    Prague

This one didn't go soapy on me, which was a nice surprise, since that's what lillies usually do. This was a cool, pale floral scent. I found it to be calm, subtle, and elegant with a slight sweetness. Not particularly my style, but I like it.

    Pride

I liked the rose in this, but the narcissus made the whole blend go soapy. I'm not a fan of pure floral scents, however. In the imp, it smells formal, old-fashioned, and elegant. If those are qualities that you're looking for and if you like florals, this might be a good bet.

    Libertine

I was worried about this one, since my past experiences with Arabian musk have been of the dryer sheet variety, but I couldn't resist the name. Thankfully, there are no dryer sheets for me with Libertine. I get a sort of dry, light, herbal, floral scent. I can predominantly smell the chamomile and one of the woods. This is sort of powdery, but elegant and refined, like an aristocratic daytime scent.

    Thalia

On me, this blend stays very true to its listed notes. I usually stay away from florals, but I like plumeria, and mixed together with the pear and champagne, it smells very juicy and fresh without becoming overly sweet. I think that this blend is sophisticated enough to be a good scent for a warm summer evening.

    Aglaea

I normally wouldn't go for a peach scent since I don't like peaches, but the lab kindly gave me an imp of this. It's such a beautiful scent, very happy and innocent. The peach isn't overpowering on me; it's light and just juicy and sweet enough. It's hard for me to pick out the individual notes, but I'd say that the ambers and musk provide some depth. I don't know what myrtle smells like, but together all the notes combine to a lovely hot weather scent.

    Wicked

I like rose and myrrh, but jasmine tends to take over blends on my skin, which is what it did with Wicked. At first I could smell myrrh and jasmine, and after it dried a bit, I only got jasmine. I don't like how it smells powdery yet cloying on me. Wicked is not one for my chemistry.

    Lampades

On me, I can smell the cranberries and red musk. The lillies never show up, which is good because they almost always go soapy on me. I'm not getting much of the spices, which is disappointing. Still, this is a dark, smoky, and seductive scent. I'm not familiar with the Lampades in mythology, but based on the short info in the description, I'd say that this blend captures them well.

    Eclipse

This is mostly almond and cinnamon on me, but I can smell the vanilla underneath. This is a warm, golden scent, but I wish the frankincense came out more. I'm still not sure that I can smell it. Too bad; I really love frankincense. I like this scent enough to keep the imp, though.

    Lightning

This is a very watery, cool, slightly tangy scent on me. I don't know if it captures the smell of a thunderstorm since I rarely experience those, but I think that it embodies the idea of lightning very well. I don't usually go for the fresh scents, but I like this one enough to keep around for when I feel like something different.

    Velvet

I wanted to get smoky chocolate, but instead I got burnt chocolate. Sandalwood and myrrh usually work on me, so I don't know what went wrong with this one. Maybe it was just the particular combination. I'm not sure how much I'd really want to smell like chocolate anyway, but I'd say that this is definitely one to try for all you foody scent people out there.

    Ahathoor

I almost liked this one. It was sweet and warm, but it had something underneath that that smelled like baby wipes to me, sort of a sticky green thing like fresh aloe. I guess that my skin did weird things to it, however, after reading the other reviews here.

    Masabakes

This was an unusual blend on me, but I liked it. I could smell mostly the dark, sweet myrrh with something cool underneath--the currant, I'm guessing. This one had a sinister feel. I don't know if I'd wear it enough to warrant a big bottle, but it intrigues me.

    Lust

Red musk tends to overpower everything else on my skin, and it did that again with Lust. I could detect something floral underneath which must be the ylang ylang, a note that I've found that I don't like much. My overall impression was that this blend was uninvolving somehow and not lust-inspiring. I would probably like it more if red musk behaved on me and if I liked ylang ylang.

