Of shapely form. Jasmine, honey, labdanum, rosehip, ambrette seed, delphinium, and white ginger. This is my first time starting a thread ... I hope I did it right! On my skin she kind of reminds me of the refrigerator at the flower shop where I used to work, which always smelled of fresh cut flowers. The jasmine comes forth first strongly, then I can pick out the rose and honey with other very fresh flowers. I'm not too familiar with the other listed notes, so I can't pick them out, but they do fill out the bouquet nicely. There is something green and fresh underneath that I really like. As the oil dries, rose kind of takes over, but I think I amp rose (how do you know for sure?). The greenness seems to fade away, but rest of the notes are still there, just more subtle. Morphô is fresh blooms, very elegant and feminine. I can't see myself wearing this every day, but I'll keep her around for special occasions. Four out of five stars.

My first review In the Bottle: a lighter, creamier Fairy Wine On Wrist: The plum sweetness tones down as it dries. Vanilla sandalwood comes forward and nutmeg just whispers it's there. I don't really get any wild rice, maybe that's what makes it creamy? To me this is a cross between Fairy Wine and Katrina van Tassel. It has the fruitiness of Fairy Wine and the creamy softness of Katrina. Five stars! Edit: 25 minutes later: Hey what happened to the plum blossom?? All I'm really getting now is some spicy vanilla sandalwood and I really have to stick my nose against my wrist to smell it. Hmm. Maybe I'll try layering this with the aforementioned Fairy Wine as well as in my clocket.

About incense: do you like sticks or lose incense? Have you got one of those devices to burn lose incense over a bit of charcoal? I like both kinds of incense, but I don't have that charcoal device you're referring to. What's everyone's favorite fairytale and what are your favorite versions of it? I love fairytales. I read them like they were going out of style when I was younger. I need to reread them! I would love love LOVE books of fairy tales! I don't actually own any, but I think I borrowed every fairy tale book that my library had! Actually I would love anything fairy tale related! So how many imps/decants is officially 'you have gone overboard and your Witchee is going to expire from scent overload'? I stand with the majority when I say that there is no overboard. Who needs a recipe box? Me!! I'd love a nice simple wooden one that has a little ledge for recipes on top. Or whatever else looks fab home-made cookbook? Yes! That would be wonderful! Or even just a couple of your favorite recipes would be cherished. What sort of colors do you currently wear? Do you want to branch outside that? What would you like to try? I'm really light-skinned and I don't know how to properly use dark eye liner so I don't look sick and or dead, so I usually stay away from that. My make up is from Everyday Minerals (I wear Sandy Beige in Original Glo). I have more blush that I need already, but would be interested in other super-shiny interesting colors. I have a lot of neutrals and some greens. I don't wear a lot of purples 'cause I think they make me look sick (maybe I don't use them right, I don't know). I also have some really fun eyeshadows fromTKB Trading. The "travel to" series is really fun. I like to mix them in with my brown eyeliner. "Mermaid's Gold" is also another favorite of mine. So pretty! Favorite cartoons or animated films? I like all the old cartoons from the 80s and before (I loved my little pony, strawberry shortcake, the care bears etc when I was a kid!). I watched a lot of the older cartoons with my dad and like those too. I really like the artwork of disney's Sleeping Beauty. It's a beautiful movie and the fairies are funny even if the story is nothing like the original. I also really like their Jungle Book. The music is fun! Your take on the election? In other words, would you enjoy campaign related gifts, or prefer to stay neutral? I'm definitely an Obama voter, and would like a couple campaign things, but please don't go overboard Villians you sympathise with, or are interested in boinking? I'm in the Johnny Depp camp for sure. I don't watch a ton of movies and can't really think of anyone else. Your stance on the all important peanut butter issue: crunchy? creamy? allergic? chocolate? maple? go directly to nuttella, do not pass go? No hydrogenated oils. If it's straight peanut butter I don't want sugar either, but I like all of the above Who here likes to read historical fiction? If you do, what eras/people/countries intrigue you the most? I do, and I have no preference about era etc, but I don't like depressing books if it gets too depressing I'll loose interest (my own life is oftentimes depressing enough heh)

