In the imp: All I smell is apple. An apple that was freshly bitten into. Wet: Very strong, very sweet. The rose comes out a bit. I get no honey or ylang ylang. I was really hoping for the honey. Dry: Apple and rose. I love rose, but the apple is making this too sweet. I feel like a piece of fruit, not like I'm wearing perfume. Overall: It's very pretty, very very sweet. I like the smell of apple, but not really in a perfume. And I don't smell any of the honey. And I only ordered an imp of this for the honey note. I'll use my imp, but in my oil burner, not on myself.

In the imp: Very delicate. A bit sweet and herby. Smells exactly like my bodywash. And I think my bodywash smells pretty. Wet: Smells like it does in the bottle. The green herbiness comes out a little more, but it's very delicate. Not a scent that would bother anyone. Definitely wouldn't give me a headache like a lot of scents do. And it's so refreshing and clean! Dry: I can only smell faint traces of what I put in my hair when I move my head. I don't want to have to move my head back and forth all day to have to smell it. Overall: I think this is absolutely gorgeous, but it fades way too quickly on me. As in, it fades within 10 minutes.

In the imp: Very sweet, vanillaey, a bit of candy, I smell faint traces of plastic. It reminds me of something. And it's not what I expected from the description, but it's exactly as the reviews say it smells. Wet:Same as in the bottle, Vanilla, sweet....and plastic. Dry: Now I know what it reminds me of! Barbie! It smells like my old Barbie and Skipper dolls from when I was little. I don't know why...I didn't go round sniffing my doll's hair. Honest! But this really reminds me of a Barbie doll. Overall: Good throw. Lasts long. Consistent sweet smell. I just don't like it. It's not me. And the plastic smell is throwing me off. I don't want to smell like Barbie. I might use up my imp, but no bottle for me.

In the imp:All sweet grass. Clean. ALready planning a big bottle. After 5 minutes: I don't get any cucumber. But the grass is clean and lovely. THere's also a sharp note making this not as delicate as it could be, but still beautiful. It's fading quickly. After 30 minutes: Almost gone, but the cucumber eventually came out. Overall: Gorgeous! Clean. I wanted a big bottle the moment I smelled the imp. But it has low throw and short staying power. It's on my wishlist, but only another imp, not a big bottle. Good summer scent.

In the bottle: Alcoholic florals. Not what I expected at all. I didn't read the description before I smelled it, so I assumed it would be a light, ethereal scent. But this is the scent of glamour in the 70s and 80s. It's that kind of stardust. On me: I just want to like it but I can't. There's too much alcohol. And there's something bothering me in this. The ylang ylang perhaps? Maybe the tobacco? Yes! THe tobacco makes this slightly dirty. As if I went into a smoky club, and drank a lot. That's how I feel. Overall: I gave this to my roommate. She likes it. To be honest, I don't really like it on her either. But it won't go to waste and she is happy. I think this was a missed smell. It isn't horrible, it's just not what I would expect with a name like stadus.

In the imp: Leather and old rot. I'm a vegetarian, and anything that smells like animal just bothers me. And this smells like rotting dead animal skin. I always put oil on, even if I don't really like the smell from the imp or bottle. Even if I know that there is a note or a few that don't work with me. I try it because you never know when it dries down. I couldn't get myself to try this one. I was completely thrown off by the rot note. Maybe it was just a bad or old oil. But there was something else to this that wasn't just leather and I couldn't do it! Not even for my boyfriend

In the bottle: Very, very, very dark. Earthy, smoky, incensy. I feel like I sold my soul by smelling this. A bit disconcerting. After 5 minutes: The earthiness, the soil, is predominant here. It smells like a sinister dirt road. A bit unpleasant, I must say, but I want to smell it. I feel evil wearing this. And I want to feel evil when I wear this. After 30 minutes: Very strong dark scent. A good blend of incence and dirt. I get no moss or grass or anything green. It's dark, and brown. Normally a scent like this would bother me and I would have to wash it off, but I'm liking this one. Overall: I wouldn't normally wear this. It's too dark and dirty. But it's blended well, and has a dark atmosphere. And there's really good throw and staying power.

In the imp: Heavy floral and incense. Very dark, slightly dirty. I prefer light floral scenst, but I'll give this a try because I'm interested to know how the currant will work. After 5 minutes: The incense stands out. Incense gives me headaches. But the florals in this balance out the smokiness well enough for me to keep this on for a while. Can't smell currant. After 15 minutes: I had to wash this off. The incense was bothering me. And I smelled no currant, maybe because I was distracted with the smokiness. Dissapointment. Overall:Not for me. If you like dark, incense, smoky smells than this is for you. Otherwise, stay away!

In the imp: Honeysuckle. Dirty honeysuckle. On me: Dirty B.O. I had to wash it off. I lasted less than a minute with this scent. I got a headache the second I put this on! On my roommate: Jasmine and clean honeysuckle. Clean white floral. Lovely, bold. I hate my skin.. The dirtiness of the florals go away when she puts it on, but it's amped on me. Overall: It's not for me. My skin hates these notes. But on my roommate it was pretty.