    Sin

Sin was mostly cinnamon on me at first, but then the amber and patchouli came out. I thought that it was a dark, warm, spicy blend. I like all the notes, so it wasn't a surprise that I like the blend, but right now it's not demanding a big bottle order. edit: I tried this again, and now I can smell the sandalwood, which is great in this blend. It gives just the right amount of spice and bite. The cinnamon isn't very spicy in this; I guess it's combining with the amber to be powdery. I think that this is now my favorite sandalwood blend. It'll probably grow on me even more.

    Urd

For some reason, Urd started out as pencil shavings on me. I guess it's the nag champa. After a bit, the patchouli comes out, which softens the pencil shaving smell. Then I can also smell the muscadine as a dark, sweet scent beneath the patchouli. I like this once it dries, but not enough for a bottle.

    Xiuhtecuhtli

I've found out that plumeria is a floral that I like. This starts as a light, cool, floral scent that is sweet and exotic. My boyfriend thought it smelled manly, and I thought his nose was insane until it dried a little more. Then it dried, warmed up somewhat, and turned into Angel on me too, which I think has a bit of a masculine feel. I never really got the incense that other reviews mention, but I still like this one a lot. I will probably buy a bottle sometime.

    Blood Countess

I didn't get any plum, roses, opium, or berries from Blood Countess. On me, it instantly became solely lilac and gardenia. It smells good in the imp, sweet and fruity, but it's obviously not meant for my skin chemistry.

    Anubis

At first, Anubis reacted to my skin like it contained honey; it went sour and artificial-smelling. Thankfully, once it dried, it became sweet, herbal, and uplifting. I didn't expect this from a blend named Anubis--to me, it's cheerful and not mysterious--but I like it.

    Centzon Totochtin

This smells like what I expected it to in the imp, but on my skin, the chocolate goes bitter and burnt, and on top is a strange cool, floral scent that reminds me of fabric softener. Alcohol scents usually work on me, but I don't know what's going on here. I never got the sacrificial blood, so maybe that's what went wrong on me.

    Bastet

On me, Bastet is a warm, sweet, and light scent. I can smell the lotus, but it doesn't take over. This becomes a smooth, creamy scent with a bit of incense underneath--maybe that's the myrrh. The floral, resin, and spice aspects of this are blended very well together so it's hard for me to pick them out individually.

    Morocco

The intoxicating perfume of exotic incenses wafting on warm desert breezes. Arabian spices wind through a blend of warm musk, carnation, red sandalwood and cassia. Morocco was less sexy and dark than I had hoped for, based on the description. Instead, this is a very soft, subtle scent. The musk smells light but does not turn into dryer sheets on me, thankfully. There's a bit of spice here that stays in the background and doesn't overwhelm. Sometimes I think that I can smell vanilla. Even though it wasn't what I had expected, I still really like this and will probably get a bottle.

    Athens

I ordered this before I knew that I can't wear honey. On me, Athens turned into a burning plastic smell, then a moldy wet dog smell, because of the honey. It smelled great in the imp; I could pick out the wine, honey (which I do love the smell of when it's not on me), and myrrh. So thanks a lot for ruining this one, chemistry!

    Red Devil

This one just didn't work for me. When I put it on, I didn't get anything sexy or lust-inducing. I smelled a mildly sticky, clean floral that I couldn't place and that faded very quickly. I couldn't smell anything in the imp, so I couldn't get a clue as to what it was supposed to smell like.

    Justice

This started out as a light citrus and floral scent. My boyfriend and I think that it's a youthful, uplifting scent. It reminds him of summer. After a while, a scent like warm, dry grasses emerges that reminds me of the Lion. My boyfriend says that it's nice and that it makes him want to take deeper whiffs, but I think it's too grassy for me to wear as a perfume.

    Death

This is predominantly vetiver. I recognize its fertilizer scent from other vetiver blends. My boyfriend and I think that it's a sharp, loamy scent. He says that it smells like someone spilled perfume in the dirt, because he can smell something else in the background. At first, it was too bitter, and it sweetened somewhat as it dried, but not enough for us. We agree that it lives up to its name, but we find it too soily for a perfume.
