I think every note of this fragrance appealed to me so I was VERY excited about it! It didn't disappoint although it is quite a bit different than what I expected. Straight off I smelled a sweet and lovely pipe tobacco with no hint of patchouli anywhere. A bit woodsy as well. It dries down quickly into a much softer version. The notes stay the same, only softer. Never overpowering but perfectly balanced. My only complaint is that it's over way too fast. Within 30 minutes of applying I can barely detect it. I put some on before going to bed one night. I like to do that because it's so nice to smell it on my pillow later on. But with this fragrance my pillow was left scentless. Boo! I'm guessing I will need to use a very liberal hand when applying Nasty Woman if I want to smell it for any length of time. Hmmm......nothing wrong with liberal!

I'm mystified. This isn't fruity at all to me. Extremely sweet and WHOA FLORAL! I don't do big-time florals well, so I'll be passing this one off.

The first ten minutes or so of this was glorious. It was deliciously boozy and I could hardly believe there were really all those floral notes it it. Then came the morphing. And what morphing it was! All of a sudden the gardenia was smacking me upside my head, breathing down my neck and taking my olfactory nerves hostage. I do not like gardenia or any sharp floral note. So maybe I'll just be burning this scent and keeping it OFF of my skin.

A potent yogic oil that stimulates the kundalini, provokes spiritual awakening, and releases the energy seated in your root chakra. Well finally....a freebie I really like! Thanks!!! Once again, I am digging the patchoulie blends. This one is quite nice through all stages. It reminds me somewhat of Goblin. I really like the smokiness of this one though. That seems to be what sets it apart.

Oh dear! I am not having much luck with the freebies in my recent delivery. This one may as well be really cheap air freshener. Headache inducing and not any better than whatever smell one is trying to cover-up (Febreeze anyone???). Just not my type of scent at all I'm afraid.

Let it be known that I do not like the smell of soap. This was a freebie I got. Good thing it was free. My head is spinning from the soapiness. Someone else mentioned the laundry detergent aisle at the store. Yep! I can't wait to get out of that aisle. Just like I can't wait to wash this one off.

This started out very sharp for me, uncomfortably so. But within five minutes it was drying down into something very cozy. It's kind of smoky and soft now. Getting sandlewood for sure. And just the lightest touch of pine which is quite nice here even though I typically don't enjoy wearing pine scent. I think this will be a keeper!

Nope....this is NOT working on me at all. Twenty-five minutes into this one and I am getting a headache from the fumes. It's very, very strong; medicinal, acrid & somewhat like a commercial perfume that has gone rancid. I got this imp because of the black currant and myrhh which I typically love on me. I have no previous experince with either mimosa or mandrake so I'm going to blame it on those notes. Off to wash this mess off of me!

YES!!!!! I have finally found my "Angel". Goblin is one of the blends that came up while searching for similarities to my favorite conventional perfume, Angel. Most people recommended XIUHTECUHTLI as a match for Angel but while I found it similar wet, it lost all resemblance once on the skin. But now I have GOBLIN! ALL HAIL GOBLIN!!! Amazing thing is that it actually stays pretty much the same all through the dry down process. I like that a lot. The sweetness from the coconut and the benzoin do wonderful things to the patchoulie. On it's own I am disgusted by patchoulie. But this blend is just amazing. I shall be getting my hands on a big bottle of this!

I must have the worst nose ever because I never smelled peach at all. Upon opening I got chocolate and unidentifiable spice! It was nice nonetheless. After a bit the chocolate smell dissapated and the amber came out with just a hint of patchouli. I hate straight up patchouli but tend to love it in blends, especially when it is singing back-up instead of being the lead. Staying power wasn't too hot. I'll enjoy my imp but probably say goodbye at that point.

Even though there is no floral note listed I am getting mostly jasmine with just a hint of cinnamon. Weird! I am not a fan of jasmine as it is a bit too heady of a floral for me. It's been about half an hour now. Maybe the jasmine-ishness of it will eventually fade??? I really want to love this. ~pout~ ~EDIT~ After an hour it's still jasmine-ish though softer. I might wear it once in awhile since my sweetie loves it. But not a favorite of mine at all!

Whoa! Plunder totally won me over. Can't begin to describe how much I LOVE the dryness of the spices in this one. I actually got a lot of pepper out of this one and was surprised by how well that worked on my skin. And it lasted like for-freakin-ever!

In the bottle- it's all chocolate, but not in an overly foody way. Once on it immediately turned to sandlewood and myrrh. This is a very good thing for me. After a bit it gets very soft and powdery and the vanilla finally peeks out. Love, love, love this! Not one for going out so much as curling up at home. It lasted a long time on me.

Just got an imp of this today. It was not what I had hoped for at all! Out of the bottle it was so strong I really wasn't sure I even wanted to try it. I prayed it would mellow some with time. An hour and a half later it is just settling down. But I still don't like it. Very "old lady" smelling to me. I can't relate to all the positive reviews at all I'm afraid.