How does everyone feel about really green gifties? I was thinking of giving my witchee some of my handy-dandy "paper" towels (hand-sized, washable muslin squares--kinda like ultra-cheapo cloth napkins) in a kitchen-friendly decorative box, but I didn't want to seem preachy ("Stop using paper towels, you environment destroyer!"). Would y'all use something like that? That's a great idea! I'm very sad to say that we go through a lot of paper towels. I hope to have easier access to a washer and dryer the next place we live so something like that would be fabulous. What craft (or crafts) have you been wanting to try but have no idea where to start? We I'm intending to start knitting, but haven't picked up the supplies yet. What I really want to try is weaving & spinning. I have absolutely no idea now to get started on that. Would you appreciate some tunes in future packages? And if so, do you care if you get any CDs or mp3s you might have all ready? Or would you be able to find a way to post a list of things you're (a) looking for, or ( b ) all ready have? I'd be happy to post something. We have a lot of music. Any suggestions on how to post it would be most welcome. Polish goodies! Who wants them? Baked goods, candies, kielbasa, pirogies, magazines, you name it? Foodstuffs? Yes!! My ancestory is part polish (on my dad's side) so that would be great. Magazines? Not unless they're in English or German. I speaks no Polish! How do you avoid popping an item for yourself into an order you're placing for your witchie? Well so far I haven't Underpants? Do you like them? What's your style? Size? I wear a variety. Most of what I have is Victoria's Secret (probably because I haven't been enabled to anything better). I wear low-cut styles (any) in small. I love bright colors and designs (gee, how did you know?). I admit to sometimes going without when I wear loosefitting clothes and it's hot. What is your favorite? What tea would you love to try but haven't because of price or difficulty to get? I'd love to try fruity, flowery, or spicy teas. I don't really like straight black tea. I haven't tried a lot though I live in an area where I have much access to tea. Sometimes I need to myself. BPTP Room Sprays...your thoughts? I have the autumn and winter inquisition sprays and sample sizes of Down the Rabbit Hole, Cathouse, and Dungeon (which doesn't have much of a scent. I don't know why). I'd love to try the halloween ones!! Would you like to receive baked goods from your Witch? And if so, are there things you WOULDN'T like? I LOVE baked goodies. No raisins (unless in some sort of spice cake. I don't like 'em in cookies) or anise (*gag*) please. Everything else is great! Bakeries are a weakness of mine for sure. I'm much rather have a piece of pie or croissant than chocolate most of the time. So I also updated my wishlist here. And yes, I did receive your email and plan on responding!! I have a bunch of email to get to today that I haven't had time for earlier this week. Thursday after work and friend and I went to Chinatown. I had intended to look for some tea for my witchee, but I was overwhelmed. There are a lot of tourists here right now!! We did have a nice dinner together at a Chinese restaurant there. Last night I went to Chevy's (my first time there, apparently that is a surprise to many people, but there aren't any in Nebraska) with a different friend for her birthday. I had this mango margarita which was the Yum. We also had tacos but they weren't that great; the chips however were! The salsa was meh. Anyway. I don't have all that planned for this week, so I shouldn't get behind. I really need to get a package out to my witchee!! She needs some stress relief.

