Bottle (Imp): Mmmmm, sweet and sultry. Just On: Some kind of sweet fruit. An hour or two later: Mmmm, yummy sweet scent, I really like this one. Around 6 hours: Whatever the sweet topnote was, it's fading away, leaving me with an almost chocolate scent, and something else foody. 12 hours: I have a bare hint of sweetness left on my skin. Overall: This is an awesome blend. After reading other reviews: No wonder I love this one so, it has cocoa, vanilla, honey musk, fig, and pomegranite! Plus more! I'm adoring on this one, and will certainly enjoy it while it lasts.

Bottle (Imp): It kind of smells like medicine. Just On: A little spicy, maybe some patchouli? An hour or two later: Hmmm, something in there is almost smoky, but not quite. I can't put my finger (nose?) on it. Around 6 hours: I don't think I was actually getting patchouli, but there's something in there that I associate with patchouli or something. It's starting to fade now. 12 hours: It's pretty much gone now. I'm wondering if I should keep the 12 hour category, because so many fade away, but then again, sometimes there's scent left. Overall: It's pretty nice, but again, not my favorite CN blend. After reading other reviews: Oooh tobacco, that's probably what made me think patchouli. I think I need to try this one out on The Mate.

Bottle (Imp): Glassy. Just On: Oh yes, this smells quite glassy. An hour or two later: This is pretty light, glassy, and showing me a hint of powder. It's pretty interesting, and very evocative. Around 6 hours: Okay, this is sort of powdery soap, which tells me ozone, with... amber? 12 hours: It's pretty much gone now. Overall: I rather like it, though it isn't my favorite CN scent. After reading other reviews: I'm really rather happy I waited to review this, as my order was one of the ones with the mixed up labels (and one that wasn't labeled at all!).

Bottle (Imp): It smells like violets. Just On: A sweet violet. An hour or two later: This is such a lovely violet scent. I always thought I like violets, and I guess I'm right, and this is pretty true. Around 6 hours: It's starting to fade, but I can still smell sweet, powdery violets. 12 hours: Now it's gone. Overall: I think I'm going to have to hoard this imp, because I'm loving on this. After reading other reviews: Yep, not much more to add, except this is awesome.
-
Bottle (Imp): A rose. Just On: Hmm, a fading rose. An hour or two later: A touch of soapiness, a lovely rosey soap. Around 6 hours: Pretty well gone. 12 hours: Completely gone. Overall: It's rare the roses work on me, so this was a pleasant surprise. After reading other reviews: I'd agree that this was a true rose.
-
Bottle (Imp): Sweet, and fruity. Just On: Oooh, yummy sweet. An hour or two later: Wow, such a mix that I can't figure out anything of what's in it. I like it. Around 6 hours: It's fading fast, I have just the barest hint of sweetness left. 12 hours: It's all gone. Overall: I love this one. Yum yum yum, and I'll have to manage to sneak in another bottle at some point. After reading other reviews: I never got the bubble gum that was mentioned so often.
-
Bottle (Imp): Kinda musky. Just On: I am pretty much getting all musk out of this. An hour or two later: It's a nice soft musky scent. Around 6 hours: Faded into a mild musk, a skin scent if you will. 12 hours: It's completely gone. Overall: This is a musk I can wear, but probably not one I'd reach for often. It might layer really nicely with other scents. ALl in all, it doesn't hurt my feelings that it's discontinued, but it's a nice enough scent that I imagine others might miss it a lot. After reading other reviews: Wow, I didn't get the jasmine that so many others did.

Bottle (Imp): Hmmm, a little sharp, and crisp. Just On: Tangy, not in a foody way, and not so sharp to my nose now. An hour or two later: It has a sort of sour thing, not in a yucky sour way, but more in a yummy sour way. Around 6 hours: I'm thinking ylang ylang, not only because of the lasting factor, which ylang ylang really does on me most of the time, but the sultry feeling I get from it almost always accompanies ylang ylang. It Is starting to fade a bit. 12 hours: It's almost gone, I get a vague sense of some herbiness, and that's it. Overall: I like this pretty well, but not so much that I'd go nuts to get more. After reading other reviews: Ooh, again a lavender that doesn't jump out and bite me. And I didn't really get the woods scent on this. A lovely scent all the way through.

