In Vial, Fruity Floraly, Spicy. Wet, Strong sweet floral with some cinnamon and slight fruit punchiness. My husband says it smells like a Christmas scented candle. As it dries there is something green there maybe some eucalyptus it smells cold. Dry, sweet and florally and christmassy, festive. I think I smell like my grandmothers house at christmas with her Christmas candles all around. I might make a better room scent than on me.

In vial, orange sandalwood marzipan. Wet, orangey sandalwood with rose. The clove starts to come through. Yum. I feel like it smells like a really sassy Earl Grey tea. Dry, strong rose and neroli with sandalwood. I also get the clove and a little bit of orange around the edges. I love that it sometimes when I sniff my wrist I smell clove and sometimes I smell rose and sandalwood. It is really interesting. I love this and I am so glad that I randomly tried it at will call.

In vial sweet citrussy. Wet citrussy sweet a little bit soapy. Dry citrussy and sweet and aggravating my sinuses. I have to wash this one off. This was a frimp from the lab for me so I am not too disappointed. I usually avoid grapefruit as I don't really care for it, but this grapefruit is not as shampoo like as I had feared it would be.

In vial Sweet Floral. Wet Clean floral with a lemony freshness. Super pretty I wish I hadn’t spilled it on myself though. Dry it is a very pretty floral that boarders on cloying though again that could be because I spilled it. It smells like the scent of a really fancy soap without the soapy scent.

In Imp I get sweet floral that is a little bot peachy smells very classy perfumey. Not really getting the vanilla. Wet I am getting a light cozy floral which I am assuming is the sweet pea. I think I get the amber and sandalwood a bt in the back, but not any vanilla other than the sweet. Drying the floral is softer and the amber and sandalwood are warming up the sweetness. Dry it is a sweet warm vanilla floral. I think that this will be a good one to wear on hot summer days.

In the Imp lipton Brisk iced tea with a soapy floral. Wet: floral tea. At fist I think I may need to apply more because I can hardly smell it. Dry I am getting musky vanilla with a bit of powdery floral tea behind it. I think I like it, but I am not sure how much. This is my 4th BPAL I've tried and it is definitely the most easy to like.

In Vial floraly floraly floral, Wet floraly floral, dry peachy musky floral smells sort of vintagey to me. First thought is it is pretty but not really very me. 1 hour soft powdery ylang ylang and when outside in the sun I get the musky myhrry spice which I really like. Maybe I just need to go outside more often. It is very pretty and girly.

Magnetic, mysterious, and exceedingly sexual in nature. A blend of exotic Indonesian oils sugared with vanilla.<!-- bpal scent end --></i></div> 10/17/2008 In Vial sweet spicy. Wet spicy sweet with a little sour soapy. Dry sour soapy is gone sharp, slightly bitter like shoe polish, sweet spicy. When I go outside and the hot breezes blow I get a whiff of yummy warm vanilla spice. The following morning it is really lovely and warm spiced vanilla exactly what I was hoping it would be based on the previous reviews. I think I'll have to try this one aged. Editing To Represent this same imp aged 3 1/2 years: 5/11/2012: In bottle: spicy, slightly sweet earthy oil, smells a bit like my namaste. Wet, earthy slightly spicy slightly sweet and a little bit shoe polish chemically. Dry, the chemical smell dies down to nearly 0 and I just get a a sweet warm perfume. I can see why this is so popular now. Though I think it still is not the best match for my chemistry. Before I thought it was a little too much like Sex Panther from The Anchorman with my nostrils burning from the shoe polish smell, but aging has really improved it a ton. I can actually wear this now but I don't think I'll need a whole bottle. Maybe I'll collect an imp every couple of years.

Apology in advance for a first review on my first oil. In the imp it is fruity with vanilla and sugar, but my newbie nose don’t really get cake from it. Then wet I get berries and floraly sweetness like a lollipop. Then dry I am getting sweet fruity with the vanilla coming from behind. I am not sure how much I like it yet, I was hoping for more vanilla and cake but it is pretty. I'll have to try it again when my nose is developed a bit.
