Bergamot and French lavender. I was so sure I reviewed this already, but apparently not. Pontia on me was straight up herby lavender. The bergamot came out after a bit and added a bit of depth, but overall the lavender was BY FAR the dominant note here. I actually really enjoyed it. You have to LOVE lavender to wear this, but if you do, you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, my skin ate this scent so that after an hour it was completely gone!

So, I was a little wary of the mints, because when I first applied this, I get a BLAST of them on my skin. Quickly, the SO comes out, and it's tempered nicely by the mints. Usually SO is warm and heavy on my skin, here it translates as cooler. The bergamot is very faintly detectable as is the green tea. Both act to provide a lightness to the depth of SO. I quite like this.

This smelled pretty much exactly like the Red Raspberry loose-leaf tea I've been drinking as of late. It was nice and herbal with the cedar undertone. The vetiver was very light here. It smelled a little dry and earthy. It was nice, but not anything I would wear regularly.

This one surprised me a little bit. It was much more "perfumey" than I thought it was going to be. I think it's the white amber that's doing that. The vanilla musk and flowers combined with the chrome and tea give this a rather "fresh" sort of feel. But the amber adds a little bit of powder and it translates as "perfumey" on my skin. Not something I usually wear.

This was a pretty heavy floral on me. The golden musk and beeswax made it a little more wearable and the sweetness of the nectarine and the ginger helped too. It was wearable, but really not my kind of scent. Overall, it was a sweet floral with a light musk base. Nice, but not for me.

Unfortunately, this went straight up SO on me. The beginning stages were much more complex, with the moss a hint of aquatic coming out. But eventually, it just went to SO. Nice, but I have plenty of SO to keep me company!

This was definitely a truffle scent. The chocolate is thick and rich when I first apply. It settles in and the alcohol comes forward. It smells exactly like a really expensive truffle. I like it, but it's a little foody for me.

I don't think I've ever been so conflicted about a scent before. In the imp, this smells like gross. I can't even describe what happened to my face when I sniffed this. I almost didn't test it, but I've learned my lesson, so I gingerly applied to my wrists. Wet, there was definite funk. But as it dried it got better. There was a very powdery tone overall here, and the chocolate took on a similar vibe to Wulric. The ginger wasn't overly spicy, and I didn't get a lot of rum either. It mellowed out quite well. I don't think I'll need the bottle, but I may use the decant.

So this was interesting. For awhile on my skin it stayed pretty much Chinese musk and grapefruit with a hint of flowers underneath. It was sweet and light and fresh with a really easy-on-the-nose musk. About an hour in it went soapy on me. Unfortunately. While it was behaving, though, it was a light, clean scent without the dryer sheet overtone I usually get from those kinds of scents.

There does seem to be some similarity to Schwarzer Mond on my skin. It's dark and at first seems a little sour. It dries sweeter on me, with opoponax and tobacco coming out in full force. There's also something translating as a little musky on me too. Hrmmmm I like it, but I'm not in love with it. I think I'll cellar it for a bit and see if aging rounds it out.

Poppy seems to be the dominant note on me. Which is nice, but the rest of this is sweet flowers and I'm not overly enamoured. Also, this fades VERY quickly on me. I put it on and 3 hours later I can't smell it at all. Pity.

This started out as straight up plum blossom on me. It was sweet and candy-like in a really big way. As it dries, the plum fades a little and I'm getting a little more of the musk, but it's still pretty candy like and sweet. A little too young feeling for me.

Clove, anise, mandarin, and cumin. Anise is definitely the prominent player here. It's sharp and astringent, lending a rather biting tone to this scent. The clove is underneath, as is the mandarin. I can't detect the cumin very well here, but it may be combining with the clove to provide that spicy edge I'm smelling. Overall, I'm not really a fan of this one, it's way to sharp for me to wear.

Ok, this devolved into pretty much single note Frankincense on my skin! I got frank and not much else here. And I tend to turn frankincense to playdoh. So, this was a fail on me.

Yup, this went pretty heavily floral on me! The amber comes out much later in the drydown. Surprisingly enough the roses behave and don't dominate the blend like I was expecting. This is still pretty "perfume-y" but beautiful. I'm getting just a hint of citrus. But still predominantly flowers. Nothing screeching or high-pitched though. This is a very classic kind of scent. And the musk here is just gorgeous!

Alright, so this starts out as a musk/ylang ylang predominant blend with a creamy citrus base. As it continues to wear the ylang ylang backs off, and the coconut starts marching to the forefront. Oh yeah, this is going to suntan lotion on me. Yick. I could see how this would be awesome on someone with better chemistry than I!

Olive blossom is a standout on my skin. Warm and creamy. The cardamom adds a little bit of spice here. I'm not getting much snow here, nor is the bergamot really coming out on me. I like this, but it's a little bland on me. It stays pretty much just olive blossom and amber.

In the wet stages I definitely have some trouble with the shellacked wood. It's very paint-thinner-esque to my nose. As it dries, the chemical overtone goes away and it settles into a dry woods and greenery scent. This doesn't go soapy like some green scents tend to go for me, but rather the woods add a smoothness. Sweet and dry. I like it, but I don't know how often I would reach for it.

On me, this turned into primarily carnation and frankincense. Very strong carnation in fact. There is a light golden undertone here that I think must be the heliotrope, and a faint herbal tinge that is definitely the chamomile. It's very lovely. I quite like it!

Well there's plum and mince showing up on my skin. And then something decidedly funky. I think it might be the pastry or something. It's going to buttery funk on me. Yup, not a fan of this one on me. I can smell the holly but it's getting pummeled by the buttery funk and fruit.

So let me start off by saying that I am not a fan of rose. That being said, I think I might actually really like this. The rose and musk are pretty dominant in this blend. And the coconut doesn't really come out on my skin as coconut, but it more sweetens up the rose/musk combo. There is definitely hints of Snow White in here, but it's not as sweet on me as SW was. Also, SW went to suntan lotion on me, and I'm not getting that here.

Ok, I am pleasantly surprised. It should be noted that generally, I don't like foody scents. I also have trouble with sugar and butter as notes because my skin tends to turn them to caramel. That said, this is fantastic! There is a sweet tea that mingles with the bread and the result is surprisngly not that foody. Its creamy and sweet and comforting and all around lovely.

Alright, this was predominantly tea and flowers on my skin. The violet wasn't sharp here at all, I think because the tea completely obliterated it. I didn't get much in the way of oakmoss or sandalwood, and after a time, this started to give me a headache. It was very clean and bright on me, and I usually prefer my scents a little smoother and mellower. This does end up going soapy on me, right before I had to wash it off.

Very floral on my skin, and funereal in feel. Somber, and beautiful. It's a perfect spring scent I think, and very elegant. I would agree that this is very much a soft floral, and there's nothing screaming on my skin. I can't usually wear florals or anything green without it going soapy, but this blend doesn't do that. The lily of the valley and muguet are standout notes by far, but they aren't overpowering the blend.

I have to concur with other reviewers about the greeness of this blend. It's a little sharp for me. The honey is really stunning, when it starts to come out, but instead of going smooth like I was anticipating, the green-ness and honey make this a little bit cologne-y. I'm not really enjoying this as much as I thought I would.