Dear Witch, I'm breaking down and buying Samhain & Katrina von Tassel (the first for me and the second to share with my mom for her bday. If she loves it I'll give her the whole bottle). These are the two that I am anticipating loving the most and wearing most often out of the pack. I wouldn't mind an extra bottle of either if you already have it in hand! I'm also going to pick up Lilth Victoria. I want all those lovely forum only scents, but I have to prioritize, right? Do you like Mystery Science Theater 3000? Have you tried out (and if not, would you be interested in doing so) its weird little brother, RiffTrax? I don't think I ever sat down and watched one of these. Never heard of RiffTrax. Do you often drink take away coffe in paper mugs? Once every other week or so I might get some tea, but not often. I prefer to make my own at work. I would like to bring it from home but I don't have a travel mug! (It would have to me microwavable) What would a perfume based on you smell like? Interesting question (I loved reading everyone's answers to this one!!). I think honey, exotic spices, and a light rose. Who here likes Wizard of Oz things? I like the wizard of oz, but I don't *love* the wizard of oz. A funky fun piece would be nifty, but a whole box would be overwhelming Your thoughts on the update? I mentioned this a bit earlier I believe. It was a relief that I'm not too interested in Blood Moon! I am somewhat intriged by the BPTP update ... the pancake scent sounds interesting, but I don't want to be craving them daily! I often wish I had a good friend that also loved bpal and was close so we could split bottles of things that we like but don't want to wear on a daily basis. (I admit that I don't know if I'll be able to finish a bottle of just about anything and I feel really wasteful!!) How do you decide what to put in which package for your Witchee or how many packages to send? I thiiiiink I'm trying to do loose themes, but nothing specific. My goal right now is three packages, growing in size each time *cackles and rubs hands together*. I love plotting! If you were my witchee, would you be terribly offended if I sent you a box containing project "experiments" or random miscellaneous pretty bits of brainstorming that I thought you might like/wear? No! Absolutely not; I'd love it! <3 <3 <3 homemade stuffs. From Sept 12th How do you feel about Hello Kitty? Meh. I do have a bag that a Japanese friend bought me (long ago) with Miffy on it that I still like; but it isn't super cutsie. It's beige and orange which is great! What is everyone's "luck" item? I don't have one. I have a couple pieces of jewelry that I really like, but I don't think that they are particularly "lucky".

Wow I'm exhausted tonight. I'm going to answer a couple questions so I don't get too far behind, then crash. Some of these are reposted from the forum just to keep them all in one place. What's your ringtone? My phone is always on vibrate. Just to throw a silly question out there...Munsters or Addams Family, y'all? Either? Both? What think you about receiving tea accessories and/or miscellany (like mugs, cups, saucers, strainers/filters, honey, natural sweeteners [like stevia])? Sounds good, though I don't sweeten my tea! Cups and saucers, strainers/filters or such would be good though! How do you feel about copies of music or dvd's that your witch might have that you might enjoy? Not just mixes, but whole copies Sure About birthdays. do you expect/rely on other people to plans birthday outings and activities? In an ideal world my family and/or boyfriend would take care of it, but that generally ends up being a let down (I hope he doesn't read this! ) though he really does try ... Tarts? Yes/no? Sure, we like our apartment to smell good! How do y'all feel about honey and maple? And different flavored honey, not just the standard kind? Sure! Sounds great! I love honey and maple seems up my alley as well. I'm wondering if my witchee would like to try these types of things (like the caramel with sea salts or chocolates with chilis/bacon/salt etc.)