I really couldn't take this one. It was overpoweringly strong and kept making me feel like I had smeared a cross between one of those agent orange cleaners (you know the ones, they have loud infomercials) and a christmas tree on my arm instead. Just not my kind of scent, and perhaps a reaction with my skin caused it to morph. I was relieved when this one faded quickly.

Lampades This one was very dark and mysterious in the vial and smelled somewhat vaguely of red wine without the dryness. When put on, the cranberry came out strong, which was heavenly. After a little wear I got more of the musk and perhaps the lilies wafting through. It seemed one moment I sniffed my wrist I got cranberry, the next muskiness. After a while I did get the ginger coming through very faintly mingled with the cranberry as a spiciness that tingled my nose. I felt what I describe as "new agey" wearing this because it smells like one of those shops, but when I was reading another review I found a better description - something like a candle shop, but in a good way. I like this scent a lot, the fresh pop of cranberries is amazing, but I think it might serve better as a room scent for my purposes. Definitely worth a try though and I will be ordering a larger bottle soon!
