So glad I decided to try a decant of this blend. I am surprised how much I like it... This is a soft warm blend on my skin. Besides the grass and wildflowers, there is something else that just smells like warm sunshine. A good summer blend, but I'm actually loving it with the temperature being in the teens outside. Makes me think of warmer seasons to come.

Wet on my skin, this is a very bold rose. It softens as it dries, but fades quickly. Inside of a couple hours, it's gone completely from my skin.

Heavy peppermint on my skin. I wish there was a bit more vanilla with this to tame the mint, which always tends to amp on my skin anyway.

Wet on my skin, I'm getting Lemon Pound Cake as well. Very very nummy. Perhaps the lemon I am getting comes from the tea note? Regardless, it smells fabulous. On the dry down, I'm getting the berry note and musk now, and a lovely smooth milk chocolate note. This blend is DIVINE. -
Wet on my skin, buttery baked goods. As it dries, the rose and sugar plums emerge and it smells a bit less "baked". Dries down to soft rose and plum spice.

Wet on my skin, cucumber. As it dries, it sweetens a little and I pick up more of the wood notes with the cucumber. This is an odd scent and I am not quite sure yet what I think of it. -

Wet on my skin, smoky chocolate & tobacco. As it dries more, I get the wood note as well. Dry, it's much the same, although the strong initial chocolate note has faded a little. -

After initial application, it's heavy peppermint on my skin. After it begins to slowly dry, I can pick out the anise, vanilla, and the rum, but they are all layered underneath the peppermint. While the peppermint settles down a little once completely dry, it's still the main note I am smelling on my skin followed by the anise/licorice note. -
This is a great blend of licorice, coconut, and rum. And on my skin, it's so balanced. I can smell each note and not one of them edges out over the others. If it were possible, I would be buying a back-up bottle of this. So very lovely.

Amber and Cognac are both strong on my skin with this one...but the amber edges out over everything else on the dry down. I got no floral in this blend. Amber lovers should give this one a try.

Right after application, I immediately smell pepper, clove, orange flower, & red current... The patchouli and leather are a little shy and only come out as it begins to really dry on my skin. The fig note remains elusive, but that's okay. -

Smells like Strawberry Pop Rocks on my skin. I really don't get any Mimosa out of this blend. Very sugary & good throw. One of my favorites from this Inquisition. -
Whoa, this is strong Ginger Ale on my skin too. Ginger ale soaked in something burnt & crusty. While not my favorite of the Inquisition 2009 scents, I do want to hang onto this and see how it ages.

Wet on my skin, I get mostly carnations, but very sweet, almost candy-like. Very sweet an juicy, perhaps from the grape note, though it's hard for me to really discern a specific grape note with this oil. Becomes a little spicier as it dries. -
Creamy milk chocolate on my skin. Quite decadent and very yummy!

Wet on my skin, it's predominantly rosewood. Ooh peach wafts in a few minutes later. This ends as a woodys rose and peach scent on my skin. Delicate and just a little sweet.

Spicy blood musk and pepper when applied wet to my skin. I pick up the leather and incense notes as it begins to dry. Dries down to pepper, blood, and incense with a trace of leather. -
Peaches and patchouli. Interesting blend. And it actually works on my skin. The amber and musk settle in a little more on the drydown. Very good. Not good enough for a bottle, but I will keep my imp.

spicy cake and berries. Very yummy!

This is one of my favorite GC blends. Apple, coconut, and banana notes are the strongest on my skin. Very tropical and sweet.
-
Wet on the skin, super sweet apricot. As it begins to dry, the clove emerges. Very warm, sweet scent.
-
On the skin, sugared honey and molasses. I never got the wood note even on dry down.
-
Carnations, spice, and wine on my skin. On the drydown, the carnation fades and I'm left with spicy red wine.
-
Rosewood and black cherry with white musk, red rose, red musk and a spark of lavender. On my skin, lavender and cherry with a touch of rose.

I'm getting chocolate, praline, buttery toffee, and baking spice on my skin. Yummy!
