Finally settled in the Seattle area. Afraid I haven't been active on the forums for a while but hoping to get back into the swing of things.

It starts out smelling like a great incense/dark floral combo. The moment it touches my skin though, the incense fades and I'm left with nothing but flowers, flowers, flowers. After a while, it changes into a odd, non-pleasant scent that reminds me of old, flat soda (if that makes any sense. This one just isn't for me.

ok, I received this as a freebee. I never would have ordered this on my own....but I really love this one. Thank you! It is a little harsh when wet, (perhaps the cedar?) but on drydown it mellows into sweetness and light spicy incense. Iit doesn't remind me of Katmandu, but it is a work of art nontheless.

oh yeah, this is nice....warm, classy and sexy! I smell pipe tobacco, brandy, cognac, smoke and warm leather tones.. I see red leather chairs pulled close to a smoldering brick fireplace, brandy snifters and Browning poetry.... A scent both my husband and I can smell good in. Definitly a keeper!

I just tried black cat. I'm sorry to say that it didn't work out. I wanted to love it, but it turned into strong lemony dishwashing soap on my skin and its getting worse by the minute... I'm going to wash it off now....so very sad

I know I'm a tad late posting (read: extremely late), but my hubby has been hording the computer and I haven't been able to get online. Damn techno-geeks! Hoping everything works out, sweetie. You have been going through so much crap lately, I just wish there was something I could do. Try to take it easy. I'm sending you positive vibes and lots of hugs. Oh and rasberry leaf and vitex tea is a great idea. It really helped me with the pain and cramping.

This was one of my favorite scents from BPAL. The sweetness of the honeysuckle and the spicyness of the cinnamon blend together beautifully. It's sweet and rich, but not cloying. Unfortunatly, this was also the scent that confirmed that I'm sensitive to cinnamon oil oh well, win some, lose some...

I found this scent too sweet on my skin. The mimosa and clove never really mellowed out on me and it turned into bitter hard Bazooka Joe bubblegum within the hour. It WAS very full bodied and vibrant and the scent lasted a long time. Unfortunatly, it just didn't work for me.

Any other comments-Grown quite fond of this little corner of the cyber universe. Been looking for non-chemical scents for a while. Found them here with twists of humor, good vibes and a delightful community.

I know I'm a tad far, but if you ever need any assistance from the New England side of the universe, let me know. Pay negotable ( cash, oils, wampum, witty banter, etc)