? I'm not a big caramel fan, and I definitely wouldn't want any sort of sweet with any sort of meat in it. But chocolate and chilies or salt or lavender or whatnot? Sure! If you have pets, is there a SPECIFIC toy they like to play with; brand and size? Is there a treat/cookie they eat? What brand and size? Anything with catnip they'll love. Murphy likes furry mice, Liam likes those um ... (how to describe!) well krinkle balls. The ones that look like they are made out of shiny plastic foil stuff. Aiofe seems to love anything with feathers, but she likes to eat them too. Really, she's still partly kitten and will play with anything! Treats? They like the feline greenies. They go CRAZY when they hear the package. What is your favorite thing to do on a cool fall day: A walk through the woods, a drive through wineyards ... bonfires and marshmallows! Pumpkin patches! Do you play a musical instrument? Well I played the flute and piccolo through high school then at my first University. I miss it. I also studied voice for awhile but I have seriously terrible stage fright and no confidence in my abilities. I would like to take it up again, though, I love it! Oh and I took piano lessons for the short time that I was a voice major (long story lol). I *might* be able to plunk out a melody What do you think of Irrelevant Disturbing and Surreal Crawdad Dream? Love it? Hate it? Kicking yourself for not getting a bottle? I have one bottle and that's enough for me! How do you feel about trinkets? You know - tiny toys or doodads that serve no purpose than to be cute, take up space and make us smile. Love them or waste of money? It has to be pretty damn cool for me to keep something without a purpose. Either that or be used decorating somewhere. I don't like to throw things away, so I tend not to buy things that I know will get tossed for sure. Can melty things be shipped to you, or will they be in puddles by the time you open the package? It should be fine unless you happen to send something and we happen to have another couple 85+ degree days here in the city (but the chances of the package arriving then is slim I would think) Who likes pirates? ME!!! Well, not actual pirates of course, but ... mmmm Johnny Depp What are your feelings about Dia De Los Muertos? I think it's a cool holiday, but I've never celebrated it. What do you think about the Nightmare Before Christmas? Love it! Need to buy it since it's back out on dvd! If candy is sent, would you prefer small amounts to a Halloween sized bag? Small amounts! I like variety Do you like notes in your soaps or bath stuff that you don't like in your perfumes? If so which? I still hate anise and fennel *gag* Almond? Hmm that would probably be ok if it wasn't too sweet. Do you like floral soaps or bath stuff? If so, what florals work and what don't? Sure, but nothing too overwhelming and please keep in mind that my skin in sensitive (what I would give to have normal skin .... ). Soaps are generally ok (they wash off) but lotions can be touch and go Ok maybe I'll just finish this up since the next set of questions are easy and then I don't have to worry about them later. Stance on Joss Whedon and his enterprises? Eh? Has anyone tried ice wine before? Do/did they enjoy it? Yes and yes! What other perfume companies (besides bpal) have you been curious about? Midsummer's Muse/Violette Market, but I really can't even keep up with the bpal. I don't know if I'll be able to try the Lilith scents or not Does anyone here do anything with grave rubbings? No Would you enjoy art based on original Graveyard photography? Probably, but I don't know what I'd do with it. I would like the artsy and really old looking ones though. What's in your Netflix or Blockbuster queue, do you want any new Netflix/Blockbuster friends, if so how do we find you on there? Uh, don't have this. Good night!! ZzzZZZZzzzzz

I have waaay too much stuff on my etsy wishlist. It's embarassing, really. But I'm looking around from things for my Witchee and I keep finding soaps that I would like to try!! But shipping!!! $3 for a bar of soap?!? Ugh. Please don't feel at all like you need to buy me anything. I would be ecstatic to get whatever you make!!! Maybe I need to have a public and a private list If I don't save them I know I'll never find them again though. Ok anyway. San Fran is back to it's usual windy weather it seems. I hope your weather is pleasant wherever you are!! About birthdays. do you expect/rely on other people to plans birthday outings and activities? In an ideal world my family and/or boyfriend would take care of it, but that generally ends up being a let down though he really does try ... I'm wondering if my witchee would like to try these types of things (like the caramel with sea salts or chocolates with chilis/bacon/salt etc.)