Bottle (Imp): This smells cologne-y, and a tiny bit soapy, but in a good way. Just On: Fresh cologned herbs. Heh, sounds odd, but that's what comes to mind. An hour or two later: Cologne. Not too bad. Around 6 hours: I think there's lavender in here, but it's certainly not overpowering, which is very unusual, as usually it's the *only* thing I smell. 12 hours: It's all gone. Overall: Not really a scent for me, but quite interesting nonetheless. After reading other reviews: It seems the other folks got a lot more lavender out of this, which was fine by me.

I'm not so sure that pure oil will spray very well, but it might be worth a shot. Some folks said they even used water, and just had to shake it up to use it. I can't afford supplies either, I managed to cneak out enough to get a dozen roller bottles a couple months ago, but had only put a couple scents in there pure. Tonight I diluted a couple 1:1 (I love my scents fairly strong) into those roller bottles with the fractionated coconut oil my sweet 'daughter' sent me. So far they seem to be nicely scented, and I can use more than just a drop to get scent. I dont know if there will be lasting power more than usual or not. I'm hoping like heck that my yule presents will be stuff for making incense, candles, soap, and other yummy smelling products. I'm sending The Mate links to various sites with specific lists to make it easy. Tee hee. (There's a story behind that.) If I can manage to remember, I'll drop back in and post if the dilution helped, hindered, made a difference at all.

I stop through every so often. <g> I haven't done any diluting yet (I lurve the oils just as they are, and use a tiny drop, so I should, but haven't had much time lately), so I don't know about this. However, I was reading about making sprays earlier, and several folks in there stated they get much longer lasting scent with sprays. Perhaps that's another idea you can try? And I do have fractionated coconut oil for now, which is what I'll likely use to dilute if I ever do get around to it. I can't smell ANYthing out of it, so hopefully it won't bother anything else. Matter of fact, while I'm thinking if it... I might just go try it out right now.

