This is a gorgeous sweet, creamy, spicy blend. I tend to not like the lab's ginger on me- it always smells wonderful in the bottle but morphs into cat pee once it hits my skin. I decided to take a risk and buy a bottle of Opuhi and I'm so glad I did. I've been wearing this almost every day. I love the spiciness, and it totally smells like ginger and vanilla without being reminiscent of baked goods. I may even try to find a back-up bottle, and I'm normally not that type of girl.

I love this one, it is an instant favorite. I'm awful at identifying individual notes. When I first put it on, it smells like candy. It makes me think of a candy called Spree, which were brightly colored and packaged in a roll. And red kool-aid. After about an hour, I can barely smell it but there are sort of dusty, slightly nutty flowers lingering on my skin. Maybe its the coconut, but normally the labs coconut smells awful on me. I'm not a slather-er (I've never even finished an entire imp), but I love this so much I'll definitely have no problem applying more. It makes me feel very pretty and feminine, something I've been trying to achieve lately. I love it. ETA: I wore this again the other day, and it was completely different. The flowers were much more prominent, and it lasted all day. I was visiting my chain-smoking mother, and on my hour long drive home I could still smell Tiki Queen. Awesome!

Melisssa, to me Neo-Tokyo fits what your looking for. It was the scent that got me interested in aquatics, it is sweet and definately has a watery quality to it.

In the bottle this is kind of sharp and fruity, it has an almost alcoholic tang to it. On my skin it becomes a beautiful and sweet juicy red cherry. It smells like a pie topping I make with plain cherries (fresh or frozen), sugar, and a little water. I love it. Its now too light or sweet, and makes me feel super feminine and girly. It has amazing staying power. I'll put it on in the morning and still smell it on my skin when I wake up the next morning. i love it.

My guy loves Dorian and Hunger Moon. They both smell awesome on him. Actually, everything smells awesome on him. He semms to have perfect skin chemistry. He can even pull of Brides of Dracula, which he chose on his own. In my opinion, if you're looking for a guy musks smell great, especially white musk.

I've been looking forward to trying Misk U because Irish coffee is my favorite drink ever, hands down. In the bottle: Grog On my skin: Grog Drydown: Smells like popcorn and play-doh with a hint of buttery caramel. Then fades away. Well... I wanted to love this but it isn't meant to be. I'm glad I bought an imp and didn't splurge on a bottle.

On my skin, Fae smells like a lighter version of Hungry Ghost Moon. Which is awesome, because HGM is one of my top ten.

For me, worrying goes hand and hand with anxiety, which can lead to me not doing anything but browsing the internet in my pjs basically. And Block Buster always helps me when I wake up and feel one of those days coming on. It smells to me like green apple and spice, no sugar, which isn't something I'd reach for if it didn't work for me.

All I can smell is Estee Lauder's Youth Dew... in the vial and on my skin. Tested it once, and I really just don't like it. Youth Dew is my mom's "special occasion" perfume, and I don't want to smell like my mom. But... I got no mint or sugar or anything where I could pick out a note at all.

In the bottle: Sweet vanilla and something else that smells "musky" (probably the amber, I'm horrible with picking out notes. On the skin: Yummy sweet powdery vanilla. Doesn't change or morph. Throw: Lasts all day. Most scents eem too with my chemistry though. One of my favorite scents.

In the bottle: Nice, warm, sweet, and musky. Very pretty and pleasant. On me: Smells like a masculine version of O. I tried it twice, and its not for me. I think it will smell nice on my boyfriend though. Throw: Lasts all day long.

I was so excited to try this... Its been my "Holy Grail" since discovering BPAL last year. In the bottle: Delicious! Warm, spicy, doughy. It smells divine. I love foody scents, and this one is great. On My Skin: Ew. I get the yummy scent, then a sharp tanginess that reminds me of... cat pee. Wow. But I love it in the bottle! I've tried it twice, thinking my chemistry was weird. This just doesn't work on me. Oh, and it lasts all day. I put this on at 9:30 am (before work). Its now 9:30 pm and I still smell it.

I wanted to like this, I love tonka and patchouli. But, all I smell is cinnamon (I'm assuming its the cassia) and chemicals. It never changed on my skin either. I tried it once, and just couldn't stand it at all.

I love Pink Phoenix! It smells like strawberry bubble gum in the bottle. On me it smells like strawberry and vanilla. I smell a whiff of honey every now and then as well, but that may just be my nose adding the honey because I want to smell it. My boyfriend said it smells like "strawberry, whipped cream, and oatmeal." This is nice, it didn't change at all and lasted all day.

In the bottle, this smelled like chocolate with a hint of wine. I was very excited to try it, I thought I would love it. Ony me though, it smells awful. Like cheap incense and funky corn tortillas. And, unfortunately, it lasted all day. My first real disappointment, I was really looking forward to this one.