? What's your favorite animal? Any kind of Cat, but I love all animals, bears, wolves, dogs, hedgehogs, bats, etcetc What one (or two, if you really must) BPAL bottles are you most longing for? Hmm. Difficult question. Coral Snake, Eisheth & the 'Weenies (sorry it's hard to narrow it down!) If you could have dinner/drinks/coffee with any 3 living people that are not your family/friends already, who would they be-? Living? I would really like to have a good discussion with Obama and ... I don't know, I find dead people much more interesting If you could bring back any TV show from cancellation what would it be? I can't think of any I wonder if my witchee would like a blanket type thing. Would you? Yes, absolutely! I'm cold almost all the time. I would prefer one that can cover me from neck to toes cuz my toes and shoulders get cold What's your favorite "I know it's bad for me but I can't help myself" treat? ice cream makes my tongue go Very important question: Are you planning on buying anything off your BPAL and/or other wishlists during the round? The carnaval ones if it comes down, or possibly the Halloween ones since they come down at the same time as our round ends! So I'm going to post my wishlist links, and as many people mentioned on the forum, this isn't because I want all this stuff! I just want to give you (and my family for XmaS) ideas on what I like Amazon wishlist Aha! I found a way to link to etsy (yay!) Etsy Favorites

Greetings my lovely witch!! I can't wait to see what you make of all my crazy answers around here! I got my witchee as well and we have a lot in common, it's really great though I'm now afraid to get her something that she might already have since our interests are so similar. I'm sure I'll come up with something though, I started brainstorming at work today So onto the show; I'm not too happy with some of my answers from yesterday and today. If I change or add anything I'll change the color or italicize it or something, but I don't want to get too behind! I plan on looking at the questions from last round too and answering the ones that interest me at some point. What is your favorite art movement and/or style? ie impressionist, surrealist, art nouveau, etc. Hmm. I don’t think I love any particular art movement, I more pick and choose! I like color, fantasy, goddess images, mythology, nature …. Do you have a case for your mp3 player/digital camera? If you would want one, what size is your digital device? Actually I don’t have a case for my new 80G iPod. I went to look and everything is black or other dreary colors. I want something bright and cheerful!! My camera is covered :=) For tea drinkers, do you bag it or prefer loose? Either, though it’s much easier to bring pre=bagged to work. Aren’t there little bags that you can fill yourself out there somewhere? Does the weather change where you are, as in, does it get cold in the winter? Anyone need homegrown scarves, hats, mittens, etc? Not so much … but I’m usually cold & I do plan on moving back to the Midwest, so yes! Absolutely! My questionnaire is chock-a-block with ideas for Witching me on the cheap, and without sending "stuff for stuff's sake". And I just came up with another one--make me a Pandora, Finetune, or Last.fm station you think I might like! What manner of affordable Witchery might you covet? Postcards or letters, bookmarks, used books, poems or short stories you wrote on pretty paper, photos you took on a cd/dvd that I can print at home (or prints of yours) ... and anything homemade! If you put the time, love, and effort into it, I'm sure I'll love it! Does your cell phone have a place to attach charms? *goes to look* yes, yes it does! Do you wear a watch? If so, what kind/style? I don’t, and I honestly don’t know that I would unless it was artsy and fun and not too watch-like How do you feel about having a donation made in your name to something? Could be fun, but I'd want a picture or something! If you like that idea, what types of organizations/groups would you want the donation to go to? How about adopting an animal or tree or star or … I don’t really know all that’s out there, honestly. I think I can probably trust your judgement! (Just please ... not McCain ... ) Forum friends you could ask about me? I don’t think I know anyone well enough yet, but my bf has offered to help if needed! I don't want to post his email here though, so I hope you can contact me in a different manner? Some questions I apparently missed: What would you tell yourself 6 months in the past about 2008 so far? Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something to make yourself feel better!! (I'm finally doing that I think!) If you had one minute of fame, what would you do/say in the spotlight? I have no idea how to answer that. Probably something about tolerance, letting people live their own life through their own choices (so long as they aren't hurting anyone), and world peace. I think I'd need more than one minute for all that though! I'm skipping the robot/zombie ones because I don't really get it. Wow, I just looked at the questions from last round and *gulp* those will have to wait for tonight! It's been really warm here (about 90 degrees in San Francisco!! That's pretty crazy) and Aiofe did NOT want me to sleep last night, so I hope to make that up tonight. *Yawn*

More questions, more answers! Whew. How do people feel about receiving baked goods/kits to make said goods? Or other cooking items? Would you enjoy oil or vinegar flavored with herbs grown at home? Strange and exotic spices with recipes to try? Cookies made with carnation petals? Yes, absolutely! I'd love to try new and exotic food. What are your pet's names, and what are they named for? All my cats have irish names that I chose long ago for their sound and meaning and (most importantly) how they fit my furry kids. Liam (grey & white tabby) He's soooo picky and proper, he likes to follow us around and keep us company but he does NOT want to be held! Murphy (big part Maine Coon) The big chicken that only wants to eat (and eat) and cuddle. He's not the smartest & Aiofe (black) She's the youngest at just over a year old. She very mischievous and friendly. She likes to cuddle up on our laps or chest. Who here is a complete, over the top, Alice In Wonderland fanatic? I definitely like Alice & her whimsy, but I'm not over the top. Are you a Trekkie? If so, which series do you prefer? Do you have a favorite character? Nope and actually I believe I just watched my first episode of Star Trek last night. It was actually somewhat entertaining. My boyfriend is though (he's sitting right next to me lol), he prefers TNG (whatever that is) How do you scent yourself? Do you layer soaps, moisturizers, etc. or do you go straight to slathering your bod with BPAL? My skin is very sensitive, so I don't really use a lot of scented soaps or (especially) moisturizers. I'd love to find something that I can use So needless to stay I generally go straight to the BPAL! Do you/how do you scent your world? Candles, incense, diffusers, potpourri? None of the above? Candles and incense right now. I have a couple Lampe Berger waiting patiently in my boxes at my parents' house (not something I wanted to fly across the country) and some of those reed diffusers in the closet here. They haven't been put out since there are a couple kitties that would probably think they look fun and/or yummy. BPAL is such a scent-ual experience. What are your other tactile, aural, or olefactory pleasures (I was going to say, "And let's keep it clean", but what's the use fun in that?!? Quality fabrics. I looove wearing soft things against my skin especially jersey or silk. I love the smell of food cooking (sweets and savories). If you drink coffee (and make it yourself) do you use a French Press, regular filter basket coffee maker, Espresso Machine, Percolator? No coffee here, thanks! What movie soundtracks (or scores) do you love? Sleepy Hollow, The Piano, Gladiator, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars (who doesn't like that?!?), Nightmare Before Christmas. Hmm. I'll add more if I think of any! In other life news: I got called and asked to come into work today. I was afraid that I would be stuck working with D, but she ended up leaving (I think I mentioned earlier that she just had some sort of wrist surgery?). She has this way of twisting everything into poor me. If something happened to you, it's happened to her 10x worse. Anyway. I did get brownie points with the clinic owner and need the money. I put 50% down for a bed frame yesterday! It's from EQ3 and in the "magnolia" series. Doesn't the name just make you want to buy it anyway?? There are a lot of beautiful magnolias here in the city; they don't survive to well in the midwest (where I'm from). There was one in the front yard where I lived and I think the cold killed the flowers before they could bloom. Um, anyway, I can't wait to get started shopping and eagerly waiting for my witches first contact!! ... now where'd I put that darn chew toy??

