Spring to me is: Asphodel (such a beautiful green floral) Peony Moon (so pretty!) Budding Moon (my birthday scent!) Tempest (this is so beautiful! Simple spring in a bottle) Sundew (I was blown away by this scent!)

I didn't take your posts as 'giving me a hard time' at all. I appreciate your help and am a very willing student to those who have info to impart. Your posts laid some fears to rest, and sure enough, my order was recently harvested! Sarada: Thank you for your compliment! It's sort of a play on the catalog scent called the Raven (one of the major notes being violets). At the time of my joining it was my favorite scent and the first 5ml I ever ordered, so I wanted to commemorate it in some way. I also love to bird watch and Ravens give hours of enjoyment watching their behavior. Very cool birds. Troubl3dsoul: I'm sorry that you are not receiving replies to your questions. I've used both emails recently and have received replies from both addresses, so I know that they do work. It took a few days, but I did receive them. Hopefully, you will hear from them very soon.

Undine and SevenSins, Thank you so much for your explanations and most of all-your patience. I think I have a better ability to understand the process now. I should have realized that with Pay Pal the Lab would get more of the money. I will use it in the future just for that fact. I will use the search option as well before I start posting too many questions. I had been looking the hard way and became frustrated when I didn't immediately find my answers. Thanks again for your help!

Thank you both for your prompt responses. I have ordered BPAL through CCNow in the past and understand that when the order is marked as 'shipped' that they have taken the money out of my account and the lab has then received my order. But I don't think that it is really fair that I place an order on the day that the Yule scents are made available and still not be able to get it in time for the holidays because the lab didn't harvest it before then. If this is the case, how would anyone receive them before the holidays? So when ordering with Pay Pal does an order get processed faster? Do orders get bumped up in the que? I apologize for all my questions and confusion... I am a very sad Raven...

Hello, I have a question regarding CCNow and the recent Yule scents I ordered. I'm very concerned because I ordered a bunch of the Yule scents on October 24. However, it is now November 10, and they have not deducted the money from debit account. It says order received, but also "awaiting shipment." I made another huge order (around $300) and it also took over two weeks to deduct and be sent to the lab. Are other people getting this type of thing, or is it just me? Is this a typical time frame? It seems smaller orders in the past were processed and sent to the lab in much quicker time. This is becoming a budgeting nightmare. Another thing I'm worried about is what if my order is sent after the fifteenth-does this mean I can't get my sents before the holidays even though I placed my order well before that? I've emailed the lab but thought I'd ask here to see if I'm just panicking. I apologize in advance if I am panicking...
