Hullo! I'm new to BPAL, and am very excited to say that I placed my first order of imps on December 10th. Shortly after I placed the order, CCNow charged to my bank account, no problem. I got an email confirming that my order was received. All seemed well - but suddenly, the CCNow charge to my bank account has vanished from my online bank statement, and the money has been returned to my account. I have received no notice of cancellation.. Has this happened to anyone else before? Any idea what's going on?
