculine for me.
-
In Bottle: Gardenia extreme. On Skin: Wow, this is a strong Gardenia floral. So white and pretty, I would love this as a room scent but it may be a bit too heavy for some people. The aquatic notes make it so fresh and the ginger gives a nice spice to the overwhelming sweetness of the scent. I wouldn’t wear this scent since it is so strong, but I really love the feeling it gives. Beautiful.
-
In Bottle: Smoke. On Skin: Egads, this is much too smokey for me. Sorry, it is pure campfire, I have to wash it off it’s making my eyes burn. No offense to Beth at all, because yes, it is pure “fire and brimstone”.
-
On Skin: Sweet and spicy. In Bottle: Cinnamon and flowers. So yes, sweet and spicy like in the bottle. Also, maybe apple? It’s a warm, foody scent that reminds me of a kitchen or bakery. Very soft and gentle. I like how the cinnamon stirs my senses and wakes me up.

In Bottle: Dark musky florals. On Skin: Very exotic! The narcissus gives an elegant floral note. The opium and myrrh give a velvet, inticing depth. This is pure woman, very sexy and intoxicating. I want a big bottle of this I think, even if it is a bit perfumey. As it progresses, I do get a soapy sort of ozone note.