In the imp: Sweet rose, whith something dusty or smoky behind it. Like dark and dirty rose. Think two, five, & seven, but dark. Wet: It's all rose now. No dark behind it. Exactly like 2/5/7. A bit sweet. Dry: It's fading quickly. It's delicate rose. I love rose blends, but I don't really like rose on its own. Overall: Too much rose, not enough of anything else. And I love rose. And there is no staying power or throw. I used up the imp but I won't buy a big bottle.

In the imp: Clean grass, delicate flowers. Very clean, very pretty. After 10 minutes: It smells more delicate than it did in the imp. It's watery and grassy and has faint flowers. But it's fading quickly. After 30 minutes: It's gone. I can't smell anything anymore. And that's very dissapointing because this is truly lovely and refreshing. Overall: I love this scent. It's clean, delicate, floral. It's a little too delicate though. It has slmost no hrow, and no staying power. I would love a big bottle, but there are other scents similar to this one (Helena) that last longer.

In the bottle: Pine, cinnamon, snow, pale white flowers. Honestly, I didn't like it the first time I smelled it, but now it's my favorite scent after Helena: After 10 minutes: The pine stands out. The name for this scent is perfect! It's smells like a forest in snowy winter time, when the flowers suddenly became covered in snow. It smells cold. It's beautiful and has atmosphere. After an hour: This lasts. I've gotten so many compiments. It's not anything I would ever expect to like, but I love it! It smells the same in the bottle as it does on me. It's delicate and strong. And it lasts. Overall: Lovely! Snow, and pine, and flowers. It has a perfect wintery atmosphere. A perfect winter scent. I really hope that this comes back as a lunacy scent this year. I'll buy several bottles!!!

In the imp: Sweet, dusty, old, incence. After 5 minutes:THe honeysuckle comes out. But, as honeysuckle usually does, it doesn't smell dirty on me. But I am still not enjoying it. It is almost too incensy, like it's choking me. After 30 minutes: I've lasted this long. Usually I would wash it off. But, it's interesting. The sweetness comes out barely. This scent is very layered on me, and I can't pick out the layers and I've been trying to figure them out. But, it is bothering me, so I have to wash it off now. Overall:I tried this oil about a year ago. Just a drop. All I remember was that I loved it. So I ordered an imp of this recently, and I can't do it this time. It's very stong and smokey. Not my kind of scent.

I LOVE Helena. When I ordered a big bottle, I found there was also a Hermia oil, so I got an imp! In the imp: I get pink christmas from this. It's sweet, piney, a bit of pepper. Like cinnamon sugar cookies, christmas trees, eggnog, candy canes...Except all pink. And no honeysuckle! I'm glad because honeysuckle turns dirty and sour on me! In 5 minutes: Still no honeysuckle. Still christmas. It's sweet (the passion flower, I'm guessing) and the pink pepper stands out. Lovely. Nostalgic. After 10 minutes: I have red splotches on my skin where I put the oil. Why?!?! I love this and I'm allergic!! I think it's the pepper in this. I have to wash it off. Overall: Beautiful pink floral. Pink Christmas anyone! I'd get a big bottle if I wasn't allergic!

I can't do honeysuckle (turns dirty on me), so I'm reviewing how my roommate smells in this. From the bottle: Strong floral. Bold. Honeysucke and lilies. Can't smell the sweet pea. Nice summer blend. On me: Dirty. Headache. Just smells like I haven't washed in days. Damn honeysuckle! I love you but you hate me! On my roommate: A bouquet of lovely summer flowers. Very strong. She puts a drop on her wrists and it fills the room. Honeysuckle and lilies. Lovely, girly. Overall: A girly floral. If you like honeysuckle, you'll love this!

I have to say, from my last order, this is the only imp I'm missing right now!!! I just put the last drop I had on my wrist, and I am very sad! Big bottle for me!!!! In the imp:Can't tell a single note from another. Everything is perfectly blended. Lightly sweet, a bit fruity, a bit floral, definitely green, some citrus in there. Gorgeous! Masculine or feminine. beautiful After 5 minutes:This radiates with my pulse. It's strange. I can't smell it for a second, then it fills the room. After 30 minutes: The musk comes out. I don't like musk, but it isn't the only note I smell. Everything else is still perfectly rounded, blended. Light, clean, refreshing. I feel beautiful in this. Overall:I want a big bottle now!

I was very excited about this. I loved the description, but I was very, very disappointed. In the imp: Something is already bothering me. I was expecting clean mists, water, grass. Maybe some light florals. But there's an herby smell. A sharp perfumey scent that makes this like a commercial scent. I'll try it anyway. After 5 minutes: The sharp herb still lingers. It's giving me a headache. I have to wash it off. Overall: A sad disappointment. There's just one note bothering me in this. Underneath that there is a world of faerie! It's there, it's beautiful and magical, but completely unattainable! I can smell notes of dew and green grass and fresh air! And I want that herby note to go away!