Do you have phobias? I don't like spiders. And I don't like water if you can't see what's in it. I don't know that I would call them phobias though. How do you like your mix CDs? Random? Stuff you know you'll like? Not sure exactly what the second two questions here mean, but I love to listen to new music, and I never use CDs. I have an 80G iPod and bose sounddock that rocks my world Would you rather get food or jewelry? I wouldn't want only food, a little would be cool, but I'm fighting to loose a little bit of weight right now I do love jewelry though! Do you like children's toys, such as jacks, those little things you tilt around to get the ball in the right hold (wtf are those called?), the aforementioned caplet dinosaurs, cap guns, etc?: No thanks, I don't want my cats to get ahold of that stuff! English candy/tea/marmite or other stuff that you love and can't easily get outside of England? England? No, but I love and miss some German chocolate! (I think I mentioned it somewhere else, Milka "Schoko Keks". It's chocolate with a butter biscuit and cream I think) Fanfic as a gift* - yay or nay? Your fandom? Slash preferences?*well, a virtual gift obviously. You know what I mean. Actually ... I don't really know LOL. So, no I don't think that'd be good. Any beaders here? Need beading supplies? Well I have a stash of bead and supplies ... at my parents house. It would be fun to make string a whole bunch of colorful beads for a necklace. Do you like making up your SW packages around a theme, or prefer to mix it all up? I think a theme would be fun if you don't have to work too hard to make it work. No theme is great too! Band-aids: do you like the fun and funky ones? Sure! What's the scariest thing that's ever happened to you? I think I blocked it out, because nothing comes right to mind. What is everyone's favorite Halloween song?! Monstermash? I also liked the Thriller video How many of mah fellow witchies play video games? Platform? Do you like used games? Yes, I play some WoW (not nearly as much as I used to) and the Sims ... I've also played some games on the DS that were fun. What kind of music (genres, please) do you like? I'm sure that this question is elsewhere, but to summarize I don't like hiphop or rap or screaming. Anything else (classical, opera, jazz, new age, rock, alternative etcetc) is great! I love to hear new music. Have any of you ever received a book from a Witchy and loved it so much you ended up buying a copy for a later Witchee? n/a (this is my first SW) What kinds of eye shadows do we all like? I like shiny ones! My current favorite is called Mermaid's Gold (I bought it online from TKB trading). It's super shiny gold, and looks green if you move it Do you like lip balm? If so, do you like tinted, glossy, sparkly, pearly or just plain lip balm? No sparkles and only lightly tinted if anything (I'm super light-skinned) What are some of the SW gifts/finds from past rounds (or you can just name a gift in general that you found for someone if this is your first round!) that you are the most proud of in terms of your sleuthing skills? Every year I sleuth gifts out for my dad for all the dad holidays. Ugh. When he was younger he was interested in astronomy, so it would be cool to see if we can get him back into that (he really needs a hobby). That's the first thing that comes to mind, sorry if it doesn't make much sense. And, secondly, what is something you've been searching for but just can't find? I'm looking for something that represents Freyja for my altar that is under-construction. I'd also like to find a nice green man sculpture for the wall. Otherwise I'm looking for a new snake chain for my pendants.

So I started this blog just to have one place to put info for my switch witch, so I hope s/he finds it useful! I have no idea how much you'll want to know, so just skim over the boring parts I suppose I will start with some background info about myself (I'll skip the boring parts). I was born in raised in Omaha, Nebraska. I began college studying costume design (theatre), music (flute/vocal), and German. I then studied in Austria at Karl-Franzens Universität in Graz, then later lived in Vienna for another six months before I moved back to Nebraska. After moving back to the States, I realized that I'm not really cut out for a life in the theatre so I changed my major to German and picked up a horticulture minor. I still love theatre and period costuming, though I don't practice much (no sewing machine and no where to put one). Last year about this time I ditched Omaha after some life changes and moved to San Francisco which I sometimes love and sometimes hate. I have to admit that I sometimes feel claustrophobic here! I love the diversity and location, but don't really appreciate all the people EVERYWHERE. My boyfriend and I like to visit the Napa/Sonoma wine country or go hiking on the weekends. I work as a receptionist at a cat clinic here, which is mostly ok. The office manager is currently out after having surgery and everyone (well except the one Dr. I suppose) is happier without her. Aaaand that's the summery. I have three cats that constantly amuse and challenge us. Liam, Murphy, & Aiofe. (I need to figure out how to post some photos.) And yesterday we painted our bedroom! The color is "Herb tea", basically a fabulous medium yellow-green; I love it!! It really makes this room comfortable. I'd like to paint the rest of this place but we don't plan on living here too much longer (6 months) and I'm not sure it's worth the time and effort. I'mna post some of the SW questions & answers in a separate post.
