In imp: very sharp, slightly cologne-y, but in a warm non-offensive way. My little brother might like this. The musk comes off a bit like leather. On skin: Dude...weird. BAM! It's gone. A tiny bit of the sharpness remains (but not particularly rosey, to me, more soapy). It's completely not there. Kind of surreal. eta: On full drydown, some true rose scent does begin to show a little, but it's still barely noticable.

Persephone is really fruity.

I'm...thirding the 2/5/7 rec. I think Rose Red is greener, but you will never, never find it, so 2/5/7 is definitely the lightest, greenest rose.

Have you tried Severin? Totally Earl Grey. Don't let the leather scare you off. I should add that I've never smellt the candle.

Moxie? Very orange, but definitely got some sweetness behind it.

Mm. Rose red is a very true neutral rose, but Peacock Queen is just lush. It smells vaguely like raspberry like the very best roses do. Unh. Soooo nice.

I would kill for Red Rose to come back. I was so disappointed when it wasn't here this Yule.

Yerevan is definitely fresh, very ripe, very juicy fruit.

Severin is very, very tea, but what you need to remember is that it's Earl Grey, so at least for me, the bergamot does stand out a bit. The leather scared me off, too, but it's actually quite nice.

Jasmine actually works similar to lavendar; there was a study where insomniacs responded even better to jasmine.

I'd seriously second the Elixir blends or White Light. White Light is absolutely amazing. I sniffed it once, and I felt uplifted immediately.

Very, very aquatic. Ozone-y. However, the cocoa (A very powdery sort of cocoa) gets stronger as you go, and the ozone fades, so if you can stick it out, very nice hot chocolate scent.

In the bottle it smells /exactly/ like some sort of grape gummy. Like the Welch's kind. On my skin, it almost completely disappears, but there's a rubbery smell behind.

In the imp: Very hazelnutty with a hint of white floral behind it. On: Veeery sweet, but in a liquidy sort of way. Definitely a blend of white chocolate and hazelnut to my nose. Has the white chocolate, but not as bright. Melty white chocolate. Still a faint soapiness. Getting a headache from the floral which is in there. At this point it smells vaguely fruity, but I couldn't tell you which. OH! I know what it smells like! It totally smells like My Little Ponies! The scent is one of my favorite aspect of the toy, but not so much for my skin.

Nattie does have the Liber Resh Helios: They're in with Excolo.

Ravenous, yo! Moxie is very, very bright orange, like biting into one. Orange juice, though on me it does occasionally get sweettarty. Ravenous is really sweet and dark because of the patchouli.
