In the bottle this is a soft, powdery musk and it's much the same on my skin. Too powdery for most of the time; after an hour it fades to a beautiful, soft musk but it's so soft I can barely discern it. Swaps, I guess.
-
Orange blossom and mimosa, which gives me a powdery tinge. No neroli, bergamot or clove. It's very light on my skin.
-
I get the pineapple note some have described along with the vanilla, honey, olive blossom and sandalwood. It's pleasant and fruity, a good summertime scent.
-
This to me is what Ambrosia smells like. It's a honey, vanilla and breaded scent. In the imp I get the smoky, charred vetiver smell but it is very, very faint. On my skin it gets a little plastic-y but I like it. I'll think about a bottle purchase.
-
The clover, ivy and tea rose are most strong on me. I get almost no carnation, sadly. This is a green, fresh and floral springtime scent. Very pretty and feminine.
-
In the imp this is a strange, spicy floral. As it dries, though, the creamy-sweet element comes out and it's very pretty. Intriguing and rich. Surprise imp save!
-
In the imp this is VETIVER OMG EXPLOSION but once applied it calms down and there is a smoky, black musk and opoponax blend. Not as harsh as I thought, but it's definitely not for me.
-
Sweet, purpley wine and I swear lemon. I don't get the dirt note, and there is a pleasant herbal undertone. Weird.
-
A very light, sweet floral with the figgy undertone that some have mentioned. I can't discern specific notes, but it is pretty. Very feminine, no incense to my nose.
-
A very light pomegranate booze scent. Fades quickly, but is sweet and crisp when first applied.
-
Very floral/cologne. I think it's the mosses that are turning straight Canoe on me.
-
This should be dark and earthy, but it's light patchouli with a hint of carnation and the smokiness of vetiver. I think my imp is quite old and aged, however.
-
In the imp this is a sweet aquatic with warm resins, spices and a sweetish dirt smell. Very pleasant, not like Beth's other dirt notes. On my skin, however, it goes very powdery. I think this is the myrrh. Darn, it was so nice in the imp!
-
Herbal with a hint of apple. It fades quickly, with just a memory of apple blossoms. Odd.
-
This is a really sharp citrus, I think it is the grapefruit and the currant ganging up. No lavender or musk... maybe the delphinium isn't helping either. I was really disappointed as I hoped it would be more fun. It's definitely a sinister, biting smile.
-
Jasmine is definitely in this blend as I get the dreaded cat pee right out of the imp. I couldn't bring myself to skin test... jasmine, jasmine, jasmine.
-
Super light floral orange soap. It was faint in the decant and faint on my skin. It's a bright, yellowy kind of scent but so faint I can barely discern the notes.
-
If you like rose and jasmine, this blend is for you. If rose and jasmine turn to baby powder and cat pee on you, this blend is not for you. Sadly, I am of the latter group and thus, Somnus is not for me.

A sweet floral. The peach blossom and myrtle are most prominent with the aquatic/breezes in the background. No wild rose at all, which was a nice surprise. Fades quickly, leaving no peach blossom behind.

This is a really bitter, woody apple. It's not a juicy, green, red ripe apple, but a bitter, sour scent, almost like a crab apple that's not ripe. As it dries, the woody notes and the sourness fall away and there is something like what I would swear is sandalwood in here. Overall it's really not me.
-
In the bottle this is a really thick and sweet bubble gum... really Bubble Yumm-y. On my skin, however, it goes rather sour (I think this is the white pepper and apple blossom) and is just sort of like sour bubble gum in a bad way. Swaps!
-
Cedar, molasses, sugar with a hint of patchouli. It's softer than I expected, very warm and pleasant.
-
Green and sharp with the ginger and the verbena. A bit of grass and rain. Fresh, but ultimately not for me.
-
Tart, sweet, a little honey, definitely mysterious in the imp. Unfortunately, it disappears on little fairy wings as soon as it hits my skin. There is a sweet hint of it, but it's so faint!

There's something in here that comes up cat pee, and I suspect either the hyssop or the bamboo shoots. After about an hour, the chamomile comes out with the pink clove, but there's no musk or magnolia. There is a woody undertone, but overall this is not as much as I hoped. Swaps!