In the imp: Very, very sweet. Like cough syrup. And I get a hint of a cocktail. The mimosa. I've never had a mimosa. so I'm just guessing. After 10 minutes: So strong, and so sweet. I feel sticky and sweaty. And like I had a bit too much to drink. But it feels good! Like I'm at a party in Spain, dancing, having cocktails, in the sweltering heat. It's interesting. It has atmosphere! After 30 minutes: I'm still at the party! I know this scent will last all day! Sweet, sweat, and drinks. Overall:I definitely don't want to smell like this all the time. I'd have to be in the mood for this one. I like it, but no big bottle for me. This imp would do just fine!

In the imp:Old wood, patchouoli, and cherries(?). Or something else, cloyingly sweet. I hate patchouli. It's strong, and smells dirty on me. But I'll try this anyway because of the sweet note. After 5 minutes:No sweetness. Just patchouli and a bit of rotting wood. And patchouli amps on me, makes me 'feel' dirty. And not in a lustful, sexy way. But, like I haven't showered. My roommate walked by my room and made a crinkly face and said it smelled bad in my room. And I wasn't offended because I agreed with her. I had to take another shower the day I tried this. Overall: I did not like this at all. My skin chemistry can't do the notes in this one. If people comment on how bad you smell, AND you agree with them, then it's obviously not for you.

In the imp:Sweet, sweet, sweet. Fruity, cherries, berries, sweet. I detect no leather at all. After 5 minutes: The leather predominates. It's smoky. Too smoky. But the sweetness is still there. It's sweet candy leathery smoke. It almost chokes me. After 10 minutes: I had to wash it off. The smoke and leather were bothering me. Almost as if I shouldn't be covering myself with a Dragon's hide. As if it was warning me....Strange. Overall:Not for me. I like dragon's blood, but this blend in particular is too smoky and was giving me a headache.

In the imp:Very spicy. No vanilla, just a sharp bite to my nose. It also has a stale scent in the background. But this could just be that I tried it from my roommate, and it could be an old imp. Not my taste, but I'll try it. 10 minutes later: Vanilla and cinnamon cake. Very foody. I'm glad the vanilla came out so quickly. I love vanilla! It still smells stale, but it doesn't bother me, because the vanilla and spice is so strong that it almost covers up the smell of anything else! 30 minutes later: I'm starting to itch! And I have red splotches on my wrist and arm! But no on my neck! I'll give it another minute to calm down...but it's strange that it took so long for it to bother my skin! An hour later: Stopped itching after a few minutes, and the spiciness suddenly went away. I smell strong foody vanilla and a hint of some exotic spice. I can't put my finger on it. It's sweet and spicy at the same time. Overall:It's beautiful! Despite the allergic reaction (it only lasted a minute or two) I would say that I would love my own imp of this. I love vanilla, and this is a beautiful vanilla.

In the imp: Soil covered in dry leaves. There is a hint of something sweet. Grass or a delicate flower. Not my taste at all, but worth a try. 10 minutes later: The soil is predominant. But it's not dirty. Very warm. It's growing on me quickly. I never thought I would like the smell of soil. There is still a sweetness lingering, like brown sugar, maybe. I can't put my finger on it. Every time I put my nose to it, it reminds me of something else. An hour later:It smells lovely! Not as soily anymore, more like dry grass or autumn leaves on a mushroom patch. Beautiful! Overall: Very warm smell. It lasts longer than I thought it would. It's not something I would ever think of even trying, but I want a big bottle now. It's an earthy scent for people who don't like earthy scents. Like me!

In the imp: Green herbs and something extra sweet in the background. Probably the peony. I also get a touch of mint that tingles my nose. It smells like a dark, clear, floral. Lovely. After 10 minutes: A citrusy scent comes out, but the prdominant note is the dark herbs. After and hour: It starts to fade, but there is a sharp note that lingers. It's no longer sweet or citrusy, but just one herb stands out. Can't put my finger on it. Overall:It's not what I expected. I expected somehting sweeter and more floral. Maybe even ripe berries because of the peony. But it's herbal. It also doesn't last that long, even thoug I would expect it to. Not really for me, but a lovely scent.

A sultry and unruly blend that emulates the ambient scent of the markets in ancient Bengal: skin musk with honey, peppers, clove, cinnamon bark and ginger. In the imp: Musky connamon and clove. No honey, unfortuneately. After 5 minutes: Smells like Orbit connamon gum tastes. I love cinnamon gum. It's all I chew, but I'm not sure if I want to smell like it all over. After 30 minutes: Still smells like gum, and no honey. It is how I would picture Bengal to smell. Spicy and musky. Very strong scent. And the musk doesn't give me a headache as it usually does. Overall: I wanted honey, and instead I got cinnamon gum. Not complaining because I looove cinnamon gum. I just don't want to smell like it all the time.

In the imp:Madndarin, allright. But there's another note, that makes this smell a bit like cotton candy. Very, very sweet. After 5 minutes: Too sweet! The mandarin would be a lovely citrusy scent if the fig wasn't there. The fig overpowers. I could smell the one drop very strongly. Like candy. After 15 minutes: I had to wash it off. It was giving me a headache. A very strong scent. Overall: Sweet, sweet, sweet. Nauseatingly sweet. I couldn't wait to wash it off.
