At first my skin amps up the linden blossom, and it's mainly a limey citrusy smell. After it dries down, however, it's a wonderful herby dry tea scent. The wood isn't too prominent for me, and something, maybe the papyrus, gives it a bit of warmth. It does, however, pull the same disappearing act that The Dormouse did and is completely gone in fifteen minutes. I'll have to pass this one on to someone whose skin chemistry doesn't eat it immediately.

This is so gorgeous. Sweet and fresh and bright smelling. The peony and sweet pea are just lovely, with the herbs providing a richer spiciness. The cucumber is brilliant, making it a slightly watery scent without being necessarily aquatic. I get more of a dew or warm rain in a garden feel from this than a large body of water. I'm so glad I've got this, and it will be perfect in the spring and summer.

I was not expecting this to be one of my favorite PP scents. This is just gorgeous however. It's woody without making me feel like I've rubbed sawdust over my body, and the ivy adds a lovely green note. This is quite a sophisticated pumpkin, and just lovely!

This is very interesting. The sandalwood blends beautifully with the pumpkin, and it's a very rich scent. It's a bit dry and dusty, and I bet it would smell amazing on a man.

Wow, is there a lot of pomegranate in this. It's very cheerful, very fruity and very festive. It's a gorgeous blend, but I'm not sure how often I'm going to wear it.

I like the cocoa and the pumpkin together, but the nuts go a bit bitter on me. It's also a bit more buttery than I was hoping for. I think I'll swap this one.

I smell like BubbleYum and I have the beginnings of a headache. Definitely not for me.

I was afraid of the cherry in this. Cherry and I don't always get along well, and I HATE HATE HATE the smell of maraschino cherries and cherry cough drops. Ew. But I got this as a frimp in my last order and decided to give it a go. The lillies are by far the most prominent notes on me, sweet and clean. The cherry is just barely there, backing up the florals with a little bit of juicy tartness. I could definitely wear this often.

Let me first preface this review by saying that I am not a pink person. I do not own any pink clothing, nothing in my room is pink. I even have difficulty with shades of red or purple that seem to verge on pinkish. That said, I really like this. I gave it a try because I do love Beth's honey note, and I was very curious about the florals. This is very sweet, it's true, but the strawberry is tart enough to keep it from being cloying, and there's a soft creamy powderiness to it that makes it a bit elegant. It's not a scent I'd wear every day, but it will be perfect in the spring when I'm feeling girly.

I'm so glad I went ahead and splurged for the Pumpkin Patch. This is just as delicious as the reviews described. There's a mustiness with the pumpkin scents that I get at first, but it soon fades away and leaves just the most wonderful spicy apple cider smell backed up by baked pumpkin. Yum. This is perfect for cold days wrapped up in fuzzy sweaters.

This is much softer and gentler on me than I was expecting. This is definitely girly sort of booziness, more syrupy than pure alcohol smell. I'm developing a fondness for apricots, and this seems like a playful yet sophisticated scent. It's relatively light, however, and I'm going to have to test it on its own rather than on arms with five other scents dabbed on before I make a final decision.
-
Wow. This is definitely buttered rum. I love the booziness of this, and it's very warm sweet and cozy. Unfortunately, I was hoping for more creaminess than butter, but it's definitely a butter note. I just don't think I can do the butter smell. It's far too foody for me to want to smell all day, and this scent definitely sticks around.

Ooooooh. I LOVE this. Spicy warm apricot, a bit heavy but it sticks close to my skin. This is absolutely beautiful, the clove keeps the apricot from being to juicy and fruity for me. I was worried this was going to be too foody for me, but this is definitely going on my big bottle wishlist.

Oh my. This is mainly iris on me, with the sandlewood providing a bit of substance. The herbs are very soft and almost dusty. This is fairly light and doesn't last terribly long, but I'd be happy to reapply. This is a perfect summer fragrance for me, and I want to be sure I've got a bottle of it by then.

This is just delicious. Chocolately figgy goodness. The pomegranate lightens the scent a bit, and the musk and tonka keep it from being too foody for me. I feel very elegant in this scent. Wow.

Ack. I don't think I like coconut on my skin. Other than that, this is very much like layering Snake Oil and O. Yummy. I'll probably end up handing this off to someone who can appreciate it more, though.

This is a beautiful floral. I get mainly honeysuckle and jasmine out of this, with a bit of rose in the background. It's sweet and spring-timey and creamy. The vanilla is absolutely lovely in this, softening and enhancing the florals. And yet, I just don't think I'm going to wear it. I love the way it smells, it's just not a me fragrance. Off to the swaps, or better yet, I'll give it to someone I know I'm going to spend a lot of time hugging.

I smell like old lady. Not the cool grandma that took you to the theatre and told you ghost stories old lady, but purple hair and bingo old lady. I wanted so much to like this and smelled very spicy and interesting in the bottle, but my skins turns it into powdery blah. Luckily, it seems to be fading very quickly.

This is what I hoped Perversion would be on me: sweet, smoky, and very very naughty. This is my perfect clubbing scent. I was expecting it to be more masculine, but on me it's perfectly sexy and girly, albeit a powerful and bawdy girl. A 5ml of this is definitely going on my next order.

This is definitely the most changeable BPAL I've tried. First on, it's a kick in the face of medicinal herbs. Then, it turns into a sweet and spicy herbal, with a bit of woodiness to it. Next, the herbs fade a bit and very light, fresh floral shows up. Finally, I get something fruity and spicy. This is a VERY complicated blend. To me, this is the bright, sparkling white sunlight on a cool spring morning.

Helloooooooooo Dragon's Blood. That's really all I'm getting from this. There's something earthy, vaguely spicy I can just barely smell, but this is almost indistinguishable from pure Dragon's Blood on me, especially at first. I'm very fond of dragon's blood, however, so that's hardly a bad thing. An hour or so later, the jasmine peeks out and softens it a bit. I'll have to try this on a day when I need its help, because if it works as well for me as it has for other reviewers, this will definitely be a big bottle purchase.

Soul sister of the Ace of Cups in the tarot, this is the Primordial energy of Water: the Heart, emotional release and receptivity, intuition, fertility, and the forces of love, beauty, pleasure and happiness. Purest white lotus, white rose, rain orchid, rose gardenia, freesia, and Bulgarian rose. Wet, this smells like grapes to me. As this dries, though it turns into a lovely, sweet floral. This is an adorable, GIRLY smell on me. Like, it makes me want to put ribbons in my hair and play with long-haired kittens. I've been really impressed with all the forum blends. I'm not sure that this is quite me, however, I'm going to have to test it another time or two.

Oh, baby. This such a gorgeous, subtle blend. Earthy, mossy amber with just a little drop of fig to sweeten it. This hangs pretty close to my skin, and I can't keep my nose off my wrist. It would be delicious on a man, but it's delicious on me as well. I'm not sure how often I'll reach for it, but I'm definitely going to keep the King around for a bit until I figure it out.

Whoa. This smells exactly like a Cremesaver on me. I'll try it again to make sure, but it turned immediately into plastic-y fruit and vanilla. ETA: Okay, the cremesaver thing appears to be a fluke either with my nose or skin. The currant is prominent on me, with a bit of myrrh and vanilla hanging around in the background. This is a perfect fall and winter scent for me, I'm so glad I gave this another try.

Wow. This is a very evocative scent, all spicy wood and patchouli with a hint of salt. It has great staying power, and is a very commanding scent. It just isn't for me, so off to the swaps.
