This is coffee with Irish Cream in it. Sweet, milky, and it lasts forever! Sadly, I didnt get any old, dusty book scent, just coffee, which turned very hazlenutty after a while. In short, thank goodness I got this for my sweetie, cause its too feminine on me.

The barber I go to uses Bay Rum as a tonic/aftershave, and it smells great. So when I got this, and opened it I thought I was going to be in that same kind of heaven...cause I got spice, cherry, almond...bay rum. But when I put it on, it dried into nothing but clove. Choking, gross clove. So it shall be swapped.

My sweetie passed this onto me after she found it to not be her thing...and wow, am I ever glad she did! This is nice, and "deep, swarthy" is a good way to put it. On me, I get plum, woods, and vanilla, along with a hint of musk. I can see it working for both sexes, but It comes off nice and masculine on me. And it stays forever! I can still smell it hours after first application. Shame its an LE, or Id order another.

Ive decided, I love tobacco/leather/booze scents. This one was also great. Its got a sweeter hint to it, but I still get a tobacco and alchohol smell...as it dries, the leather starts to come out and I can really see why this would be considered a sexy scent. It isnt strong, but its nice and subtle. I like. And whats even nicer? It smells great on my sweetie too.

Nice. Masculine but not *manly* I like. In the imp: Smoke, musk, and a hint of leather...I wasnt sure if I would like it. Wet on me: Musky and smokey, with a hint of booze, or something similar Drydown: I get a somewhat powdery/leathery smoked musk scent. I like this...its very masculine, without being overly manly. It has a classy/sophisticated feel to it. Ill be needing a 5ml for certain.

Oh my. This is nice. In the bottle: I smell sea air. Salty, cool, with a stale undercurrent of seaweed...but not bad, just in that beach kind of way. Wet on me: Wood and salt air with a hint of leather. Very nice, and takes me to places I love being, and memories I cherish. Drydown: Im still pleased beyond belief. I get that sweet salt of the ocean air, cool and refreshing. It smells green, wet, alive. Its a way to feel the spirit-lift of the sea, even when youre not near it. Im glad I got the 5ml

In the vial: I can smell the spice..cinnamon, and I think clove? after breathing a bit deeper, I can smell the juniper and the smell of damp shrubs... Wet on me: Too much cinnamon! It reminds me a lot like the smell of xmas...and the candles, incense, etc that people use...I could imagine pine cones, red candles, cinnamon sticks... Dry: Its been about 10-15 minutes, and the cinnamon is still strong. A bit of the dragons blood is starting to show, but not much of the juniper and elm...I get no leather, and if only the cinnamon would settle a bit more, it would be great. The verdict is still out on this one... ***Edited to say that I tried, and tried, but its nothing but generic xmas on me. No likey, and I decided to swap it.

First off, this was my first smelled intro to bpal. Angel Sixgun has gotten me hooked and wanting to try some, so she sent along a couple imps that didnt work on her too well...and here is what I think: In the vial: Wow. Smoked citrus, with something that I couldnt quite make out. I decided this is a great intro. It wasnt overpowering, and it seemed like it would be nice... Wet on me: Im still liking it. The incense/smokiness is really coming out, along with a light floral. The citrus somewhat died off though, and I was left with a musky/smoked floral. Very nice. Dried and a couple hours later: Its still lingering, and I started getting more of what I think is the plumeria, along with that incense scent. It was very nice, very relaxing, and considering my line of work involves frequent hand/arm washing, it stayed for over 5 hours. I like!
