The Lab's autoresponder was never very reliable, and I haven't got a message from it in ages, so I'm not sure if they've taken it down. All you need to know, though, is that as long as you've got a receipt from PayPal indicating your transaction went through, your order is fine! You don't need further confirmation.

The Lab, sadly, has no control over CCNow, so emailing CCNow is probably your best option as far as having their security people look into it, but I'd definitely advocate switching to Paypal. Paypal is better overall, you can use it elsewhere too, and best of all, the Lab actually gets more of your money when you order with Paypal...they charge something like 2 or 3% in fees, where CCNow charges 9 or 10%!

It's happened exactly once since I became aware of BPAL. It may happen again, but it's not exactly a regular occurrence.

The Lab processes orders in a roughly chronological queue, however things speed up or slow down depending on what you ordered. I've never worked at the Lab, so I don't know all the ins and outs, but the way I understand it is, basically, if everything you ordered is on hand and doesn't need a new batch blended or bottles filled, it gets filled quicker because it doesn't have to wait, a Labbie can just grab everything and stick it in a box. There's no way to control this or speed up your orders.

No. Alcohol=splodey in airmail. You can usually *get away with it*, but it's not legal. Some courier companies will ship it ground though.

Ah. Well, give it a day or three from your gmail account. Whatever the case, the Lab is NOT ignoring your query. They just don't do that.

The Lab does not address customer service issues on the forum, which is why the PM was not responded to. Are you using a gmail type account for your email? If not, let me know and I can mail you an invite to that service. It is by far the most reliable in getting emails back from the Lab. A LOT of other providers spamfilter the Lab because of some idiots awhile back using blackphoenixalchemylab.com fake addresses in sending out spam.

Has anybody uploaded a pic of the Dragon labels yet? I got a 5mL of Tanin'iver today, and it's got a very nifty label. Presumably Ladon does as well...I'm not at all sure about the Dragon's ___ scents though.

No, I think it's ok. Beth said that the Hillhurst addy is not an error on the site, so I'd leave it at that. It's good to know that you can use either, though, and anyone who has already got one order from the Lab (since the move anyway) will have the other addy...

It was with orders over $100 or $150, I think...The Lab has done other similar things...last Samhain (or the one before?), they upgraded 5mLs of Samhain to 10mLs if you ordered over a certain amount.

As long as you've got your paypal reciept, you're golden.