Bottle: Spicy and a bit sweet. Just On: Nice and spicy. An hour or two later: Okay, I think I'm getting some kind of woodsiness now. I like this. Around 6 hours: Okay, spicy woods come to mind. I like that. 12 hours: It's gone away. Overall: I'm not in love with this one, but I am in like with it. After reading other reviews: Wow, I didn't get nearly as strong a reaction of woods as some folks did.
-
Bottle: Sweet yumminess. Just On: Fruity sweet yumminess. An hour or two later: I am so adoring the sweetness in this one. Around 6 hours: Hmmm, maybe there's something besides fruit here, but that's most of what I get, and what I LURVE. 12 hours: The barest hints of sweetness are left. Overall: True love. Thank the gods I have a bottle. After reading other reviews: I guess I'm not the only one who lurves on the sweetness.
-
Bottle: A red, smokey scent. Just On: It blooms with red, orange, and yellow intertwined with smoke. An hour or two later: Hmm, I think there might be some flowers in this, but it's still a pretty bright reddish scent. Around 6 hours: Hmmm, now I am smelling some spice, some smoke, some sweet, and some florals. It's nice. 12 hours: It's pretty much gone. Overall: I like this, but again, it's not as foody as I prefer. After reading other reviews: It seems I'm not the only one who had some confusion on exactly what was in it, and what comes out. All around nice.
-
Bottle: Flowery. Just On: Pretty flowers. An hour or two later: Hmmmm some soap to this. Around 6 hours: Still kinda soapy. My skin does this a lot. 12 hours: It's mostly gone, with bits of soapiness lingering around. Overall: I think this would prbably be gorgeous- on somebody else. My skin obviously ruins this one. After reading other reviews: How come I didn't get that lovely vanilla scent?
-
Bottle: Citrusy pretty. Just On: More rind now, but still citrus. An hour or two later: The citrus is starting to fade away some, leaving me with some smokiness. Around 6 hours: Okay, now with the citrus out of the way, I can smell some other stuff, and I'm not certain exactly what. Perhaps something amber-like, maybe even something boozy. 12 hours: This has pretty much faded away to nothing now. Overall: I like it well enough, but it's not as foody as I tend to prefer. After reading other reviews: I never really got the leather, and it seems that others got a whole lot more out of this than I did. Nice enough, but nothing I'd die for.
-
Bottle: Pure hot buttered popcorn. Totally yummy. Just On: The butter fades some, but it's still popcorn. An hour or two later: Popcorn, popcorn, popcorn. I like it. Around 6 hours: It's still pretty similar, just plain popcorn, nice buttery popcorn. 12 hours: It's pretty much gone, except for the faintest whiff of butteryness. Overall: I love this, it's like the smell of fresh popped popcorn, with the butter drizzled over it. After reading other reviews: I didn't get the sweetness, and the butter didn't seem so overpowering to me. I wish I could have gotten more than a couple imps' worth.
-
Bottle (Imp): A hint of mint and *very* herby. Just On: Very green and herby. An hour or two later: Still herby, much less bite to it. Maybe lavender, but not the kind that jumps right up my nose and hurts my brain. Around 6 hours: Hmmm, almost more of a citrus scent now, not so much lavender. 12 hours: It's pretty much gone now. Overall: It's okay, but it isn't something I'm going to give up an arm or leg for. After reading other reviews: It seems my nose was smelling the same things others were, which is good. ALl in all, a very nice scent, thought not really my style.
-
Bottle (Imp): A touch sharp, but not in a typical sharp way. Just On: Kind of a sweet sharp scent. An hour or two later: An interesting chilly slightly sweet scent. Maybe lotus? Kinda wet, sweet sorta things going on. Around 6 hours: About the same, except fading. 12 hours: It's all gone. Overall: This is nice enough, but doesn't jump out at me as a necessity. After reading other reviews: I got lotus, but not the bubble-gummy kind as much. I like it, but not so much that I'll knock myself out to get it.
-
Bottle (Imp): Pepper. Lavender. Just On: All my nose can smell is lavender. An hour or two later: Not all lavender now, more spices appear. Around 6 hours: Lavender and spices. 12 hours: It's all gone. Overall: I'm not a huge fan of lavender, though the other spices are quite nice. After reading other reviews: I never got cinnamon, which is disappointing.
-
Bottle (Imp): Very herbal. Just On: Quite herbal. An hour or two later: Herbal with some bite. Around 6 hours: Spicy woodsy scent. 12 hours: I can really smell the woodsy smell now. Overall: What an interesting morph this does, and I like it pretty well. After reading other reviews: I didn't really get lavender or pine, which surprises me, because they are both mentioned in previous reviews. Probably not my favorite scent of the celestials I've tried, but not too bad.
-
Bottle (Imp): Spicy. Just On: Yummy spices. An hour or two later: Delicious spices. Around 6 hours: Mellow spices. 12 hours: Barely there spices. Overall: I like this one quite a bit, and wouldn't complain if I could get more of it. After reading other reviews: Okay, so I got the cinnamon, though it was the only thing I got. I didn't get wood, greens, or potpourri out of it. I like it plenty.
-
Bottle (Imp): This is a very unique scent, and I have no idea what it is. Just On: It's smooth and something else, but I can't really find the words. An hour or two later: I'm not sure what this is, but it's quite nice. Around 6 hours: Quite faded, but same scent. 12 hours: It's almost gone, but I can still smell whatever it is that I've been smelling, and can't identify. Overall: I really like this. I must check out what it has, and see if I can figure out what this scents is, and get other oils with it. After reading other reviews: Wow! A rose scent I can wear. It must be the hint that's the key. And apparently my skin adores blood red patchouli, so I may have to watch for more of that as well. I'm sad this is discontinued, but I won't die or anything over it.
-
Bottle (Imp): Very dark and smoky. Just On: This is *really* smoky and dark. An hour or two later: I can smell the smoke really well, and other stuff peeks out here and there. Around 6 hours: I get more smoke than anything else. 12 hours: I can still smell the smoke. Overall: This is hands down the smokiest scent I've tried from the lab. After reading other reviews: I didn't get all the woodsy niceness that everyone else seemed to get (or moldy trees!), I just got smoke, smoke, smoke. Nice enough, but probably not something I'm going to go insane over.
-
Bottle (Imp): Sultry and fairly smooth. Just On: Quite sultry. An hour or two later: It starts to get a touch soapy, so I'm wondering if there are flowers in it for my skin to wreck. Around 6 hours: A touch soapy, something else. 12 hours: <cough> Soap. Overall: My skin chemistry totally screws this one up, so it's a no go for me. After reading other reviews: Okay the sandalwood part was great, but it's becoming apparent to me that for the most part, jasmine just won't work on me. I'm not so sad about that, I'm not much of a floral person anyhow.
