I think it's the jasmine that's ruining this one for me... it's so strong, it's almost making me nauseated. I'd love to try and wait it out, to see if it changes, but I think I need to wash it off

Okay, I don't know if I have the weirdest skin chemistry or what... but all I smell is Desitin...??? Off to the Swap box - because diaper rash ointment is NOT what I want to smell like, lol

I do believe this is my new favorite! I got this in the mail last night around 5 pm and promptly put it on. At first, it's spicy and floral, but as the night went on, it became sweeter, and I could smell more of the red musk. I could still smell it at 6 am this morning, before my shower... Yummmm...

at first, overwhelming honey and grapes... after a bit, it mellows down into a sweet, syrupy scent - love it!

Not really loving this one... I'm not sure if it's the almonds or the spices, but I'm getting a dry, bitter smell. I keep waiting for the yumminess I see everyone gets from this, but it's just not happening for me, I guess...

I wore this today... not really loving it. The smell for the first hour was really strong and pungent... no grapes for me. Just something that almost made my eyes water. After an hour or so, it got fainter and I was able to tolerate it. Now, 6 hours later, I can barely smell it at all. As far as any properties, I've been teary all day. Might be hormones, but I was hoping for the 'courage to overcome adversity' part to come through...

I'm looking for some recommendations of florals.. I'm not really good at picking out notes yet, but I usually wear: Bastet, O, Snake Oil, Mouse's Long & Sad Tale I also like: Black Lotus, Hollywood Babylon I'm looking for scents similar to : 51, Pele I didn't like: Amsterdam, Belle Epoque, Xiutecuhtli Anyone got any ideas?

Pele is the first floral that I've really liked... It's light, with an almost 'airy' feeling. I've had it on for about 3 hours, and it has faded down to my skin a bit, but I prefer it that way. I will definitely buy a bottle, and probably save it for spring/summer... And if I ever get my dream 'Hawaiian beach wedding' you can bet this is the scent I will wear!

Well, I'm about 2 hours in, and I really have to agree with hlinspjalda... this is a very "heavy" scent, and it's a little too much for me. I've never really worn rose scents, because I hadn't found one that I loved. I don't think this one is for me, although it is beautiful. I'm not washing it off yet, I'm hoping that I will get that "Scherezade" type feel from it, like Archaeopteryx... ETA: 12/3/08 Okay... this has become one of my favorites. I think about it all the time, and love wearing it. After about 4-5 hours, the rose has all but faded away, and I'm left with the amber-y musk, which is still a pretty scent...

I wasn't too sure about this, smelling it in the imp, but after having it on for about 20 mins, it is AMAZING!! I love it! Being a newbie, I can't describe the notes, etc... but out of the 2 sets of imps I received today, this is definitely in the top 2 or 3.
