Very purple and grape. Smells juicy and fun. I love plum and forest berry type scents and this will layer well with those.

Liliths bright, bouncy, goofy Leo! A gleaming vanilla cream poof of coconut with a hint of tiare. This is pretty much exactly what it says - a creamy coconutty vanilla. The tiare really is just a hint, it is like a light floral whisper in the background. The coconut isn't an overly sugary or baked goods type coconut, nor is the vanilla cream particularly sweet. It smells lush, velvety and faintly tropical somehow.

My cantankerous old lady, a dog of many names: Lumpy, No-Fun Dog, Grandma, Day-Day, and Cranks. She always looked like a smore to me, so her scent is scorched marshmallows and melted chocolate with cinnamon sugar-dusted graham cracker bits. This smells mostly like the cinnamon sugar graham crackers on me. It smells like the graham crackery parts of Beaver Moon. I will let it settle for a few days and try it again. I'm really hoping for the marshmallow and chocolate to be more forward! I bought it to layer with scents like Muddy Puddles, The Worst Pillow, Breathless Chuckle, etc. and it would be a good pairing for those.

I reallllllllly dislike this and I was bitterly disappointed by it. It smells nothing like the description at all! I was hoping for a chocolatey version of the original Midway. Instead, this is dusty cocoa mixed with a caramel scented candle that came from the dollar store - a little waxy, very synthetic, and cloying. There is a strong alcohol/boozy note (not listed in the notes, btw) which stomps on everything until I smell like a sugar hangover. It smells like too many Mudslides and butterscotch martinis the night before are coming out of my pores, sour and unbalanced. I tried it in a scent locket and it was not any better.

I love this. It smells super beautiful, a pretty white glittery floral. It smells a lot like Tommy Hilfiger's Tommy Girl perfume. Something about it is very commercial. If you like other BPAL commercial smelling florals such as Butterflies, Flowers and Jewels Attending, give this a try.

This is beautiful beyond words. I imagine a freshly picked pink rose with petals dripping with nectar or simple syrup instead of dewdrops. Fresh, clear sweetness paired with fresh innocent rose. It smells expensive and what I imagine the "gorgeous girl next door" in a movie might smell like.

Like raspberry iced tea. Fresh, clean and very spring or summer friendly. I got no dark or metallic notes.

This smells nothing like what I thought. I am confused. I think I was expecting something more 50/50 vanilla and orchid, and instead this is all orchid and no vanilla. Maybe a dash of green plant-like freshness in there too. It reminds me of a single perfect flower boutonniere fresh out of the florist's fridge. It smells fantastic layered with vanilla or marshmallow type scents! I tried it with SN French Vanilla, Stekkjarstaur, Stale Sugar Crusted Marshmallow Chick and a number of other companies' stuff - Arcana Rich Vanilla, Arcana Marshmallow, NAVA Vanille Noir, Possets Arcturus, etc. So I do think it has value as a single note layered with other things. I initially wanted to swap it away but I think I'll hold onto it.

For the breeze + pineapple, try Vasakasajja. It's an LE from the Faces of the Heroine series and definitely has that clean, tropical, juicy, fruity scent despite there being no fruit in the notes.

Pretty much exactly Snake Oil + O. I was hoping for more Snake Oil with just a drop of O but it seems to be split evenly with both scents. I think this will be more Snake Oil as it always seems to strengthen over time, so I will wait for it. I would like a honeyed Snake Oil rather than honey + Snake Oil.

A cool vanilla scent that is slightly creamy then goes plasticky on my skin. Doesn't have the marshmallowy, powdery coolness of Antique Lace or the dense almost sticky sugariness of the vanilla in TKO. This does work in the scent locket but the vanilla doesn't blend with my skin as much as it sits on top of it.

I greatly prefer the previous formulation to the new one. The old one was a rich, sensual, creamy incensey vanilla that smelled like a classic, beautiful perfume and worked wonders on my skin. The new formulation smells a bit too sharp and has more of the cognac and tobacco, which to my nose translates to a very Perversion like blend. Nice, I guess, but I already have an imp of Perversion and just don't like it enough to need a whole bottle of a scent that is so similar.

Heaven and Earth Essentials "Voodoo Punani" was obviously inspired by MB: Underpants, but smells absolutely nothing like it. It smells just like GVaRB! I get a buttercream vanilla and sandalwood-type background, with a faint swirl of spice, like how Morocco has just that gentle hint of spice cabinet smell. On me this smells like that faint incense-y spicy Indian clothing store smell that gets into all your clothes when you visit. It's very comforting since I am from the Indian subcontinent. Not sexy to my nose or to the SO's, who is also Indian. But he says it smells like home, and that's a warm, inviting thing to smell like. =) Overall though, it smells like a more expensive version of HAEE Voodoo Punani or BPAL's Morocco, both of which are cheaper and smell so similar to this that there wasn't really any need for me to get this. D'oh.

This is the single most bizarre BPAL experience ever. Wet: um, I smell the lime, and sugar cookies with a bit of tobacco, but they combine to produce an uncanny spicy & sour pickled mango smell. On: still hot pickled mango. 3 hours later: yeah, definitely hot pickled mango achar. So delightfully weird!

Tum is one of the Stations of the Sun scents, from the Excolo category.
