The smell is pure cinnamon on me, both wet and dry. This is a longer lasting scent on me. As to the voodoo properties, it's yet to be seen! I really like this scent though, and would buy a larger bottle for the smell and lasting power alone.

A really nice balance between the rose and jasmine. Very feminine, and slightly sexy without being overt. I found that this scent fades very fast on me, and even in the initial dry stage, I have to have my wrist right under my nose to smell it. It's very pleasant but I prefer my scents to be longer lasting and more apparent.

An earlier poster was definitely correct that a little goes a long way! Wish I had read these reviews before I put this on going to work! It's a lovely scent. Very feminine, floral, sweet, vanilla, and I get a musky scent with it as well. I think it can be overpowering though when applied with a heavier touch. Every so often my nose tries to protest! This is the first oil that I have found to have really good staying power. Any previous scents I've tried have dried down very faint so I have got to apply more to have staying power. Not for this one! Very nice, sweet, feminine, but strong! Definitely reminds me of the 40's and 50's female movie star sirens!

On first applying this, I get just a straight scent of licorice. I'm not picking up the lemon scent others mentioned. After a few minutes, I do get a light, fresh, green scent that I'm finding quite energizing. This is a nice scent, but not for everyday use.

Desire was once again proof not to judge based on the smell in the bottle. I couldn't really make out any of the individual scents, except to describe it as tart or very sharp smelling. I didn't have my hopes up, but once applied it dried down really nice. I really make out this scent as vanilla baby powder. Very soft scent. I was pleasantly surprised.

Opening the imp, I love the smell. Very sweet Almonds and a slight scent of vanilla. Same thing going on wet, I really liked this scent. But unfortunately it had no staying power on me. Within half an hour, I couldn't smell anything on me at all, and while I didn't bathe in it, I was quite generous in my application. Very nice scent but would have to be touched up very regular for me.

This is the first scent I've tried, and I think I am an odd one out here but I really like it. I'm not picking up any of the lemon or "green" scents you mentioned, but I definitely get the jasmine, powder, sugary smell. I feel feminine and flirty with it on. The SO's only comment was It smells nice..sort of like soap. Hmm..I'm not getting soap from it, but this just confirms I didn't pick him for his ability or sense of smell This will go on my list for a 5 ml at least.
